Serperior is a very fast sweeper and resists Hippodons attacks

Or if Hippodon uses Stone Edge:

0 Atk Hippowdon Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Serperior: 83-98 (28.5 - 33.6%) -- 98.6% chance to 3HKO after sandstorm damage

In both sinarios serperior will OHKO Hippodon with Leaf Storm ;)
