Note: No PMD2 Wigglytuff included.
Hey guys, Arcanium Ichor who most likely none of you know! I had a day off school, so I thought, hey-o, I'd share a team with you. I haven't had enough time to peak with this team yet (let alone get good ELO / GXE), but it's a pretty solid team in mine and my comrades' eyes, so I'm going to share it here! I believe this is my second (?) RMT, so I know a small amount of how I should showcase a team.
The Team
The Lead: Mamoswine
Pork (Mamoswine) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Spear
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
Mamoswine, with its unique typing and ability to be an SR Setter with Oblivious, Mamoswine is an effective lead and SR Setter. With an immunity to the all-too-common Taunt, Mamoswine is capable of almost always getting up rocks. Normally, however, Mamoswine can do much more. For example, with the use of Icicle Spear, he can kill Gliscor and Garchomp with ease. He has almost unresisted offensive STAB of Ground and Ice, and even a +1 Priority attack, to deal with faster threats.
A Sweeper & Spinner: Excadrill
Exca Bill (Excadrill) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin
With high offensive power, there was an obligation for me to use Excadrill. Though infrequently spinning, it does have that capability, and can wipe the floor with many teams; even when locked into one move. For example, a team with Rotom-W as the only ground immunity / resistance, or Lati@s or Lati0s, some people ignore or simply don't know what Mold Breaker does. However, I've lost plenty of games due to Rock Slide missing...
Secondary Sweeper #1: Crobat
Batty the Fatty (Crobat) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- X-Scissor
- Zen Headbutt
- Cross Poison
Crobat boasts high potential; and not just in UU. Though much the same as Ninjask in Attack and HA, Crobat has something Ninjask doesn't; coverage. Crobat boasts 2 high-power STAB moves; Cross Poison & Brave Bird, along with Infiltrator. These can deal with stallers such as Whimsicott, with a 6x damage Cross Poison (STAB and Super Effectiveness). Though Brave Bird and Cross Poison deal with many threats, Steel types absolutely wall Crobat, which is why we have the next 2 Pokémon. However, Crobat is definitely a formidable sweeper to look out for.
Secondary Sweeper #2: Lucario
Defying Defiance (Lucario) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Aura Sphere
- Vacuum Wave
- Nasty Plot
- Flash Cannon
This Lucario set is simple yet effective. Nasty Plot is to raise its high SpA to sky high, while playing mind games with Bisharp. Aura Sphere is for when you know you outspeed your enemy, and you need to kill then. Flash Cannon gives reliable coverage to Fairies, though he is walled by Clefable & Quagsire.
Vacuum Wave is to annihilate Bisharp, which my team was very weak to otherwise.
252 SpA Lucario Aura Sphere vs. 192 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Bisharp: 432-508 (135.4 - 159.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO.
+2 252 SpA Lucario Vacuum Wave vs. 192 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Bisharp: 432-508 (135.4 - 159.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO.
252 SpA Lucario Aura Sphere vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 324-384 (80.1 - 95%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock.
Lucario is a very powerful setup sweeper, of whom is not to be underestimated.
Primary Sweeper #1: Victini
V For Victory! (Victini) @ Life Orb
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Blue Flare
- Energy Ball
- Glaciate
- Focus Blast
Victini is yet another Sweeper, with magnificent potential. With a 130 BP STAB (93.5% accurate 20% chance to burn) Blue Flare, Victini is a god. Focus Blast is to be used only in the most desperate of situations, as it has a measly 77% accuracy; even with Victory Star. Energy Ball OHKOs Swampert and Quagsire, and Glaciate has a good chance to OHKO Garchomp and Gliscor; Garchomp is no trouble with the speed drop as well.
The Mega -- Primary Sweeper #2: M Gardevoir
Ball Dancer (Gardevoir-Mega) (M) @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace --> Pixilate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Taunt / Calm Mind
Gardevoir was a tough choice over Gallade; Gallade is a potent Skill Swapper, and when facing mons such as Download Porygon2, Huge Power Azumarill / Medicham-M, he dominated the scene. However, his coverage in comparison to M Gardevoir's coverage (including STAB) was limited, though both suffer from 4 Move Syndrome. You can choose either Taunt or CM; however, it is completely your choice.
Threatlist:
Mega Manetric
With the ability to outspeed all but Excadrill, M Manetric can easily sweep this team. With Flamethrower, T-Bolt and HP Ice, it can kill all but Gardevoir and maybe Victini in one shot. A powerful threat indeed; you must EQ this ASAP!
Mega Gyarados
With Intimidate and Dragon Dance, only Gardevoir can deal with this monster; that is, if it hasn't set up already! Gyarados, both Mega and Regular, can sweep this team if given a chance, though is easily stopped by Gardevoir. Mamoswine can take one if its hits and hit it with an EQ and then an Ice Shard, but that will only slow down this beast's rampage.

With that said, I need some feedback to improve this team to its full potential! Help me down below! Importable: http://pastebin.com/JtWvHu4D
