Sorry for the late end of voting, I started working full time for the summer and I'm still adapting to my schedule. Also I forgot.

The winner is Yellow Paint's Magma Storm Heatran!

Our next Pokemon is:

Jirachi!

You have one week to submit new sets, at which point this exact same thing will probably happen again because I suck.

Jirachi @ Sitrus Berry / Safety Goggles
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 192 SpA / 64 SpD
Calm Nature
- Follow Me
- Protect
- Doom Desire
- Icy Wind

Doom Desire is strong as hell, doesn't indicate which spot it is targetting, and ignores Protect (which also means it can break sashes guaranteed hehe). All in all great for mindgames in Doubles.

192 SpA Jirachi Doom Desire vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gardevoir: 282-332 (101.4 - 119.4%)
192 SpA Jirachi Doom Desire vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Solid Rock Rhyperior: 436-514 (100.4 - 118.4%)
192 SpA Jirachi Doom Desire vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Kyurem-B: 396-468 (101.2 - 119.6%)
192 SpA Jirachi Doom Desire vs. 228 HP / 28 SpD Kyurem-B: 384-452 (85.7 - 100.8%)

Most anything that doesn't resist and isn't named Cress is taking ~50% as well.

Use with things that can beat up Heatran and Rotom-W like Hydreigon or Ludicolo.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Def / 96 SpD / 108 Spe
Careful Nature
- Follow Me
- Protect
- Substitute
- Iron Head

Sub jirachi gives follow me so much more utility. Not only can you take more hits, you can recover hp while absorbing status. Sitrus berry means amoonguss sleeps you, safety goggles means no hp recovery, sub and lefties gives you both. Evs outspeed +spe base 70s, always lives 1 zard y heat waves, and the rest in def.

Got the idea from Shaian

Alright, so according to a some people anything at or under 100 base speed can be used in TR, so I tried to build Jirachi to be a setter. Unfortunately, no. That doesn't work. But, it led me to think, "Can you use Jirachi on a TR team?" The answer? Probably.

There are a few changes you can make. Iron Head is definitely a good move, especially with the crazy crit chance, but I like the meteor mash raising attack. Expert belt doesn't always kill keldeo, but still does good damage without losing health. If you want to go super bulk, you can run leftovers or sitrus berry for some good recovery.

Jirachi @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 108 HP / 212 Atk / 100 Def / 88 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Follow Me
- Protect
- Zen Headbutt
- Meteor Mash/Iron Head

"n10sit, you shit player, why're you using body slam, you suck, etc" 60% chance to para guys!!
^I tried body slam, it sucks.

I'll start with the defensive calcs, check these out:

Lives A sucker punch from the Kang: (thanks Yoda2798)
252+ Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Sucker Punch vs. 108 HP / 100 Def Jirachi: 255-300 (69.2 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Lives a lando-t EQ:
252+ Atk Landorus-T Earthquake vs. 108 HP / 100 Def Jirachi: 264-312 (71.7 - 84.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Lives a shadow ball from max SpA Aegi:
252+ SpA Aegislash-Blade Shadow Ball vs. 108 HP / 88 SpD Jirachi: 294-348 (79.8 - 94.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Takes a little over half from Mega Diancie earth power (and then you fucking destroy it with meteor mash):
48 SpA Mega Diancie Earth Power vs. 108 HP / 88 SpD Jirachi: 184-218 (50 - 59.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Takes a Shaymin-S EP nicely (probably shouldn't stay on it though):
252+ SpA Life Orb Shaymin-S Earth Power vs. 108 HP / 88 SpD Jirachi: 244-289 (66.3 - 78.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Lives a heatran heat wave:
252+ SpA Heatran Heat Wave vs. 108 HP / 88 SpD Jirachi: 234-276 (63.5 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Lives a Hydrei dark pulse:
252 SpA Life Orb Hydreigon Dark Pulse vs. 108 HP / 88 SpD Jirachi: 304-359 (82.6 - 97.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Takes a Kyube EP:
252+ SpA Teravolt Kyurem-B Earth Power vs. 108 HP / 88 SpD Jirachi: 188-222 (51 - 60.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Takes a megagross EQ eZ:
252+ Atk Mega Metagross Earthquake vs. 108 HP / 100 Def Jirachi: 176-208 (47.8 - 56.5%) -- 85.9% chance to 2HKO

