Swampert / Dragonite is taken, so no swagonite :(

Parents:
Swampert / Quagsire
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: SWAGsire
New type: Water / Ground
New base stats: 107 / 107 / 97 / 85 / 87 / 57
New ability and desc: Torrent Absorb (Torrent + Water absorb) - If hit by Water type move, gains 25% HP and its Water type attack becomes x1.5. Gains Water immunity.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Hydro Pump, Scald, Low Kick, Power-Up Punch, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Stockpile, Waterfall, Ice Punch, Earth Power, Curse, Ice beam, Recover, Toxic
Role identification: A bulky Water/Ground poke that has Recover and Immunity to Water type mves. Unlike Quagsire, this poke has decent Special Defense and a usable Special Attack.

Parents: Forretress and Escavalier
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Escavatress
New type: Bug/Steel
New base stats: 82 / 122 / 132 / 70 / 92 / 40
New ability and desc: Anger the Hive (Swarm + Sturdy): If this Pokemon is at full HP, it survives one hit with at least 1 HP and gains a 50% boost to Bug-type attacks. Immune to OHKO.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Explosion, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Knock Off, Megahorn, Poison Jab, Pursuit, Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, Swords Dance, Stealth Rocks, Toxic Spikes, Volt Switch
Role identification: A bulky hazard controller with offensive presence or an offensive tank with utility, Escavatress is basically Escavalier with support options and a more-or-less guaranteed boost to Bug-type moves the first time it's on the field.

Parents: Slowbro + Nidoking
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Slowking
New type: Water/Poison
New base stats: 98 / 98 / 88 / 102 / 102 / 67
New ability and desc: Oblivious Point: Contact with this Pokemon causes either Infatuation or Taunt (50/50)
Notable Moves: Scald, Ice Beam, Toxic, Calm Mind, Drain Punch, Light Screen, Nasty Plot, Psychic, Psyshock, Surf, Slack Off, Thunder Wave, Trick, Belly Drum, Aqua Tail, Blizzard, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Hone Claws, Head Smash, Megahorn, Outrage, Roar, Seismic Toss, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Stealth Rock, Super Fang, Stone Edge, Superpower, Taunt, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Toxic Spikes, Venoshock
Role identification: A very versatile Pokemon with a huge, and I mean huge movepool. Special Wall, Bulky Special Attacker, Set-Up Bulky Physical Attacker, Set-Up Bulky Special Attacker, all it lacks is Speed and better Defense. With access to Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Light Screen, Calm Mind, Reliable Recovery, Roar, Scald and more for a wall set as well as Sludge Wave, Surf, Fire Blast, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Thunder, Blizzard and more for an offensive set, the unique ability is a cherry on top.

Meanwhile, reserving Dustox + Drapion, Mantine + Milotic and Chandelure + Gengar.

EDIT: Welp, some weird glitch happened. Ignore anything you saw :I
As amusing as that name is, having two 'mons with identical names is bound to cause a problem somewhere, so you might as well give it a different one.

Parents: Mantine + Milotic
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Mantic
New type: Water
New base stats: 90 / 60 / 84 / 100 / 142 / 85
New ability and desc: Competitive Swim: Speed is raised by 2 when a stat is lowered.
Notable Moves: Agility, Air Slash, Blizzard, Defog, Earthquake, Haze, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Scald, Tailwind, Toxic, Amnesia, Aqua Ring, Confuse Ray, Icy Wind, Mirror Coat, Wide Guard, Coil, Dragon Tail, Light Screen, Recover
Role identification: A great tank with a very high special defense stat, basically an improvement of both Mantine and Milotic. Could be used well in Doubles/Triples with access to Wide Guard, as well as Light Screen, Icy Wind, Surf, Blizzard etc. Reliable recovery, stat-boosting move, force-switch move, hazard removal, Scald, it has pretty much everything a defensive tank would greatly appreciate.

Parents: Luxray + Pangoro
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Pangray
New Type: Electric/Fighting
New Base Stats: 97/132/88/92/85/74
New Ability And Desc: Demoralise - Intimidate + Mold Breaker, does exactly what it says on the tin.
Notable Moves: Parting Shot, Superpower, Low Kick, Drain Punch, Circle Throw, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Knock Off, Crunch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Gunk Shot, Iron Tail, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Taunt, Roar.
Role Identification: Despite its middling Special Defense and below-average Speed, the combination of its great typing, enormous Attack, Parting Shot and Demoralise means that Pangray can be an incredible pivot or a scary Choice Band user. Resisting all of Stealth Rock, Knock Off, U-Turn and Volt Switch while packing its own, often slower pivoting move, momentum is always on Pangray's side, and Demoralise also bashes through many of the Electric immunties floating around as a result of FE's new Abilities.

