Zebstrika has really bad options, and there are only two different sets that could work, and the other one i was thinking rain dance + hp water cant always 2HKO piloswine so here we go:

Zebstrika @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Toxic

This is looks pretty standard, which it is, but there is one small move which can be nice in certain situations, pretty much vs piloswine/lickilicky/hypno or any other very bulky special wall. Pretty much just predict a switch then go for toxic and switch/volt switch out into something that deals with it better. Works well with pokes who like said checks baited.

There isnt really any other set i would consider using, like cb may seem cool but it is outclassed by luxray or even raichu who have coverage, and magnet rise doesnt let zebstrika beat anything it cant otherwise (saying that TONE114 you definitely want to use hp grass to at least do some damage to piloswine)
I guess this is just a one trick pony :c

Zebra Dung (Zebstrika) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper / Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Overheat / Protect
- Thunderbolt

This set tries to take advantage of Zebstrika's awesome speed stat in order to spread Toxic around.

A more defensive spread of 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Speed with a Timid Nature can be used with Protect in order to stall harder, but I prefer Overheat with Sap Sipper to check things like Jumpluff myself.

HP Grass isn't on this set, but if you'd rather run HP Grass instead, Sub + 3 Attacks is a really usable alternative.

Someone post a Rain Dance Sap Sipper set? :-3

I dislike being critical of other sets but most of the sets do nothing but lose to its regular checks (see any set w/o overheat or hp grass)

I forgot to update this last week and wanted to just wait a week so this didn't get ridiculously off schedule.

Anyway, BenOhver wins. Your next subject is Poliwrath! You have 5 days to post a set.

Poliwrath @ Salac Berry
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Substitute
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch

Basically a solid win condition all around without having to use a turn for Rain Dance or relying on teammates to set up rain. Basically send Poliwrath in on something it can counter or scare out and set up a Substitute then Belly Drum next turn to activate Salac Berry which lets Poliwrath hit 393 speed after Salac activates, outspeeding everthing up to Fraxure after a Dragon Dance. Waterfall is for STAB while Ice Punch hits Grass-types such as Gourgeist and Tangela.

Introducing...

Poliwrath @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 200 HP / 252 SpA / 56 Spe
Modest Nature
- Focus Blast
- Vacuum Wave
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam

We all know Poliwrath, the king of PU, but what happens when we substitute its King's Rock for a Weakness Policy? This set is the basic EV spread for Poliwrath which concentrates on maximizing bulk as well as outspeeding 189 and lower speed pokemon. While Poli may not be able to live all the hits that well; if it has little to no prior damage it could be the bane of PU's existance. Vacuum Wave also goes to support the speed of Poliwrath allowing it to outspeed pokemon who usually outpace it and leads to easier KOs. This is intended on being a late game sweeper where the opposing Pokemon with super effective moves are weakened down and poli can come in and proc the WP.

Sneasel and Pawniard can weaken down opposing flying, psychic and other pokemon as well as weakening Togetic which can take a hit from Poliwrath and potentially paralyze it.

Jumpluff can help take out or weaken opposing grass types and could put in some work against electric or psychic types barring Zebstrika.

252 SpA Life Orb Zebstrika Thunderbolt vs. 200 HP / 0 SpD Poliwrath: 304-359 (81.9 - 96.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Kadabra Psychic vs. 200 HP / 0 SpD Poliwrath: 306-360 (82.4 - 97%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Mr. Mime Psychic vs. 200 HP / 0 SpD Poliwrath: 270-318 (72.7 - 85.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Jumpluff Acrobatics (110 BP) vs. 200 HP / 0 Def Poliwrath: 218-260 (58.7 - 70%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Roselia Giga Drain vs. 200 HP / 0 SpD Poliwrath: 246-290 (66.3 - 78.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252+ SpA Poliwrath Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Roselia: 230-272 (75.6 - 89.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ SpA Poliwrath Ice Beam vs. 248 HP / 4 SpD Eviolite Togetic: 184-218 (58.7 - 69.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ SpA Poliwrath Vacuum Wave vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Raichu: 115-136 (44 - 52.1%) -- 15.6% chance to 2HKO

+2 252+ SpA Poliwrath Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Lickilicky: 426-504 (100.4 - 118.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ SpA Poliwrath Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Grumpig: 178-210 (49 - 57.8%) -- 95.7% chance to 2HKO

Poliwrath @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Psychic

This, although a bit gimmicky, provides a fun way to revenge killing opposing threats. No more predictable scarf rotom's, now more obvious sucker punch mightyenas, this is a mans way to revenge kill scary pokes. My favourite part about this set is possibly coming in ton something like stoutland which would 2HKO you, then smacking it with a focus blast. Modest can be used but it is strong enough with timid, and psychic in the last slot hits wrath more reliably, while hp electric can be used to bop pelipper.

Poliwrath @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 200 HP / 252 SpA / 56 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam / Vacuum Wave
- Hypnosis

Poliwrath can put something to sleep with Hypnosis and threaten everything else with its STABs and coverage / priority. Rather than using specific moves like Toxic or HP Electric to beat some stuff Hypnosis is just a catch-all kinda thing to beat stuff and slowly wear them down or set up on them with a teammate.

Poliwrath @ Salac Berry
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast / Ice Beam
- Endeavor / Ice Beam

Akin to SubSalac Keldeo in the good ole' days of XY OU, this set aims to accomplish the same goal. Although this set may seem outclassed by Simipour, Poliwrath is able to abuse it's good defensive typing and great ability to setup a substitute on a myriad of mons such as Pawniard, Carracosta (bar Zen Headbutt), and choice locked Floatzel, to name a few. Poliwrath can then proceed to fire off a STAB, or setup another sub to activate Salac Berry if you're up against something like Raichu or Zebstrika. Endeavor is an interesting option that allows Poliwrath to weaken mons such as Grumpig or Togetic, otherwise great answers to Poliwrath, potentially beating them 1v1. Ice Beam is a great option if you want to hit Gourgeist, who otherwise counters this set, while also hitting Jumpluff, Torterra, and hitting Tangela more reliably than Focus Blast. Timid allows you to outspeed non-choiced Raichu and Zebstrika after a speed boost most importantly, however a modest nature still allows you to outspeed Jumpluff, while having more power to guarantee 2hko's on Gourgeist after rocks if using Ice Beam.

Edit: Horribly outclassed oml don't use.

Poliwrath @ Leftovers / Splash Plate / Fist Plate
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Atk / 56 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Brick Break
- Ice Punch
- Waterfall

Not submitted yet and it's fun to use. Sets up on various things, but more often than not it just attacks outright to hit something. It's a poor man's Gurdurr, without Priority or Knock Off, but it has room for Ice Punch and instead STAB Waterfall to abuse, but it plays pretty similar. However, lack of Priority means it usually doesn't sweep, unless the opponent has nothing left to touch it.

It's much safer than a Belly Drum set, but it needs no explanation that the reward is also much less. But it does what it needs to do.

Poliwrath @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 164 HP / 252 SpA / 92 Spe
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Vacuum Wave

It is a set that i call Poli beat almost all SR users(Unfortonally prinplup is OP af)
This set is pretty simple, subs avoids toxic, hydro pump beats Rocks and Ground, the most common types that learns SR, Ice beam is used to beat grass types that switchs in Poli and Gabite, and at final Vacuum Wave that beats priority srs(golem for example), and custap berry useds, since it is realesed in OR/AS meta.
