Prediction

Claire Underwood cracks (based off season 2 insecurities and so3 trailers).... Frank deals with the massive dual shitstorm of claire and the hacker dude. Not having Doug will severely hurt him and he'll have to use sweeping presidential powers to make up for that loss.

Finale may include him having to kill off/"neutralize" Claire.

AND DAMN PLS DON'T MAKE ME WAIT FOR SEASON 4 FOR THE ELECTIONS.
