This is not to my advantage to point out, but I think that Volcanion should have life orb which should leave Gardevoir with 9 fewer HP and Volcanion with 4 fewer.
Since Texas would have presumably known about the Life Orb for offensive math, KO'ing Volcanion isn't a real thing in play, and Gardevoir isn't in play at all I'm going to go ahead and order.

As I understand it, Volcanion should have taken poison and life orb damage throughout the round and wasted energy on an attack Action Three since the round ends at the end of a KO round. As such it should have fewer HP and energy.
