That's time! And we...do not have a winner! Unfortunately, this wound up being incredibly close, to the point of the two leads being within 3 votes of each other! As this is far from the 50% majority that would make it comfortable to announce a winner, we will be moving onto a fourth and (this time, absolutely) final poll! Please note that this kind of call usually only happens in CAP art or when polls are exceptionally close. As both are the case right now, we shall be having one final poll to determine our winner.
