Parents:
Scolipede + Flygon
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Scoligon
New type: Bug / Ground
New base stats: 80 / 110 / 94 / 77 / 84 / 116 BST 561
New ability and desc: Repellent [Levitate + Swarm] : User is immune to Bug moves.
Notable moves: U-Turn, Megahorn, Swords Dance, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Defog, Roost, Dragon Tail, Spikes, Toxic Spikes
Role identification: A very strange mon with a strange type, Scoligon can probably make its odd typing work. It has pretty good stats, with an ok 110 attack and a very strong 116 speed. It also has reasonable bulk in 80/94/84. It's movepool is a bit shallow, but it has enough interesting options to make it work. U-Turn is the main thing here, letting Scoligon pivot in and out of the field. Meanwhile it also has both type of spikes and Defog, giving it a decent hazard control. Finally, it has SD which is what I see will be its primary set. A unique trait to Scoligon is immunity to both U-Turn and Volt Switch, meaning that Scoligon single handedly blocks VolTurn while being able to U-Turn itself.

Alright, I was a little displeased that out of the 8 fusions I made the only one to get added was the one that's good on Hyper Offense... I hate hyper offense. So I made some really evil stuff this time around!

Parents: Malamar + Lapras
Shared Egg group: Water 1
Name: Malaras
New Type: Dark/Ice
New Base Stats: 119/98/94/86/95/77 (569 BST)
New Ability: (Contrary + Shell Armor) Advocate Scale - Weaknesses become resistances (The name comes from the Japanese name for Contrary which is Devil's Advocate)

Notable Moves: Knock Off, Foul Play, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Freeze Dry, Frost Breath, Ice Shard, Waterfall, Hydro Pump, Surf, Thunderbolt, Dragon Pulse, Drill Run, Psyshock, Toxic, Confuse Ray, Taunt, Destiny Bond, Perish Song, Roar, Heal Bell, Switcheroo, Power Split, Topsy-Turvy, Light Screen, Reflect, Trick Room

Role Identification: A bulky pokemon with a generally horrible defensive typing that actually makes it better thanks to its ability. Advocate Scale makes Malaras resist 9 different types (Ice, Fire, Rock, Steel, Dark, Ghost, Bug, Fairy, and a x4 resistance to fighting) and have an immunity to Psychic type moves while being weak to a whole lotta nothing. Malaras is an absolute terror to Fighting and Fire type sweepers, able to take the strongest of hits as if they were nothing. What a shame that it has no recovery outside of Rest, but that may be all it needs in some cases.

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Conkeldurr Focus Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Malaras: 119-141 (26.9 - 31.9%) -- 40.4% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
Yeah, Fighting type moves are never going to take down Malaras.

DNA Donors: Kyurem + Whimsicott
Name: Kyucott
New Type: Dragon/Grass
New Base Stats: 109(+16)/98/90(+2)/103/85(+2)/125(+20) (610 BST)
New Ability: (Pressure + Prankster) Silent Forest - On Switch in, reduces the PP of the opposing Pokemon's moves by 3 if the move has 16 or less PP left, and 6 if it has 17 or more PP left

Notable Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Seed Bomb, Moonblast, Hurricane, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, U-Turn, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Shadow Ball, Endeavor, Leech Seed, Substitute, Toxic, Stun Spore, Taunt, Tailwind, Trick Room, Encore, Switcheroo, Roost, Cotton Guard, Growth, Hone Claws

Role Identification: If you can't attack then you're going to lose, and Kyucott's prescence drains the power right out of other pokemon's moves. If you can bring it in enough times on something then it will lose the ability to deal with Kyucott at all, so think of Silent Forest as an Intimidate that doesn't work right away. Solar Beam and Growth make Kyucott a decent member of a sun team if you happen to run that, however it can do well for any team that could make use of a fast & bulky Tailwind setter, which is basically all of them. A defensive set can work quite well too thanks to Kyucott having reliable recovery in Roost along with moves like Leech Seed, Encore, Giga Drain, and Knock Off. The only thing really holding it back are its 6 weaknesses with one being a x4 weakness to Ice.

