boltsandbombers wins, I'm not counting votes for joke sets, even though Pearl.'s set is pretty much Exploud in a nutshell, lol (I'll put in the hall of fame as well though, cause funny).

Uhhh, if you couldn't tell by last week we are running out of good RU mons to do this for e_e I guess the next best thing is:

Jolteon

In honor of the fact that helio is probably going to be UU next month :D

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Work Up
- Thunderbolt
- Signal Beam
- Hidden Power [Water] / Hidden Power [Flying]

Neato set that can sweep late game and hits pretty hard. Can't set up on a lot, but I still like it. Plus Work Up.

Jolteon @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs:252 Spa / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [ Water ] / Thunder Wave / Yawn

Sub BP Jolteon is probably the only decent way to run a non choiced Jolteon into your team, as if it forces anything to be out, he can most likely Substitute, and Baton Pass the next turn due to his blazing speed. Thunderbolt is your STAB, it does decent damage, even with the lack of a choice specs. The last move depends of how much you want Jolteon to Baton Pass Substitutes. HP Water doesn't leave you helpless vs Rhyperior & Ground Types, while Thunder Wave & Yawn are your main statut moves to forces things out.

Jolteon @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Quick Feet
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Protect
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Signal Beam

This is by far the best revenge killer in the tier. With Toxic Orb and Quick Feet, Jolteon can reach a staggering 718 Speed. This allows it to outspeed pretty much anything. Hell, you can choke on dick and let an Omastar set up 2 Shell Smashes and get to +4 Speed and still outspeed it. Thunder with a Modest nature provides a nice boost in power that allows Jolteon to catch some threats off guard. HP Water and Signal Beam provide some nice coverage; HP Water even OHKOs Dugtrio. Protect lets Jolteon activate its Toxic Orb, and can also be a nice scouting option against Choice-item users such as Rotom-C that attempt to get cute and predict your switch by using Volt Switch.

Jolteon @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Ability: Quick Feet
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Roar

The set of the sets. Racks up Spikes Damage against its checks it is not even funny. Beats SubCM Cress that thinks they can set up etc.

tehy

Banned deucer.
Are YOU looking for a specially bulky pivot that takes on electrics, no problem? Not just eating the volt and regenerator switching but EATING THE MOMENTUM? Then give it up for

Jolteon @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
0 Atk IV
- Volt Switch / Thunderbolt
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
Calcs:

252+ SpA Choice Specs Rotom-C Leaf Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jolteon: 223-264 (66.7 - 79%)

Get that weak shit out of here, he not even faster (actually it usually 2hitkoes but uh, lern2predict anyhow, protect, yolo). Scarf is like, not EVEN.

4 Atk Eelektross Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Jolteon: 119-140 (35.6 - 41.9%)

252+ SpA Eelektross Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jolteon: 69-82 (20.6 - 24.5%)

your momentum is as ashes on the wind, ashes to ashes and dust to dust

252 SpA Choice Specs Heliolisk Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jolteon: 145-172 (43.4 - 51.4%)

whats that, people who say heliolisk is better? i couldn't hear you over all the NOISE that i'm tanking like a g6 (lo the actually good set gets stalled too)

252 SpA Life Orb Jolteon Signal Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jolteon: 71-84 (21.2 - 25.1%)

ur cute xD

plus!

252+ SpA Life Orb Clawitzer Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jolteon: 133-156 (39.8 - 46.7%)

As you can see this is the tankiest of walls who gets kills, momentum, and a fuck-ton of bitches. Now, i know what you're going to say. "But tehy, i don't give wins for JOKE SETS" nice try llamas i can tell thats you and all i can say is, the real joke is how bad the RU tier gets shit on by this lorde set. And your NP songs, try some lorde ones instead.

shoutout to Yilx for inspiration

Yokatta...
Jolteon @ Life Orb / Air Balloon
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Work Up
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Water]

This set relies on hax to get up a Work Up or two and attempt to tear apart the opponents team. If the hax gods are in your favor, this set can be annoying. Air Balloon is cool because Mega Steelix and Rhyperior become less reliable at dealing with Jolteon.

Richard D. (Jolteon) @ Life Orb/Damp Rock
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpA
- Rain Dance
- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Volt Switch

intended as a fast pivot and potential cleaner. thunder hits hard without locking you in, while rain-boosted hp water murks rhyp/camel after rocks and m-lix after some prior damage depending on spread. not meant for full rain teams since they don't really benefit that much from having those mons gone.
heliolisk would probably better for this in most cases between better coverage and dry skin, so only use this if your team is looking duggy weak/needs an electric immune/you're aiming for surprise value.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Shadow Ball
- Charge Beam

Serves as a great late game cleaner. Simple to use. Come in late game against something it forces out or a non ground type with low HP. Click Charge Beam and pray to the pokemon Gods give you a +1 Special Attack.
