There are literally dozens of 5IV flawless soft resets floating around here (I've done a couple myself), and even some hex-flawless. There's a whole process to soft resetting perfect stuff that people here are dedicated too. If he wanted a 5IV flawless Zapdos, trust me, he'd go for it..