I really want this to make it in if you couldn't tell.

Parents: Wailord + Umbreon
Shared Egg group: Field
Name: Umbord
New Type: Water/Dark
New Base Stats: 143/87/88/85/98/72 (573 BST)
New Ability: (Oblivious/Water Veil + Synchronize) Apathy - Whenever this pokemon is afflicted by a status or move restricting affect, it is removed from Umbord and applied to the opposing pokemon. If the opposing pokemon cannot be inflicted with the status/restriction it is simply removed from Umbord.

Notable Moves: Splash, Hydro Pump, Waterfall, Surf, Ice Beam, Sucker Punch, Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Earthquake, Scald, Toxic, Rest, Curse, Wish, Moonlight, Taunt, Nightmare, Aqua Ring(?), Heal Bell, Soak

Role Identification: Umbord is the only (usually) untauntable and 100% unstatusable support pokemon in existence thanks to its ability Apathy. Apathy also makes it capable of inflicting two statuses with one set while still leaving room for Heal Bell and Wish + Protect. Not only that but it can put an opposing pokemon to sleep without worrying about typing or accuracy at all, though it is a bit more situational than simply spamming Spore. Also if holding a Flame Orb and using Soak, Umbord is the only pokemon capable of burning a Fire type.

How Apathy works:
Rest will restore Umbord to full health and instead put the opposing pokemon to sleep but will not cause sleep to the opposing pokemon if the other player already has a sleeping pokemon or if Umbord is at full health. This is because Apathy does not prevent a status from being inflicted, it removes them and then applies them to the opposing pokemon.
Offensive moves with a chance to apply a status (Flamethrower/Ice Beam/Relic Song/etc.) will cause the status to be removed from Umbord and applied to the opposing pokemon.
Choice Items don't apply their move restrictions to Umbord. Originally I thought about it applying the restrictions to opposing pokemon but the more I thought about it the more it 6-0'd stall, and that aint exactly ok.
Flame/Toxic Orb will be a free Toxic/Will-O-Wisp that activates at the end of every turn.
Taunt applies its effect to the opposing pokemon instead of Umbord.
Torment works the same as taunt.
Cute Charm/Attract will make the opposing pokemon infatuated instead. Serves em right for running that shit.
Yawn will put an opposing pokemon to sleep if it activates on Umbord. I can't see this ever causing problems with the sleep clause so forget about that.
Synchronize will give the status to Umbord... Who will immediately get rid of it again thanks to Apathy.
Apathy does not affect stat reducing moves.
Apathy does not affect Leech Seed.
Apathy cannot give a status to a pokemon that also has Apathy, resulting in the effect just being removed from Umbord.
Mold Breaker will allow Umbord to be Taunted/Tormented but not statused.

Parents: Rhyperior + Bibarel
Shared Egg Group: Field
Name: Rhyparel
New Type: Ground/Water
New Base Stats: 107/122/105/65/68/65
New Ability: (Solid Rock + Unaware) Unphased - Abilities, Items, or Stat boosts that would increase damage taken by Rhyparel or reduce damage dealt by Rhyparel are ignored

Notable Moves: Earthquake, Aqua Tail, Waterfall, Crunch, Megahorn, Superpower, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Iron Head, Brick Break, Poison Jab, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Avalanche, Curse, Swords Dance, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Super Fang, Toxic

Role Identification: Hilariously enough, the Bibarel half of this fusion is what actually makes it good. Sporting one of the best defensive typings in the game along with an ability that stops any sweeper or revenge killer in their tracks, Rhyparel is basically a Swampert that is better in every way aside from Special Defense. Something worth noting about Rhyparel is that Superpower has no downsides, making it a much better move than usual.

