Now that miis are legal id like to know the rules for ones mii. Like are you forced to use average height/width, use a 1111 custom set etc?

you are allowed to use any kind of custom set on the mii without equipment.

gannon uses it as a down taunt and a custom which are banned from this tour, with mii S as an exception.
