Saddened by Manaphy's death and with the genie nowhere to be seen, you decide you can't do anything but going on, in an attempt to try and stop this crisis before any more lives are to be given for the cause.

The sea cavern goes on for quite a while, illuminates by the openings in the rock above your heads. Then, the tunnel ends into a large crater, filled with water and surrounded by strange, blue glowing ferns. Above, black menacing clouds crowd the sky, but surprisingly it is not raining at the moment. Could there be Tornadus's hand behind this? Nevertheless, you decide it'd be best to descend near the shore of this lake, to inspect it in search of any kind of hint. However, right as you step in, you hear a glacial, deep laugh.

I can't believe Tornadus could expect such a weakling to dispose of you. But it is in his nature to take things lightly.

You turn your heads above, in fear. A human-like shape is visible, floating above the crater.

"What do you want?", you ask, studying the enemy carefully. "Are you the responsible of this crisis?"
"Crisis?", repeats the genie. "Compared to what awaits your kind, this is nothing. The true terror is still ahead"
"We shall not allow this to happen", you reply, trying to sound as bold as possible. "We're here to stop this".
The genie laughs again. "Such brave words. But after all, light measures can't seem to work with you, so there we are. You wish to stop this "crisis", mortals? Then, see it with your very eyes!"