Parents: Scyther and Parasect
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Scyct
New Type: Bug/Grass
Base Stats: 75/112/90/67/90/77
New ability and desc: Dry Skin + Technician = Power Absorb: Can only be hit by moves that have base power of 60 or below. Moves that hit this Pokemon will have their power boosted by 25%. Higher-powered moves will instead heal this Pokemon by 1/4 of max HP.
Notable moves: Spore, Aromatherapy, U-turn, Swords Dance, X-Scissor, Knock Off, Seed Bomb, Roost, Protect, Toxic, Baton Pass, Agility, Light Screen, Substitute
Role identification: Quite an odd Pokemon. Despite its below-average defensive stats, it is able to wall most wallbreakers and sweepers thanks to its ability. Its bulk also allows it to absorb neutral hits. It also packs useful support moves such as Aromatherapy, Baton Pass, and the ever valuable Spore. It also has offensive presence with Swords Dance and Agility in its arsenal. I chose to give this Pokemon a Grass typing so it can combat stall teams with its immunity to powder and Spore moves. It's got a bad typing with many weaknesses but most of them have high BP moves anyway. Multi-Hit moves and super effective Hidden Powers are the key to take this Pokemon down, otherwise it just walls the opponent.

DNA Donors: Genesect and Landorus-T
Offspring name: Geneus-T
New type: Bug/Ground
New base stats: 80/140/100/117/100/101 (+8Atk, +8Def, +5SpA +13SpD, +6Spe)
New ability and desc: Download + Intimidate = Upload: Lowers the opponent's higher offensive stat by one stage upon this Pokemon's switch-in.
Notable moves: U-turn, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Knock Off, X-Scissor, Bug Buzz, Calm Mind, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Outrage, Rock Polish, Thunder Wave, Flash Cannon, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Gunk Shot, Psychic, Sludge Wave, Focus Blast, Superpower, Shift Gear, Extreme Speed, Blaze Kick, Stealth Rock
Role identification: A 2-in-1 pivot. Not only it is good at forcing switches, it can also deal a hefty amount of damage thanks to its high offensive stats. You can either keep on using STAB U-Turn to grab momentum, set-up a Swords Dance/Shift Gear to take advantage of its high Attack, pack Calm Mind to explore its wide special movepool, or support with Stealth Rock. Overall, a very versatile and durable Pokemon that can be a prick to the opponent's team.

Parents: Absol and Raichu
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Achu
New Type: Dark/Electric
Base Stats: 72/120/67/92/80/102
New ability and desc: Static + Super Luck = Lucky Claws: User's contact moves will have their critical hit ratio increased by 2 stages.
Notable moves: Volt Tackle, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, Play Rough, Superpower, Pursuit, Fake Out, Aerial Ace, Encore, Grass Knot
Role identification: Gotta hax 'em all! While STAB Volt Tackle and Knock Off from a 120 Attack stat is already powerful on its own, their 50% chance of being a critical hit just makes it ridiculous. While frail, it can still set up a Swords Dance on passive and choiced Pokemon and has Sucker Punch for speed demons.

Parents: Absol and Raichu
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Achu
New Type: Dark/Electric
Base Stats: 72/140/67/132/80/142
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: Volt Tackle, Knock Off, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Play Rough, Fire Blast, Surf, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Superpower, Pursuit, Ice Beam, Fake Out, Iron Tail
Role identification: With Swords Dance and Nasty Plot on its arsenal, this Pokemon is quite unpredictable. Wide movepool from both sides of the spectrum, as well as Magic Bounce, adds the icing on the cake. Just send this on a passive wall and the opponent might have a hard time finding the right switch.

103.gif

DNA Donors: Zapdos and Exeggutor
Offspring name: Zaptor
New type: Electric/Psychic
New base stats: 106/92/90/130/90/80 (+14HP, +5Def, +5SpA, +13SpD, +3Spe)
New ability and desc: Pressure + Chlorophyll = Photosynthesis: Doubles the Pokemon's Speed stat at the cost of using 2PP per turn.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Psyshock, Psychic, Thunder Wave, Defog, Heat Wave, Roost, Sleep Powder, Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Swords Dance, Wild Charge, Zen Headbutt, Wood Hammer
Role identification: A (very) fast and powerful special attacker and a potent revenge killer. Its stats and ability allow it to be a massive threat to offensive teams, however it struggles against defensive teams due to doubled PP consumption. It has Thunderbolt and Psychic as reliable STABs, Psyshock as STAB to hit special walls, Volt Switch for momentum, and coverage in Giga Drain and Heat Wave. It also has access to support moves in Defog, Sleep Powder, Thunder Wave, and Roost. Though less powerful, it can also use a surprise Swords Dance set with Wood Hammer as coverage.