(This is not an excuse for me to theorymon an Electric/Fighting and something, anything, with Parting Shot + Intimidate. By which I mean it totally is.)

EDIT: Added Choice Band as an option. I'd dismissed it because its STABs both have immunities, but thinking about it more, Parting Shot and Knock Off are just too damn spammable to leave it out entirely.

A while ago the OM room discussed a Pokemon that was immune to hax. Now, it is here! (kinda)

Parents: Dustox + Drapion
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Duspion
New type: Bug/Poison
New base stats: 75 / 80 / 100 / 65 / 92 / 90
New ability and desc: Battle Dust: The user is immune to secondary effects and critical hits.
Notable Moves: Defog, Light Screen, Moonlight, Quiver Dance, Roost, Tailwind, Toxic, U-Turn, Agility, Aqua Tail, Crunch, Earthquake, Hone Claws, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Swords Dance, Taunt, Toxic Spikes, Whirlwind
Role identification: A good wall with 75/100/92 defenses and certainly a more defensive version of a 'immune-to-hax' pokemon. With good speed for a defensive wall and good physical and stat-boosting movepool, Black Sludge would be probably the most viable option. Also has a hazard, hazard-removal, recovery, Taunt and STAB U-Turn at its disposal. I guess it's typing and special attack are it's hinders.

I think that may wrap up all my fusionmons for today.
Thanks to SpartanMalice for the basis of the idea!

^ Damn I thought I'd posted Scyther/Flygon. Oh well. Still, rhydreigon's submission was pretty good.

Parents: Charizard + Salamence
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Salazard
New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 96/119/89/119/92/110
New ability and desc: Intimidating Flames - We have a lot of these, don't we? On switch in, fire attacks are boosted and the opponent's defence is reduced by one stage.
Notable Moves: Tailwind, Dragon Dance, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Stone Edge, Roost, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Earthquake, Crunch, Brick Break, Focus Blast, Flare Blitz, Overheat, Power Up Punch, Swords Dance, ThunderPunch, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp
Role identification: A I kept thinking I'd made this before, turns out that was Garcizard. Anyway, this is a fairly straightforward mon. A variant of Mega Charizard X, if you will. Except it can use items, and is faster. The mixed offenses help out a bit, as you can run Band, Specs, mixed, mixed scarf and all the like. The WoWRoost set could see some use too, due to Intimidate, slightly higher SpD, better HP, and the abiliy to use lefties.

Reserving Hydreigon + Dragonite.

Audino and Whimsicott (Fairy)
Audicott (Normal/Grass)
93/74/96/79/91/93
Ability: Nurse (Audicott's status moves that can heal or buff allied Pokemon have a priority of +1. In addition, when Audicott switches out, it is healed by 1/4 it's max health.)
Notable Moves: Heal Bell, Healing Wish, Wish, Tailwind, U-Turn, Leech Seed, Defog
Role Description: Audicott is used as a good late game cleric, using priority wishes and heal bells to keep the team alive and can use u-turn to keep momentum, pass wishes, and heal from the regenerator passive. Leech seeds can also be set at priority to force a switch or heal an ally. Finally, a priority healing wish can give a sweeper the ability to come in on a NVE move and have another sweep chance.
Da nurse is here to rek u

Parents: Roserade and Florges
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Florade
New type: Grass/Fairy
New base stats: 79 / 77 / 76 / 128 / 139 / 92
New ability and desc: Poison Veil (Poison Point + Flower Veil): This side's Grass types can't have stats lowered or status inflicted by other Pokemon. 30% chance a Pokemon making contact with this Pokemon will be poisoned.
Notable moves: Aromatherapy, Calm Mind, Energy Ball, Leech Seed, Moonblast, Petal Dance, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Sleep Powder, Sludge Bomb, Spikes, Synthesis, Toxic Spikes, Wish
Role identification: With a lovely ability that finally protects it from status and lowered stats and a typing with some useful resistances, Florade can run specially defensive, Calm Mind, or utility sets. It should compliment offensive teams well, as it can switch into status moves that would trouble them and use the opportunity to use a support move of choice, or just lob off a Moonblast at whatever's bothering you.

Parents: Avalugg / Tyranitar
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Avatar
New type: Ice / Rock
New base stats: 107 / 135 / 157 / 79 / 83 / 54
New ability and desc: Sand Body - Summons Sandstorm and halve the damage of all super effective attacks taken by this poke in Sandstorm (or this poke will suck because of its typing).
Notable moves: Avalanche, Earthquake, Recover, Stone Edge, Rapid Spin, Toxic, Superpower, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Iron Head, Thunder Wave, Crunch, Taunt, Curse, Rock Polish.
Role identification: A wall with high attack. It has a very bad typing, so I made its ability a bit broken. I'm sure it won't be overpowered even with its ability.

