Suicune @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Hydro Pump
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass] / Hidden Power [Electric] / Extreme Speed

I have test this set, i really like it. Offensive CM Suicune is pretty cool. He can bypass Florges and some bulky water. We can play HP Electric on HP Grass for Empoleon, but it's a risk against roar Swampert, if hydro pump miss, it's a rip. Extreme Speed can be played too on HP Grass to revenge kill a mon who won't kill with hpump/ice beam and outspeed you but the bulky water wall you really easily.

+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Suicune Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 24+ SpD Florges: 243-289 (67.5 - 80.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Suicune Hidden Power Electric vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Empoleon: 208-247 (56 - 66.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Suicune Hydro Pump vs. 100 HP / 0 SpD Mega Swampert: 367-433 (100.2 - 118.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Suicune Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Cresselia: 317-374 (71.3 - 84.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Suicune Hidden Power Grass vs. 200 HP / 56+ SpD Vaporeon: 260-307 (57.6 - 68%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

yeah there's literally no difference outside of the fact that you look cooler when you choose the non-plate item to show your knowledge of this game

iirc there was a justification for the non-plate items because they were lighter. In a theoretical situation where someone tricks or steals your item, then flings it at you, the non-plate items do less than the plates.

which is a pretty fucking stupid justification

Entei @ Charcoal
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Flame Charge
- Sacred Fire
- Extreme Speed

Alternatively a spread of 96hp / 160 Atk / 252 Spe can be used to add a bit more bulk.

Originally I just threw this on a fun SD pass mienshao team, but after using it for many games I started to throw it on actual teams because of how much it can sway a battle. We all know entei is a huge threat and if you don't have a bulky water to sponge hits, you're going to have to tread very carefully around this mon. The most common ways that people deal with entei, outside of waters, are playing around the move it locks itself into or revenging with a faster mon such as aero. Bluffing the choice is excellent for taking out slower checks (chand) or the mons that try to come in to set up on a locked stone edge (lucario). The flame charge is very easy to get off as it still does good SE damage and is generally used to finish off weakened mons that are being sacked to a sacred fire. Once boosted, entei can handle most of the faster checks that would try to stop it late game, such as aero, salamence, crobat, and sometimes opposing entei.

I generally don't save replays, but here is one with the bulky set coming through late game. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-259527139

Stall Breaker Virizion!!
Jabba (Virizion) @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Sacred Sword
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Synthesis

This thing is a monster! It makes all bulky walls and special attacker wet their pants! I came across this when searching for what pokemon that could learn taunt and has recovery. Virizion has synthesis and fantastic special bulk. It also had a stab that hit steel types super effectively. It fit so well in the role I wanted to give it I just had to build a team around it! The only concern was running out of synthesis but it turned out to be fine :). Also Virizion's ability still is effective! Get boost and hit really hard. This is a great switch into hydra btw.

If you want to use it this is how. Do not have this as your only krook switch in. Try to avoid taking as many physical attacks as possible. Go for taunt first. Don't risk the status move. Taunt+Toxic+Synthesis = Winning! Preserve if possible. Try not to use synthesis if you don't have to. Although i like to play around hax, if its early game, I wouldn't be using too much synthesis. Umm try not to make this your only thing to take special hits. It only resists so much.

Calcs:
0 SpA Florges Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Virizion: 134-162 (34.7 - 41.9%) -- 78.5% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Mega Blastoise Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Virizion: 136-160 (35.2 - 41.4%) -- 73.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
52 SpA Life Orb Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Virizion: 164-192 (42.4 - 49.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Replays:

I want this set on Smogdex, right, now.

Cresselia @ Flame Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Psycho Shift
- Psyshock/Moonblast

This set is pure aids, but I love it so much. Basically you have the flame orb psycho shift combo going on, which lets your team tackle physical threats alot easier. Psyshock is just your typical stab move but Moonblast is also an option so your not completely walled by dark types. Restalk and Psycho Shifting sleep to another mon...... need I say more?

Here are some replays to show how wonderful it is.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-264837808 vs Cactrune, Basically Cress just beats all his mons.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-264843632 vs EastFlow, Turn 12 Cress puts Arcanine to Sleep allowing me to not worry about something catching a WoW for a while. Turn 45 it wins the game.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-264848776 vs Gardevire, Cress gets frozen which stops me from using it but I'm able to get the freeze off and basically win the game at Turn 22 with it.

This set needs SO much more love.

