You might have to make a convincing case for flygon to be in OU, because flygon just isn't all that viable in OU. Offensively it is heavily outclassed by the likes of garchomp and support wise, while it certantly is functional but isn't too spectacular. Unless of course you can give flygon a mega (the tears haven't stopped).
Tokyo Tom's proposed niche places Flygon as a Defogger who beats a lot of common entry hazard users. I am personally skeptical of his proposal, but that is what he is trying to argue.
It says unreserved though, so I'm a little confused.
As I've gotten a few questions about this: I removed the BH-only requirement from some of the analyses over the weekend to open some of the simpler analyses to a wider set of writers, primarily so they could actually get done.

Yeah, sorry about taking a while to post it, was just busy and such. I don't think I directly expressed a lack of interested regarding it to you, but that's somewhat reasonable to understand. Anyways, it's ready for QC now.

Hey, I am new to this part of Smogon. Im still an experienced OU player, and I was hoping to reserve Scizor for an analysis, but I may be doing something wrong. If not, I do have a question: is there a particular set I would have to analyze or can I do anything (provided it hasn't already been done)? Also, what does revamp mean?

I think revamp means to change the current go-to sets to adapt to the new ORAS megas, so I tgink you'd be analyzing more common sets. I may be wrong though.