Parents: Avalugg and Aggron
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrugg
New type: Steel/Ice
New base stats: 92 / 123 / 192 / 62 / 63 / 49 (BST 581)
New ability and desc: Glacier (Ice Body + Sturdy) - In Hail, the user will always survive with at least 1 HP when attacked by an opponent on the first time; Outside of Hail, the user will always survive with at least 1 HP if it is attacked with full HP.
Notable moves: Iron Head, Autotomize, Heavy Slam, Hone Claws, Taunt, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Curse, Head Smash, Stealth Rock, Superpower, Aqua Tail, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Crunch, Rapid Spin, Avalanche, Recover, Gyro Ball
Role identification: The Def is off the roof (save for Megas), but its special bulk is... And the two 4x weaknesses doesn't help either. However, it's much better for hazard control now, having a neutrality to Rock.

Parents: Hydreigon / Dragonite
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Hydronite
New type: Dark/Dragon
New base stats: 101/129/102/122/105/99
New ability and desc: X-Wingadium Leviosa- Avoids ground moves and flinching.
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Agility, Superpower, Defog, Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Extremespeed, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Outrage, Power Up Punch, Stone Edge, Roost, Surf, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Waterfall, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Head Smash, Signal Beam, Taunt, U-turn, Zen Headbutt
Role identification: This makes up for a mediocre ability with a largely useful movepool. While it loses Hurricane Stab and Multiscale from Dragonite's end, it is statistically a much improved Hydreigon. The well rounded stats and diverse movepool help it use a variety of options. This can even run a defensive set. It's still really weak vs fairies, but it has a much higher attack stat and Iron Head over Iron Tail to him them with. Have fun!

Reserving Avalugg + Lapras.

Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Beheecham
New type: Psychic/Fighting
New base stats: 77 / 77 / 85 / 102 / 95 / 70 (BST 506)
New ability and desc: Synchron Power (Pure Power + Synchronize) - When the user is inflicted with a major status by the opponent, the user's Special Attack is doubled.
Notable moves: Synchronoise, Psychic, Calm Mind, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Dark Pulse, Trick Room, Nasty Plot, Recover, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Baton Pass
Role identification: A special version of Medicham, only more powerful with status. Switch into a status move (preferrably Burn), and you'll be sweeping teams.

Parents: Avalugg / Lapras
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Lavalugg
New type: Water/Ice
New base stats: 122/111/142/74/80/54
New ability and desc: Oblivious Surfer - Immune to taunting, infatuation and Water moves, restores 1/4 of its HP when it's hit by any of those.
Notable moves: Avalanche, Crunch, Earthquake, Ice Beam, Iron head, Rapid spin, Recover, Stone edge, Superpower, Surf, Rock Polish, Dragon Dance, Freeze Dry, Heal Bell, Ice Shard, Perish Song, Roar, Toxic, Waterfall
Role identification: You really can't get too far with Avalugg, can you? Water/Ice is a fairly derpy typing, but it's better than a 4x weakness. No resists except Ice and Water though, make it quite mediocre defensively. However, it does have nice 122/142/80 bulk, and can choose to go offensively as Water/Ice is definitely a decent typing in that regard (It's speed is comparable to - Torterra lol, but if that can run Rock Polish sets with a 4x ice weakness so can this one. Or Dragon dance, if you will. Lavalugg is a decent spinner, because it's immune to Taunt and can actually gain HP while taunted. Freeze Dry is useful too.

Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Beheecham
New type: Psychic/Fighting
New base stats: 77 / 77 / 85 / 102 / 95 / 70 (BST 506)
New ability and desc: Synchron Power (Pure Power + Synchronize) - When the user is inflicted with a major status, the opponent is inflicted with the same status, and the user's Special Attack is doubled.
Notable moves: Synchronoise, Psychic, Calm Mind, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Dark Pulse, Trick Room, Nasty Plot, Recover, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Baton Pass
Role identification: A special version of Medicham, only more powerful with status. Slap a Flame Orb or go with a RestTalk set, and you'll be sweeping teams.
That ability seems too overpowered imo, I mean it's an even more powerful version of what the Rules say not to do.
Rules:
  • Ability - This is where it gets fun! You pick one ability from each parent (No HAs!) and combine them, with balance in mind. The same or clone abilities cannot stack. (No Speed Boost + Speed Boost, or Shell Armor + Battle Armor; if there's no way around it, use the original version of the ability.)
    • Good example: Pure Power + Guts: This Pokemon's Attack is doubled when inflicted by major status but the status effects are also doubled. Immune to burn's Attack drop.
    • Bad example: Pure Power + Guts: This Pokemon's Attack is doubled when inflicted by major status. (Too strong.)

