Hmmmm.... The relaxed Poliwag that I got has 31/31/31/31/31/xx but doesn't the speed iv's have to be 00 if you're trying to get it with this moveset?

unless youre running trick room or gyro ball type moves, theres no need for 0 speed. 31 is still better. i run all my slower pokes with 31 speed ivs and it really comes in handy. my slowkings/bros and cofagrigus allllways outspeed others on BS.. some people dont write it off as important, but as long as its not changing the power of your moves, run perfect speed. circle throw is speed priority -6, but itll help your rest talking and scalding

i think rufus meant a 6iv as in ALL 31s, not a 6 in speed. it doesnt REALLY matter, but if you want to at least speed tie other pkmn with the same base stat, 31 is best
