Justification: A waterdrop-like head, It's pre-evo being a water type, it having access to hydro pump which only water types get, good enough?
Niche in OU: Now, with balanced stats all over the line and a nice 140 SpA and an average 80 Spe with Swift swim, Masquerain gets a nice new role, Now it can choose to either use a tanky set-up set, with intimidate and quiver dance, OR it can use its new swift swim ability to sweep like, everything if given enough support(in other words, if given rain) also it can choiced sets, with a nuke-level SpA and a usable speed

New Typing(if any): Bug/Fighting
Movepool Addition(s): Tail Glow/Meteor Mash/Sleep powder
New Abilities(if any):- Early Bird,+ No guard
Justification: Literally, Ledian have the shape, the abilities and the color of a fighting type, also It has a lot of fighting types, and now with no guard, I can see ledian as being THE real fighting/bug type, Heracross, You are a lier and a bug type only :P
Niche in OU: Man,now No guard + Dynamic punch for physical sets and Focus blast for special sets, Also now it loses it rock weakness which used to limit its longetivity, I prefer physical sets because mach punch/Dynamic punch and swords dance is one crazy nice combo! Also special sets are not bad: Bug Buzz, Focus Blast and the new Tail Glow now, Special sets get quite nice buff , I think ledian will pull it weight and defeat a lot of threats with its new capabilities

New Typing(if any): Bug/Ghost
Movepool Addition(s): Shadow Claw + Shadow Ball + Bug Buzz
New Abilities(if any): -Insomia, +Shadow tag
Justification: Ariados best thing about this typing got to be shadow sneak STAB, also the nice defensive typing is quite nice and it gets a nice special STAB in shadow ball and it has these purple marks, which look ghost-ish enough and now it gets shadow tag, which is a nice and good ability for a ghost type :P
Niche in OU: I personally would run this beauty with choiced sets, now it gets nice offensive sides on both sides of the tantrum, It hits quite hard and traps it's opponents with shadow tag, I can see this bring a new strong offensive presence for trappers, Shadow claw/sneak are nice moves for physical attackers, While Bug buzz and shadow ball are great for this special sets, and it can run a lead set as it has access to Toxic spikes and sticky web, all in all, Ariados turns into a jack of all trades
