Choiced Choice Scarf

Cowardly Lion is workable and has no clear existing example. Boost has an existing example of sorts (Landorus-I... at least in XY's metagame) but it does indicate that it's workable. I don't think Choice Scarf is all that workable considering the "we have to deal with all these priority users" mentality was already tried last CAP.