Edit: Recent DDoS has caused replays to dissapear, sorry for inconvinience.

Edit: Replays are back :3

Forretress @ Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Rapid Spin

Earthquake Forretress. I've used this on a few hyper offense teams now and it's put in very real work. It bops most Empoleon, Tentacruel, Cobalion that don't expect too much aside from Explosion from Forretress, but that's where this gets interesting, it mainly bops Chandelure. Personally, I've never found enough space to actually make use of an extra entry hazard and running Gyro Ball can sometimes be underwhelming when you need it not to be, not to mention the only types that actually resist Explosion are all weak to Earthquake, making it a plus. I chose Adamant over Jolly since I prefer the power but if you want the extra bit of Speed, go right ahead.

I don't tend to save replays but this is one from an Iron Chef match a while back. https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uu-253500997 - Forretress easily removes Chandelure allowing Cobalion to have a good chance to sweep later on.

Reuniclus @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 144 HP / 112 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Psyshock
- Future Sight
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

I've been using this set late XYUU with amazing results, so I decided to give it a try on the ORAS metagame, and let me tell you, this still works wonders. I don't want to be that guy who slaps Assault Vest on whatever Pokemon comes to mind, but looking at this thing's great natural bulk and Regenerator, which most people have forgotten about, seems like a perfect choice for it.

This set fits amazingly on Bulky Offense teams, being an incredible pivot that can come into pretty much any special attack not coming from Hydreigon:

  • 252 SpA Alakazam Shadow Ball vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 106-126 (26.7 - 31.7%) -- 49.2% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
  • 252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 118-140 (29.7 - 35.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
  • 252+ SpA Mega Pidgeot Hurricane vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 118-141 (29.7 - 35.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
  • 252 SpA Life Orb Roserade Sludge Bomb vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 109-130 (27.4 - 32.7%) -- 83.3% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
  • 252 SpA Mega Sceptile Dragon Pulse vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 88-105 (22.1 - 26.4%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock
  • 252+ SpA Mold Breaker Mega Ampharos Volt Switch vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 88-105 (22.1 - 26.4%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock

But what makes this set different from most special walls is the fact that it actually has offensive presence with that 125 SAtk base and the help of Future Sight, the real gem of this set. Future Sight messes teams, I'm being serious. The fact that it hits 2 turns later can be taken completely to your advantage, forcing your opponent to send something as an Steel or Dark-type to take the 120 bp attack while you prepare the scenario to have a strong Fighting-type at said moment. At that time, your opp has two choices, or stays and takes a CC to the face with the Steel type or switches out to the Fighting resist and gets destroyed by Future Sight.

I've had incredible success with this Reuniclus + Guts Toxic Orb SD Heracross + wish support, something that I'll probably RMT when I get to #1 on the ladder, haters. But all in all, this set is gold.
(I don't know how to Quote with the original poster's name mentioned, hence adding it here: This was posted by LilOU)

Was wondering why this EV-spread was chosen, hence did a few calcs regarding the UU tier.

  • Mega-Houndoom: 252 SpA Mega Houndoom Dark Pulse vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 164-194 (41.3 - 48.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
  • Chandelure (Choice Scarf): 252 SpA Chandelure Shadow Ball vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 168-198 (42.3 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
  • Chandelure: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Chandelure Shadow Ball vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 272-324 (68.5 - 81.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • Dragalge's Draco Meteor: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Adaptability Dragalge Draco Meteor vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 224-264 (56.4 - 66.4%) -- Minute chance to 2HKO after the Sp. Atk drop
  • Dragalge's Sludge Wave: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Adaptability Dragalge Sludge Wave vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 164-194 (41.3 - 48.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
  • Galvantula (Focus Sash): 252 SpA Galvantula Bug Buzz vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 140-168 (35.2 - 42.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
  • Goodra: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Goodra Draco Meteor vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 183-216 (46 - 54.4%) -- Small chance to 3HKO after the Sp. Atk drops
  • Hoopa-bound: 252+ SpA Life Orb Hoopa Shadow Ball vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 244-291 (61.4 - 73.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • Heliolisk: 252 SpA Choice Specs Heliolisk Hyper Voice vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 115-136 (28.9 - 34.2%) -- 3.7% chance to 3HKO
  • Mega-Sceptile's Leaf Storm: 252 SpA Mega Sceptile Leaf Storm vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 135-160 (34 - 40.3%) -- fails to 4HKO after Sp. Atk drops
  • Mega-Sceptile's Dragon Pulse: 252 SpA Mega Sceptile Dragon Pulse vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 88-105 (22.1 - 26.4%) -- 12% chance to 4HKO
  • Nidoking: 252 SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoking Sludge Wave vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 117-138 (29.4 - 34.7%) -- 8.8% chance to 3HKO
  • Rotom-Heat: 252 SpA Choice Specs Rotom-H Overheat vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 160-190 (40.3 - 47.8%) -- fails to 4HKO after Sp. Atk drops
  • Hydreigon (Choice Scarf): 252 SpA Hydreigon Dark Pulse vs. 144 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Reuniclus: 152-180 (38.2 - 45.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Since this Reuniclus has little Sp.Atk investment, prior damage to opposing Pokémon is mandatory (Examples of full HP opponents: 0/0 Mega-Houndoom has a +30% chance to survive Focus Blast, 0/0 Hoopa-bound has over 60% chance to survive Reuniclus' Shadow Ball,...). Entry hazards will be key. Before the enemy's team is weakened, Reuniclus' best bet is to tank hits & spam Future Sight to punch holes while it recovers with Regenerator.

