Not possible, all HP Grass combinations require an odd speed value, so you'd have to go for an IV of 1. :/

I think 0 and 1 give the same speed at lv50? Maybe someone else can confirm, but it makes it more work to determine that you have the right speed IV since the IV judge won't tell you if it's 1.
I'm with you on this one, I think the stats are the same at lvl 50.

I'm trying to breed an Abomasnow for a Trick Room team I'm building, but most of the spitbacks I've been getting have a 31 IV in Speed, not the 0 I want. Thus, I'm looking for a Snover with a 0 Speed IV in order to introduce it into my Snover breeding. Is there anyone that could please trade me one?
Try asking mostthe3rd for his TR ditto, could help you much better than a 0 Spe Snover

Yes.... If they were legal for Blaziken and Infernape.
They are. The entralink events. You can still catch them if you inject them into entralink.
Edit: Should have been specific... Non-shiny are legal.

yep it was male only..also it's techemically only legal to trade here if it comes from a japanese save (at least the infernape...not sure about the blaziken)
No, Entralink Torchic was Japan only, Entralink Chimchar could be any language (although the event was slightly different for Kor/Jpn than the others).

I have one I bred and trained myself based on Buckert's guide. It worked for my own SR attempts, and I just recently used it as a guinea pig for QR cloning. I can give it to you, if you want. :)