Now for the offensive calcs:

Annihilates mega diancie:
212+ Atk Life Orb Jirachi Meteor Mash vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Diancie: 624-738 (258.9 - 306.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

OHKO's keldeo:
212+ Atk Life Orb Jirachi Zen Headbutt vs. 24 HP / 0 Def Keldeo: 330-390 (100.3 - 118.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

OHKO's Terrakion (Meteor mash also OHKO's):
212+ Atk Life Orb Jirachi Zen Headbutt vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Terrakion: 330-390 (101.8 - 120.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

RIP Sylveon:
212+ Atk Life Orb Jirachi Meteor Mash vs. 244 HP / 0 Def Sylveon: 484-569 (123.4 - 145.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

So, as you can see, it's niche is better filled defensively. The power I did put into it is really to put in a big hit and/or 2HKO most mons. It's a good follow me mon, and I like using it in TR because if you have to waste EV's in Speed then Jirachi just isn't bulky enough.

Lives 2 sucker punches from the Kang:
252+ Atk Kangaskhan Sucker Punch vs. 108 HP / 100 Def Jirachi: 140-166 (38 - 45.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
This is non-mega, here is the Mega Kang calc, easy 2HKO even with Jolly nature:

252 Atk Parental Bond Mega Kangaskhan Sucker Punch vs. 108 HP / 100 Def Jirachi: 231-273 (62.7 - 74.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

My set is pretty much just non mega metagross but faster and specially bulkier (and flinchier I guess) so don't expect anything too cool.

Jirachi @ Life Orb / Safety Goggles
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Zen Headbutt
- Follow Me / Psych Up / Ice Punch
- Protect

Jirachi is a cool mon imo and I often think of using it offensively, and I've only ever used it seriously once. Jolly because fuck Adamant Kang and Modest Zard Y (though I doubt people would stay in on Zard Y anyway) and the first two moves are explanatory, but the third should be sort of explained. Follow Me still works on the set so long as you run Safety Goggles or Weakness Policy (though I wouldn't run wp fm rachi anyway), Psych Up as an alternative to Mew on bunnies (evil), and Ice Punch for bopping Lando-T on switch-in or while you're safely in Tailwind (or if kamikaze sets up rocks on you).

Edit: fuck wp it's only weaknesses Ohko it

That's all there is to the set aside from the 4 SpD dealing with download gene.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 68 HP / 252 Atk / 188 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- U-turn
- Ice Punch/Body Slam/Whatever you want
- Trick

So ScarfRachi is pretty common in OU (or at least was, I haven't been keeping up) so I thought it wouldn't be too bad in doubles. Iron head is for flinches and Diancie, U-turn is for momentum; Ice Punch lets you beat Skymin and does a hefty chunk to Lando-T and Mega Mence (though I made this set before the Mence suspect). Body Slam is a good alternative if your team needs some paralysis support, and gives Jirachi some extra utility if you've Tricked away your Scarf. Speaking of, Trick and choice scarf is something I don't really ever see in doubles, and I don't really know why; Trick lets this Jirachi neutralize Cresselia, Ferrothorn, Amoongus, Support Jirachi, Togekiss, and Suicune, and Trick Room. Spread is max attack, with enough speed to outspeed Scarf Lando-T. The rest is tossed into HP.

Edit: just saw hard's post, healing wish would be pretty good here too, probably in the third slot

a mixed scarf set can be a good rain support

U-Turn
Thunder
Water Pulse/Healing Wish
Iron Head
with enough speed to outrun Landorus-T (Naive nature to better take Mamas attacks on switch in)
This way you have a nice win condition in Iron Head spam and the ability to restore weather by turning back to the toad.

Jirachi @ Life Orb

EVs: 72 HP / 192 SpA / 4 SpD / 240 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Protect
- Flash Cannon
- Moonblast / Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic

set I came up with. Steel/Psychic is pretty cool as we've seen with Mega Metagross and Jirachi has okay SpA so I figured I'd try it out. Team sucked but the set was okay

anyway voting

megacyber's physical Scarf

Obviously my own is my preference :p
But scarfers are neat, u-turn is neat, trick scarf is even neater, and flinches are dumb as hell.

megacyber´s choice scarf
Arcticblast my post was not a nomination.
I just expanded on his idea of scarfed Jirachi and added the need for a speed boosting nature when Jolly Landorus is far from extinct.
