I would put Body Slam instead of thunder wave on the jirachi because body slam + serene grace equals high chance of paralyzation and even though it doesnt cover ghost types, it still works most the time, for me anyway.
 
Just a little thing, but I believe you can change your Lando spread to 236 Spe EVs as, that let's you outrun Drill, which is the only thing relevant to which +2 Lando needs to outpace I believe. Maybe 240 to outrun exca-creeping RP Lando's but that's serious stuff. Not a huge change, but a little extra bulk can be handy in a pinch! :]

Sup man, ages ago wanna give u some suggestions and finally have time to do it, so i saw ur threat list and yeah u have absolutly nothing for those guys, so i suggest on Starmie Tbolt > Psyshock cuz psychic stab is only for mega venu and doesnt even hko certains variants and tbolt provide u an super effective move against keldeo either way, and also u can try Dual Dance Diggersby > Lando-T a lil bit less bulky but u can put chople to deal with Gengar / Thundurus and set up and agility, here my sets:
