We should quick ban Houndour + Skrelp and play with the rest of the tier shifts. However QuoteCS should have the final say in what's going on with LC UU.

If we go with the tier shift, Hound and Skrelp are reeeeeeeeeally hurtful, especially with Leep gone

If we don't, I still have to teambuild for Leep sooooooooooo

I'm leaving home on Saturday so I hope I can play before, VMd lasagne.

Edit: Things changed and I'm leaving on Sunday finally, but still won't be able to play that day.
