I am hosting a Flavor Battle, which is a little different than what most of you are use to. In this match, its time to show everyone how creative and clever you are! Think you've got what it takes?

This battle will be 3 vs 3 singles
Switch = OK
Items = No Training Items (If you want EC/MC/AC, go find a flashmatch)
2 Day DQ for Battlers, 3 Day DQ for Referee (I am reffing this match)
3 Substitutions
Mega Evolutions = 0
Arena: It's a secret! Be prepared for a very detailed, interactive arena though, because adaptability is an important key to being successful in a Flavor Battle!

In addition to the standard rules, This Flavor Battle has some extra rules and regulations, so make sure the battle stays exciting!

1) Pokemon cannot use a move more than once per turn: this isn't the time for spamming! You WILL be using more than 3 moves per mon this match! Each move your Pokemon has, from Icicle Crash to Powder Snow, can be useful and viable! The penalty will be that the ref (myself) will not accept your attack for that action, and your Pokemon will do nothing; no struggle, no anything.

2) Pokemon must use at least two Flavor actions per round. What's a flavor action you say? Well, a flavor action is when you command your Pokemon to act or use an attack in a way it usually isn't used (Instead of just commanding your froslass to ice beam the enemy gallade, how about directing that ice beam towards one of gallade's feet, Freezing him to the ground?). I would suggest watching some youtube clips of Pokemon episodes! That is where the idea "anime-style battling" comes from! As the referee, you can always talk and bounce ideas off of me, so I can help you with what would be sensible and practical (a magmortar using a fire blast to melt through an ice barrier created by a mega abomasnow is plausible, while if a trainer wants their espeon to use psychic to redirect an enemy's ancient power right back at the Rhyperior, I would have to let them know that that would be far too over powered (can you imagine all the psychic types using psychic to stop everything in its tracks???)!). I am on #capasb every day, at differing times, so feel free to pop in or pm me about questions you may have!
