The Any Tier Tournament - Round 4

This tournament exists to explore every Smogon Tier, and to see how quickly players can adapt to new ruleset. I think it will be interesting to see that players who normally play OU will have to explore tiers like Inverse Battle.

- Standard banlist applies for each tier (all matches should be conducted on Showdown, exception being GSC battles you can play on PO)
- Will be a Bo5 match with the tiers randomly decided from this list of 39 competitive tiers:

RBY Ubers is only challengeable on PS by Gen 1 Custom Battle. This resulted in me "losing" a 100% won game (Isa confirmed) to a second freeze, which would otherwise have been impossible if RBY Ubers were a challengeable meta with clauses. As this should not have been possible, and it was 100% won, majaspic22 agreed to give the win in that game, now leaving us at 2-2

We'll play ADV OU later today or we may need an extension.



p.s. it'd be nice if RBY Ubers was a challengeable format with clauses so that this doesn't happen again :)
p.p.s. Isa claims something that happened in the match about stat boosts and status is incorrect RBY mechanics