649-red.gif

DNA Donors: Pinsir and Genesect
Offspring name: Pinsect
New type: Bug/Steel
New base stats: 75/134/100/89/90/100 (+7HP, +12Atk, +3Def, +2SpA, +8SpD, +8Spe)
New ability and desc: Download + Hyper Cutter = Hyperspace Load: Raises either the Attack stat or Special Attack stat by one stage depending on the foe's lower defensive stat. That stat boost cannot be lowered. If the foe's Defense and Special Defense are equal, the Special Attack stat is increased.
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Iron Head, U-turn, Close Combat, X-Scissor, Extreme Speed, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Gunk Shot, Self-Destruct, Stealth Rock, Light Screen, Reflect, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Focus Blast
Role identification: Great all-around stats and movepool with an excellent offensive ability. Great Pokémon on its own but is mostly a prelude to its powerful mega. A suicide lead set with Stealth Rock and Self-Destruct also works quite well.

127-mega.gif
649-red.gif

DNA Donors: Pinsir and Genesect
Offspring name: Pinsect
New type: Bug/Flying
New base stats: 75/164/120/99/110/120
New ability and desc: Aerilate
Notable moves: Extreme Speed, Return, Swords Dance, Iron Head, U-turn, Close Combat, X-Scissor, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Gunk Shot, Self-Destruct, Stealth Rock, Light Screen, Reflect, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Techno Blast
Role identification: Gets the deadly Swords Dance and Aerilate Extreme Speed combo off a mighty 164 Attack stat. Return for wallbreaking. High-level bulk allows and nice fighting resistance allows it to set-up quite easily. It might not need set-up thanks to its pre-mega ability. Special Attack isn't too shabby either as you can surprise the opponent with an Aerilate-boosted Techno Blast. With all-around high stats, I decided to give it the poor Bug-Flying typing so it wouldn't be Uber powerful. It's not broken, just bent... on destruction!

Just a quick PSA here to make things easier for some of you, so that you can get sprites for mons quickly and easily with consistent quality and size (so you don't have any parent's sprite 5x the size of the other's).
The way to do this is to use this link: http://www.smogon.com/dex/media/sprites/xy/bulbasaur.gif
and swap out the 'bulbasaur' for whatever Pokemon/form you need, such as:
http://www.smogon.com/dex/media/sprites/xy/blastoise-mega.gif or
http://www.smogon.com/dex/media/sprites/xy/landorus-therian.gif
Nothing mandatory about this, just putting this here to make things quicker/easier for people.

Parents: Vivillon/Galvantula
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Givalvalon
New Type: Electric/Flying
New Base Stats: 90/79/70/108/70/113 (BST 530)
Ability: Compound Eyes
Notable Moves: Hurricane, Thunder, Sticky Web, Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Volt Switch, Giga Drain, Thunder Wave, Infestation, Roost, Psychic, Calm Mind, Draining Kiss
Role Indentification: Stab Hurricane and Thunder with more chance of those two moves to hit? YES PLEASE!

DNA Patterns: Azelf/Hydreigon
Offspring Name: Hazygon
New Type: Psychic/Dragon
New Base Stats: 83/115/80/145/80/126 (+20SpA, +20Spe, BST 629)
Ability: Levitate
Notable Moves: Draco Meteor, Psychic, Psyshock, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Flash Cannon, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Roost, Taunt, Reflect, Light Screen, Stealth Rock, Trick, Calm Mind
Role Indentification: Psychic/Dragon is an interesting typing that, while it has a few weaknesses, it also has a lot of resistances. This DNA fusion sets it self up as a strong special attacker and not without reason. Sporting a wide array of various special attacks, Hazygon is capable of being a nasty pest. While it's role will mostly be a special attacker, it also houses various (self)support moves like roost, thunder wave, stealth rock and calm mind which can make sweeps even more easier or support your main sweeper by crippling the opponent.

