After Metang and Eelektrik are defeated, a hidden corridor opens in the back. You travel through and enter a new area. The cove appears to have a covered section undetectable by air, but you can still see sunlight coming in from the sides. This whole area is still, and it looks serene.

"Impressive work." The voice tells you, though more menacingly. "Let's see how you fare against the element of surprise."

Without warning, an Abra grasps your Lucario and both of them vanish. The serene atmosphere returns to that of the damp cave you had just been in. As you work out the illusion, you can't help but wonder what befell your other Pokemon. You estimate it will take two rounds to find it.

That was pretty expected. Now Lucario can be Revived and will have more HP for when I face the boss. And Magikarp can wake up. And Kitsunoh can be cured of its paralysis.

Magnezone: Chill - Chill
If Abra is not KOed when you would move, use Thundershock (Abra).

Magikarp: Sleep - Chill
 
Kitsunoh would be cured of paralysis, in addition to losing 3 energy, and Magikarp would now have 0 actions of sleep left.

Anyways, revive Lucario and switch him in for Magikarp. Also give Magikarp a Muscle Band. And then go onwards into the boss fight.
 
Actually it's Magikarp that's no longer paralyzed, but he's still asleep for 1a because he didn't move.

(I should have put this part earlier, whoops)

After finding your lost Pokemon, you travel torwards an exit. You happen to notice three Pokeballs laying around, they look a bit scuffed as the edges, as though something tried to juggle them and missed a couple of times. You grab them.

The exit leads out to an area that looks precisely like the one in the illusion. You can only wonder if this one is real as well.

The voice weakens and fades, and you are left facing a grotto whose light source appears to come from below the water. You imagine it to be some kind of crystalline structure, since the water is so clear you can see straight to the bottom. Looking upward, you ca see the center of the Grotto is directly under the inset lake you saw earlier, and water is flowing down an elevated platform that spans the entire room, covering all the walls with water. But you don't get much time to enjoy the view, as soon enough a Golduck sticks its head out of the water. It dives back under, and soon in the center of the grotto you see a Phione rise upward, floating above the water's surface, and then over a small island in the center of the Grotto. Golduck joins it there. Both seem to be awaiting your actions.

  • Only Rain Dance may be summoned, all other weathers will fail.
  • Readily available water source. Dive Allowed.
  • Item cannot be removed from boss, however it can be Embargoed or Magic Roomed.

Actually, when all pokemon on one side are KOed, the action is still finished. Therefore, Magikarp would get to sleep that action, so it would have 0a of sleep left.

Wrong. This TLR has combinations timers of 1/1 which means he could use them right away.

Please do your research before posting.
