^That's... It's... Argh...

I've locked a thread before because of bad puns. But that was a full page of them. That post alone nearly fulfills the quota for this thread.

It's...

You didn't even derail the thread. It's on-topic.

Still, I get this urge to punch something. Repeatedly. With my face.

Ullar, whatever you did there, don't do it again. For my sanity.

I got a Fabulous Abra the other day

I guess you could call it

Abrulous
Ullar....just, Ullar.... Please never type that word again.

(I'm just kidding, and not trying to be rude, but seriously, dat joke tho)

Anyways, to be back on topic, I've hit an odd stopping of power increase at about 830 power. I only get things at around that level, and nothing above. It is really annoying. Anyone know how to get higher power moms from here?

Have you gotten to a higher level yet? I think that's how you get a higher level. Or at least as my level increased, I finally got higher power mons.

Yeah, I've been trying, but I'm stuck at 24, and I don't have enough money to get the gems for another balloon, and the next challenge is at 920 power, so I'm stuck for a bit.

It's over

I added Endeavor/Diamond Storm Mega Diancie and Endeavor/Sacred Sword Keldeo into my Roar of Time bomb squad and they put in some work. Still insanely hard though, but Endeavor spam + Mega Evolution Shockwave = waveclear. Maybe I should've stacked Diancies

Is there a way to say goodbye to a LOT of pokemon in few sec ? Instead of having to drop them by selecting them one by one then "goodbye all"

I'm stuck at the 3rd King's Request. Even that Gift Doublade couldn't kill that Slurpuff in time before the timer ran out.

I've been stuck on The King's Adventure (I think that's what it's called) for a bit now, I think I'll wait until I get some mons in the 1500s. Current highest is still the 147? Zekrom. Anyone know a good type combo to use on that stage?

Until then, I can mess around with my Snappy++ Lanturn with Scald/Aqua Ring. The machine gun.

That's the Zygarde level, right?

I used an Epic Machop (Punchy and Snappy most important) with Dynamic Punch. One trick that helped in the main areas was to try to round corners quickly and get the King stuck on corners so he couldn't wander into fights.

For Zygarde itself, keep yourself between the two at all times and focus mainly on hitting Zygarde when he's "Steaming" so that he can't retaliate against the King.

Type isn't the biggest deal in this game, I'd say more important is the move's reach. Get a good AoE move like Lava Plume or Dialga's Roar of Time for the main stage and something that can fire off fast for the boss. Close Range melee tends to fit the latter, so Ice Punch makes a good choice. Alternatively, a heal move like Draining Kiss can give you breathing room to just go nuts on Zygarde and heal off the damage.

Working on upping my rank so I can grind high number Dialgas with my diamonds for the remaining challenges.

Oooh, that one was a doozy for me too. A mon with bulldoze really helps here. The minions will stunlock you until time runs out, so try to make sure they are dead.

EDIT: You are talking about the one where you escort your mii, right? The one that drags on way too long? You may want to get the mii stuck on the entrance so slurpuff doesn't kill him while you get stunlocked.

Hah, I actually just beat it before reading this with Drain Punch + Bulk Up Pangoro.

In other news, I threw money at the game and got the Legend/Plasma Balloons. I also hit Rank 50 and caught a 1380 Awesome Beartic with Reflector, Boomer, and Snappy. First multi-trait mon, yay! Current highest is 1493 Darmanitan-Zen with Fire Punch + Bulk Up.

Nice, you clearly took my advise on fighting Groudon (Screw Groudon, harvest the Darmanitan :P) or just got lucky. Anyway, I just wanted to point out that Zen Headbutt deals as much damage as Fire Punch per hit, but unlike Fire Punch, it can hit the same target multiple times with one attack.

As for how I'm doing, Rank I'm 48 with almost everything that I can encounter captured and have 5 more Diamonds until a the Dark balloon. I want Rank 50. This game tests my sanity.

Doesn't have to be Dialga Mewtwo or Diancie. Just save up Endeavor Pokemon, preferably those that can mega evolve for the added shockwave if necessary (that boils down to aggron/lopunny/diancie/kangaskhan), and something that deals immense amounts of sustained damage, like a Keldeo, to smack the bosses with. I mentioned keldeo specifically because it can also learn Endeavor, and even though Endeavor doesn't work properly on bosses, Primal Kyogre and Groudon have so much HP that your first few Endeavors will be dealing 1k+ damage to them. But you can always just sack your Endeavorer and bring out something like Cobalion and use Hone Claws + Sacred Sword for maximum spam.

It's no good, there isn't enough time to both kill all the minions, and Slurpuff too, they just stunlock me from out of Bulldozes range, and Slurpuff just recovers. It ended with Slurpuff at full health, and poor Skiddo unable to move.

Edit: But Slurpuff and his Swirlix minions sure didn't like Seed Bomb.

typical Jibaku forgetting about my fave endeavor-using, mega-evolving Pokemon, MANECTRIC

Ok, I checked my Spotpasses today and there was a Mii offering to take me to the Arceus level for 500P. I went in and caught one and now it's 1 diamond (I think it keeps going up to 3 if you go back). I know that there's a Mii who always takes you to the last level you played, but this is even better because I can play other levels and he'll still offer me this one.

If I want to keep this guy in my game, is there a way to check my daily Spotpasses and make sure that he doesn't get overwritten? Or is it safer to stop checking my Spotpasses?

I started playing this game and even got addicted to it for a little while, but then realised how long it's going to take me to make even slight progress after a while if I don't pay up. Not being able to always stop the roulette on the desired stage, time restraints and a lack of diamonds ensure you'll be wasting so much precious time not achieving anything. Pokemon Shuffle is a much more lenient game for free players like me.

Then I assume you haven't caught a legendary either. Speaking of which, how do you make legendaries appear? I haven't found one yet.