Parents:
Druddigon/Garchomp
Shared Egg Group: Monster/Dragon
Offspring Name: Drachoon (such a cute name for such a brute beast)
New Type: Dragon/Ground
New Base Stats: 102/135/102/80/97/85 (BST 601)
New Ability: Sand Skin (Rough Skin+Sand Veil); During a sandstorm, this pokemon has an evasion boost of 25%. Whenever this pokemon is hit by a contact move during a sandstorm, the attacking pokemon loses 1/8 of it's maximum health. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from the sandstorm if it otherwise would.
Notable Moves: Outrage, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Sandstorm, Stone Edge, Super Power, Crunch, Gunk Shot, Aqua Tail, Iron Head, Double-Edge, Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Dragon Tail
Role Indentification: Trust me, you don't want to meet this in a sandstorm. Drachoon's unique ability Sand Skin does not only allow it to dodge opponents attacks, but also bites back when the opponent uses a contact move. Then again.. why would you use it's base form.. WHEN YOU CAN MEGA EVOLVE?

MEGA DRACHOON

Reserving Ferrothorn + Heatran Iron combo.
And...

Parents: Ferrothorn and Heatran
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Heathorn
New Type: Grass/Steel
New Base Stats: 93/92/129/102/121/49 [+10 HP + 10 Def + 10 SpA +10 SpD]
New Ability: Flash Fire + Iron Barbs = Forest Fire: Immunity to fire attacks; when hit by a fire move, the opponent takes 1/16th of their health.
Notable Moves: Leech Seed, Gyro Ball, Protect, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Lava Plume, Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Taunt, Magma Storm, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Substitute
Role Identification: Nice 4x effective move.... now take a bit of recoil! That's right, Heathorn is not only a combination of two of the top 3 steel types in STABmons, it's only has 1 weakness! it also has great annoying moves in Leech seed, Taunt and Will-O-Wisp as well as being able to fit in on Hyper Offense teams thanks to stealth rock and spikes. Also it 1v1's Dianbro/Charizard Fusions and wins :^)

Notable Moves: Earthquake, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Rock Slide, Superpower, Earth Power, Ice Beam.
Role Identification: Good coverage in it's STABs alone, as well as being a good physical attacker with no weaknesses, and a nice Stealth rock Setter. Oh and it can mega evolve...

Just a nitpick but 1.5 x 1.5 is 2.25 not 2.

I think you may have entered Genevoir's base HP incorrectly; it should have 299, uninvested. Perhaps you only put 7 instead of 79?

Right, let's give this one last shot.

New type: Fire/Steel
New base stats: 81/120/100/130/100/108 [Atk+15, SpA+5, Spe+20] BST 639
New ability and desc:
[Download+Flash Fire] MediaFire ok that might be a little shit: Upon switchin, gain immunity to one of the opponent's STABs. Being hit with a move of that type raises the power of your moves that share that type by 1.5.
Notable moves: Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast/Flamethrower, Lava Plume, Flash Cannon, U-turn, Extremespeed?, Shift Gear?, Blaze Kick? (that is if event moves are eligible), Earth Power, Earthquake, Stone Edge
Role identification: Another fast mon that has the capability to nuke stuff. The real seller here is the ability.

Notable moves: Swords Dance, EQ, Stone Edge, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Elemental Punches
Role identification: OK, so I stroked big time and thought I could fuse Regigigas because Sans was a thing. A shame, because Regigidrill if allowed would've kicked ass and took names. This thing does what Regigidrill would've done but even better, I think.
But let's not dwell too much on the whatcould'vebeen, eh? You want a sand sweeper that has near-hippowdon bulk and an attack stat that make some legendaries' jaws gape? Here it is in all its glory. Sand just got that ever little bit scarier. Drill + Drill = Win.

