I would expect tesung to win dpp and mcmeghan to win bw. However there comes a point where two players are both at such a high level of skill that their near-negligible advantages/disadvantages are outweighed by the inevitable RNG which will tilt the scales. So may the luckier man win and congrats to both in advance for having a shot at the 2 STour club. We plebs will likely never know the secret of putting up with 9 weeks of ORAS