Aurorus and Charizard (Monster)
Aurozard (Rock/Fire)
111/91/85/114/99/89
Ability: Igniate (Increases the power of normal type moves by 33% and changes their type to fire.)
Notable Moves: Freeze Dry, Nature Power (Tri Attack), Flash Cannon, Thunder Bolt, Psychic, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Hyper Voice, Air Slash, Dragon Pulse
Role Description: Aurozard has an enormous move pool, accompanied by strong STAB moves, especially an Igniate boosted Hyper Voice or TriAttack. However, it's middling speed needs to be boosted either with a scarf or an Agility. A physical set could also work, with Igniate Return or Double Edge and Dragon Dance.
Probably my last for this phase, but inspiration may strike.

Change it to "if the user is inflicted with a major status then it's Special Attack is doubled". Still broken but at least you have a chance.

Whoops, I completely forgot that Synchronize only works if the status is inflicted by the opponent, so Flame Orb or RestTalk won't work. Fixed.

Shared egg group: Human-like
Offspring name: Infericham
New type: Fighting/Fire
New base stats: 78 / 92 / 83 / 92 / 83 / 104 (BST 534)
New ability and desc: Blazing Power - When under 1/3 % of your HP, your Fire-type moves are doubled in power.
Notable moves: High Jump Kick, Flare Blitz, Elemental Punches, Recover, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, PuP, Fake Out, Drain Punch, Bullet Punch, Trick, Close Combat, Mach Punch, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, U-turn, Gunk Shot, Stealth Rock, WoW, Overheat, Acrobatics
Role identification: Infericham has a wide arrange of sets to choose from thanks to its movepool. It can go Offensive, Defensive, Lead and more. Infericham has a nice speed tier to work around with, as well as decent defensive stats.

Parents: Pachirisu + Togekiss
Shared Egg Group: Fairy
Offspring Name: Pachikiss
New type: Electric/Fairy
New base stats: 82/57/92/92/112/97 (BST 532)
New ability and desc: Serene Pick-up - The chance of secondary effects occurring is doubled and any item that is consumed by this Pokemon is collected at the end of the turn.
Notable Moves: Toxic, Roost, Nuzzle, Discharge, Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Super Fang, Reflect, Light Screen, Defog, Substitute, Nasty Plot
Role Identification: A formidable Special Wall. Pachikiss' typing gives it 5 resistances and an immunity at the cost of only 2 weaknesses, which help it to excel as a defensive Pokemon. Pachikiss also has good physical defence and HP to back up it's Sp.Def ans to make it bulkier overall. It can also clear hazards with Defog and heal itself with Roost. Its speed lets it outspeed many Wallbreakers and other defensive Pokemon to allow it to act first. It can also Pick-Up Sitrus Berries at the end of each turn to let it heal itself by massive amounts once its health gets low over and over again. It can spread status with Toxic and Nuzzle, or use a 60% chance to para Discharge for more damage. Its final defensive role is in using Dual Screens. However, it can also act offensively thanks to Nasty Plot, Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam and Charge Beam with a guaranteed Sp.Attack raises. All round a dangerous and versatile Pokemon.

Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Exrorus
New type: Rock/Normal
New base stats: 123 / 94 / 77 / 105 / 92 / 73 (BST 564)
New ability and desc: Cold Sound - All sound moves become Ice-type Moves and gains a 50% boost.
Notable moves: BOOMBURST, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Extrasensory, Overheat, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Rock Polish
Role identification: The main mission for Exrorus is Wallbreaking nearly anything with Boomburst and use its coverage to hit anything super effective that Cold Sound Boomburst doesn't. Its decent bulk makes Exrorus able to tank a hit and then kill whatever there is in front of it. It can even run Stealth Rock for some residual damage and even Rock Polish if you want to sweep.

Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Viniquen
New type: Bug/Flying
New base stats: 76/95/84/75/86/110 (BST 526)
New ability and desc: Speeding Pressure - The user's Speed goes up by one level every turn at the cost of having the user's attacks drain twice the PP every turn it's Speed goes up until it's at it's Speed is at maximum level
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, U-Turn, Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, Final Gambit, Baton Pass, Endeavor, Agility, Destiny Bond, Power Gem, Air Slash, Giga Drain, Bug Buzz, Sludge Bomb
Role Identification: A fast attacker with passible bulk and a good speed. It's ability is very useable, but with a cost. Has access to Baton Pass to pass it's boosting moves onto others. It's attacking movepool has some passible moves and reliable recovery, but is not too crowded with good moves. Has a passible Special Attack stat for it's moves, but not too powerful and lacks a move that boosts SpA.