New type: Normal/Electric
New base stats: 77/77/65/135/72/117 [SpA+15, SpD+5, Spe+20] BST 543
New ability and desc:
[Download+Lightningrod] Antivirus: Upon switchin, gains immunity to a type shared with one of the opponent's moves [sorta like Conversion 2]. Being hit with a move of that type raises Porymetric-Z's Special Attack by 1 stage.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Tri Attack, Volt Switch, Nasty Plot, Agility, Dark Pulse, Overheat
Role identification: If you're here for the mega, go right ahead. If you're here for the base form, it's got that godly Special Attack that PZ appreciates very much alongside a speed similar to Manectric's only much faster. PZ's movepool adds much needed tools to Manectric's arsenal such as Ice Beam. They surprisingly complement each other - one adds something that the other doesn't have. It's not got a lot of bulk, but that's what happens when you put 2 frail mons together.

New base stats: 68/80/59/82/60/50 [HP+20, SpA+20] BST 399
New ability and desc:
[Magic Guard + Wonder Guard] Marvellous Guard: Take a guess. Take a guess at what this ability does. You guessed? Yes you're right, it is Magic Guard's effects + Wonder Guard!
Notable moves: Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Softboiled?/Moonlight, Baton Pass, Calm Mind, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Endure, and that's it really.
Role identification: At first, Shedfable might come off as one of those memey joke fusions, but just like Shedinja if played well, it is something you should look out for. Just like everyone's favourite one hit wonder bug, Shedfable's frailty and inability to hit extremely hard is made up for by its ability. Unlike Shedinja, Shedfable cannot be instantly killed due to not having 1 hp and also isn't affected by non-attacking damage like Leech Seed and weather. Being Fairy/Ghost, it's only weak to Ghost and Steel - being weak to only 2 types is so much better than being weak to 6 types when you've got an ability that only makes you vulnerable to super-effective moves.

Right, let's give this one last shot.

Parents: Regigigas + Excadrill
Shared egg group: [DNA]
Offspring name: Regigidrill
New type: Normal/Ground
New base stats: 114/147/105/65/87/110 [HP+4, Def+20, Spe+16] BST 628
New ability and desc:
[Slow Start+Sand Rush] Slow Rush: Speed is halved for 5 turns thereafter it is returned to normal just like Slow Start. Sand removes the drop immediately. Waiting 5 turns in the sand doubles speed.
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Rapid Spin, Return, Elemental Punches, Rock Polish, Stone Edge. Win.
Role identification: OM etiquette tells me no but from what I can tell, yes. You want a sand sweeper with near-Hippowdon bulk, an Attack stat that makes even some legendaries' jaws gape, and STABs that are nearly unresisted? You got one right here, friend. Sand just got that ever little bit stronger.
Unfortunately, Regigigas has a BST of 670, and thus isn't allowed to DNA fuse.

Parents: Sceptile and Salamence
Shared Egg Group: Dragon
Offspring Name: Sceptence
New type: Grass/Dragon
New base stats: 95 / 120 / 88 / 113 / 90 / 120
New ability and desc.: Overgrown + Intimidate (Force of Nature): When the user attacks its target with a Grass-Type attack, it will lower that same target's Attack by one stage. If Bullet Seed is used, it will lower target's Attack at each hit. Will not work if the user's HP is below 30%.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Sword Dance, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Leaf Storm, Solar Beam (in sun team only), Giga Drain, Fire Blast, Earthquake, Iron Head, Dragon Tail, Roost, maybe Bullet Seed, Aqua Tail, any other reliable moves for either Sceptile or Salamence.
Role identification: A buffed up Sceptile in many ways, including the formerly subper Attack. With Dragon-type already available before Mega Evolution, Sceptence can afford to use Dragon-Type attack for devastating STAB blows, and have access for Dragon Dance to hit even faster and harder. It can also use it's Grass-Type attacks like Leaf Blade and Giga Drain to lower the foe's Attack stat by one stage, making up for it's subper Defense. For maximum effect, try this with Bullet Seed and with enough lucks, just watch your opponent being surprised with his physical sweeper's Attack getting lowered by 3, 4 or even 5 stages, which makes it devious for switching in some cases. But it can be quickly taken down with Ice-type moves so you should bring Fire Blast or Earthquake, depending on your taste. Let's see if it's Mega can do much better.

