btw Why is Reg Hoppa banned?
He even dropped to UU because he is so unviable.

Regular hoopa is available in the Uu round. Shadow tag is the only other thing banned. Though only one charizard is available

Might I suggest a skype group? The other leage I'm in uses a skype group to keep every one up to date. It works quite well.
