Alright, starting this round off:
Gardevoir traced Inner Focus (on its switch in) so that's 6 energy. It gets -1 energy on all of its moves (STAB) and Sub costs 12 not 15.
Lucario gets STAB on Detect. Also while I would love to have that much HP/EN on my Gardevoir I believe she should be at 75/35.

For Pheonix Legend:
Landorus can only change form with Reveal Grass Equipped.
The Dodge Formula is: 10+(Defender Speed-Attacker Speed)/5 + Defender Acc Bonus
10+(117-104)/5+16 = 28.6
Lucario has 12% accuracy so the final attack accuracy is: 83.4%

Sarasa was exhausted... That earlier mistake had been costly and it still stung just thinking about it.