Parents: [Mega]
Shared Egg group: [Mega]
Offspring name: Mega Sceptence
New type: Grass/Dragon (unchanged)
New base stats: 95 / 145 / 98 / 153 / 90 / 145
Mega Evolution's Ability: Lightningrod
Notable moves: Anything above except for Bullet Seed.
Role identification: A powerful mixed sweeper despite its situational Ability, Lightningrod. It's offensive stats of 145 / 153 / 145 are not to be mocked, as this kind of an offensive distribution that can make it difficult to tell if it would be a physical, special, or even a mixed sweeper. And after a Dragon Dance or Sword Dance, it can really hit hard like an iron cannonball. It still have it's faithful coverage moves and Roost, but not both at a time so maybe you may need to run Giga Drain if you want an attacking Grass-Attack and to recover important HPs with the right target. And should I mention that a base Speed of 145 with two powerful attacking stats can be scary?

DNA Donors: Goodra and Victini
Shared Egg group: DNA Donors
Offspring name: Goodini
New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 100 / 100 / 106 / 120 / 125 / 90 (+7 HP, + 7 Defense, +15 Sp.Attack)
New ability and desc.: Sap Sipper + Victory Star (Victory Stealer): When going to get hit by a Grass-Type move, it will take no damage and instand get a raise of Attack and Accuracy by one stage.
Notable moves: V-Create, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Fire Blast, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Psychic/Psyshock, Searing Shot, Fusion Flare/Bolt, BoltBeam, Flamethrower, Thunder, Aqua Tail, Power Whip, Bolt Strike, Blue Flare, Glaciate (in Doubles and Triples especially), Substitude, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Light Screen, Dazzling Gleam, Power-Up Punch, Thunder Wave, Grass Knot, Rest, Charge Beam, Heat Wave, Trick, Superpower (yelp, that's many good moves)
Role identification: With a good bulk of 100 / 106 / 125, don't expect it to be taken down too quickly. Want to use Spore against this fiery, gooey dragon? Nope. Why? Victory Stealer. It makes Goodini immune to Grass moves and raises it Attack by one stage just like Sap Sipper. Whimsicott, Spore Breloom and Ferrothorn must now step aside. As a side note, it also increase accuracy by one stage by same ol' Grass Moves, making certains moves like Bolt Strike to hit more often. And did I mentionned V-Create and Blue Flare?

Just to add onto this, remember to not put any capital letters in the link.

Fusion Time

Parents: Altaria + Pidgeot
Shared Egg Group: Flying
Offspring Name: Altariot
New Type: Dragon/Flying
New Stats: 89/85/92/80/97/100 (BST:543) +10 All
New Ability: (Natural Cure + Keen Eye)= Keen Cure: When this Pokemon misses an attack, any accuracy drop or status condition gets removed.
Notable Moves: Defog, Cotton Guard, Dragon Dance, Roost, Brave Bird, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Draco Meteor, Hurricane, U-Turn
Role Identification: This Fusion, instead of doing one role really well, can do multiple roles but they are not as good as other Pokemon. This Fusion has the stats to be a good wall, but it's type also makes it an offensive Pokemon. It's ability brings benefits to being haxed, as missing gives you an advantage. Still not as good compared to it's megas, but could work on it's own.

Parents: Altaria-Mega + Pidgeot
Shared Egg Group: Flying
Offspring Name: Altariot-Mega X
New Type: Dragon/Fairy
New Stats:89/125/112/120/97/100 (BST:643)
New Ability: Pixilate
Notable Moves: Same as above + Return, Hyper Voice, Quick Attack
Role Identification: Basically a better Mega Altaria. It gains Fairy type quick attack and brave bird for coverage. Special sets also get a boost in the form of hurricane.

