Also please do not bash this generator just because of all of the unviable sets, it is in its alpha stage.
Anyways, here goes nothing! I have made a set generator for Classic Hackmons that you can find here; however, it is in its alpha stage. That means that there is currently no way to give specific Pokemon specific items, abilities, etc.
This is just in the beginning of its development, so there will be a ton of updates to come. If you would like to help with this or have a suggestion, you can visit this page to submit your Pull Request.
Please do post any bugs that you find here, as it will make the process of this generator becoming fully functional easier.

- Cut down the amount of unviable Pokemon, items, moves, and abilities
- Add exceptions that guarantees at least one STAB move per Pokemon
