That seems to be a good solution.
I could see the thread without any problems, but links will save loading space for all of us.
Also most of the descriptions you choose are already very spot on, great work and thanks for all the effort you put in.

Good luck for getting the last Mirage Spot TM´s!
(I have literally given up on getting the right Mirage Spots... Flash Cannon will be XY exclusive for me.)

Move Name: Substitute
General Location: Mirage Island (Directly South of Pacifidlog past Longer Island)
Specific Location: Requires Rock Smash. Go to the northernmost part of the island and climb the steps by the volcano. Smash the rock on the right.

TM Number: 95
Move Name: Snarl
General Location: Mirage Cave (NNE of Fallarbor Town)
Specific Location: Requires Both Bikes. Go into the large cave ahead and use the Acro Bike to go left. Go outside and loop round to right side. Use Mach Bike to climb the hill and grab the TM.

EDIT: Just found Snarl immediately after!

Specific Location: Go across the bridge and over the white platforms. An Acro Bike is required.