Now it is time for the real fun to begin

Parents: Altaria + Pidgeot-Mega
Shared Egg Group: Flying
Offspring Name: Altariot-Mega
New Type: Dragon/Flying
New Stats: 89/85/97/145/107/120 (BST:643)
New Ability: No Guard
Notable Moves: Same as original +Fire Blast +Ice Beam +Moonblast
Role Identification: This Fusion gets Hurricane,Draco Meteor, and Fire Blast, all of which don't miss, and come off of 145 Base Spa. This also gets ice beam, moonblast for strong coverage, and has a high speed, sitting at 120 Base speed.

MEGA ICE PIG CAMEL

[WIP]
Parents: Camerupt + Mamoswine
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Mamerupt
New Type: Ice/Ground
New Base Stats: 100/125/85/98/78/70
New Ability: Oblivious + Solid Rock = Obliviate: Super effective moves do 1/2 the usual damage they would do when ignore this ability; isn't in affect when this pokemon is infatuated or taunted.

Parents: Camerupt + Mamoswine
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Mamerupt-Mega
New Type: Ice/Ground
New Base Stats: 100/145/105/138/98/50
New Ability: Sheer Force
Notable Moves: Earthquake, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Rock Slide, Superpower, Earth Power, Ice Beam.
Role Identification: WALLBREAKER.
Cameruptite adds +30 to defense and special defense, not +20.

Notable moves: Anything above except for Bullet Seed.
Role identification: A powerful mixed sweeper despite its situational Ability, Lightningrod. While it's offensive stats of 145 / 153 / 145 are not that impressive compared to multiple potentially overpowered fusions, it certainly does have an offensive distribution that can make it difficult to tell if it would be a physical, special, or even a mixed sweeper. New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 100 / 100 / 106 / 120 / 125 / 90 (+7 HP, + 7 Defense, +15 Sp.Attack)
New ability and desc.: Sap Sipper + Victory Star (Victory Stealer): If Goodini would get hit by a perfectly accurate move (any moves with 100% base accuracy or that don't check accuracy and evasion), it will instand be immune to that move and have it's Attack raised by 1 stage. This does not count moves with accuracy boosted or taken effect from Lock-On variations and self-infliction hit from confusion status. However, all moves will have accuracy boosted by x1.1 on all Pokemon and Fusions in the battle.
Notable moves: V-Create, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Fire Blast, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Psychic/Psyshock, Searing Shot, Fusion Flare/Bolt, BoltBeam, Flamethrower, Thunder, Aqua Tail, Power Whip, Bolt Strike, Blue Flare, Glaciate (in Doubles and Triples especially), Substitude, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Light Screen, Dazzling Gleam, Power-Up Punch, Thunder Wave, Grass Knot, Rest, Charge Beam, Heat Wave, Trick, Superpower (yelp, that's many good moves)

It makes Goodini immune to perfectly accurate attacks such as Earthquake itself and raise it's Attack by 1 stage in each hit. You must remember this Ability, as you do not want to mistakenfully raises it's Attack by up to 5 stages by using Bullet Seed by accident! Gale Wing Brave Bird, priorty attacks, Spore, as well as Outrage will do nothing to this beast neither without Mold Breaker or anything to stop this abilty. As a side note, it's makes Accuracy of all Pokemon and Fusions to raise by x1.1, making Stone Edge probably a better solution against this dangerous dude. And did I mentionned V-Create and Blue Flare?
I'll be the one to say it but as it is right now there is absolutely no chance of Goodini being added since it has the single most overpowered ability ever thought up (Except Marvellous Guard, no idea what that guy was thinking there). I'd advise changing it to be at least slightly balanced. Also I don't know who your dealer is but tell em to tone it down a little since 145/153/145 offenses and "unimpressive" should never be in the same sentence :P

Whoops. Thanks for noticing these big flaws. I fixes these things, but I wanted to give them impressive Abilities to make up of their balanced stats distribution.
