The only thing possibly worth a look at would be Deo-N, and even then it hits like a truck while being stupid fast.

The thread was made more for the reason of exploring the restrictive "item-based form changes", Arceus bug was more of just an idea based on paper -- which the first page of the review already shot down.

In other words it is more about the banning philosophy than the actual mon, the form in question is just one of the examples of the philosophy in practice.

Then again I'm not sure how seriously this tournament is reviewed at this point so if it gets you guys to build teams around the UBER in question go nuts XD