All in all: A fun take on Reuniclus! It demands good support from its teammates though: Entry hazards and offensively-oriented allies that can lure out opponents that don't resist Future Sight or could use the extra delayed attack to pierce through walls.

Most of these are less "creative" and more "underused".

Tyrantrum @ Stone Plate
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

Tyrantrum pressures common Defoggers in Crobat and Mandibuzz, and others like Gligar and Salamence don't want to switch in. Stone Plate is cool for boosting your main attack and possibly letting you bluff Jolly CB or something like that. Last slot is variable but I chose to go with DD so i could pressure bulkier teams in a pinch. Would've gotten a win from turn 5 in an open game with this set if Head Smash had hit. Works pretty well on spike stack especially since Cobalion falls to +1 EQ after a Spike and Krook is heavily pressured by them. I used to like CB but find it hard to use with these two, Doublade, and Mega Swampert running around.

Hoopa @ Life Orb
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Trick Room

Max Speed to avoid being outsped by stuff like Florges and Gligar outside of Trick Room. Trick Room only when you're against offensive teams where you can set up vs a special attacker basically. Modest lets you hit significantly harder like 2HKOing Florges off the top of my head.

Salamence @ Choice Band
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Iron Tail
- Sleep Talk / Dragon Claw

Choice Band Moxie Salamence, shoutout Omfuga. 2HKO most Porygon2 without Stealth Rock, 2HKO Cresselia, Suicune, +1 Snorlax, etc.

Abomasnow @ Abomasite
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 68 Atk / 252 SpA / 188 Spe
Mild Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Focus Blast
- Ice Shard

Kill Umbreon, P2, Cobalion, Mega Aggron, and Snorlax trying to switch into you. Similarly, Focus Blast on LO/Specs Kyurem.

Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Sludge Wave
- Vacuum Wave
- Dark Pulse

NP Croak destroys several of SD Croak's main checks (fast Sucker Punch resists [Krook, Hydrei, Cobalion] are all weak to Vacuum Wave) and counters (+2 Dark Pulse does a ton to Reuniclus, Jellicent, and Cresselia). Modest is actually OK on NP Croak since several of the things that outspeed you without Timid are weak to Vacuum Wave (though Mamo and Chandelure suck) and Modest guarantees the KO on Reuniclus from +2, for example.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Substitute / HP Electric

Offensive Suicune can catch BO teams by surprise by outspeeding stuff like Chandelure, Tyrantrum, Mega Swampert, and hitting the likes of Hydreigon, Roserade, and Mega Ampharos extremely hard. Substitute is what I prefer but HP Electric can get good damage on other Water-types, especially Feraligatr.

In my experience Adamant Tyrantrum gets fucked reeeally hard because defensive base 100s (the only one of which we have now is Tentacruel) only have to invest 24 EVs to outspeed. It's why I started running Jolly Krow and why I've never run Adamant Tyrantrum unless I was ripping someone else's team. Do you ever find it to not be an issue?

There are two defensive base 100s in the tier. One of them is Salamence who often creeps up to 136 Jolly for Heracross and the other is Tentacruel who has been on the decline for some time now. It's really not an issue to run Adamant as the more often creeped value is like 210 for 8 Speed Suicune or something.
