i told my opponent i would be able to play from 3-5 pm my time (gmt -4). he responds that he should be able to play 3-5 pm my time but requests that we play on PO. i explain to him that the standard simulator for smogon nowadays and that i don't have po so i request that we play on smogtours. he complies but has been nowhere to been found these last two days; looking at his history it seems like he has been on but not at the time (he's been about an hour early or late)
