[OVERVIEW]

  • Weaker Quiver Dance user than Butterfree which generally makes it a worst choice.
  • Masquerain also has a slightly different movepool with access to Ice Beam and Hydro Pump offensively and Sticky Web supportively.
  • Awful typing gives it many weaknesses making not allowing it to use Intimidate effectively.
  • Relies on Focus Sash to take a hit most of the time
  • Has access to Sticky Web but is just a lesser Leavanny in the end.
  • Overall this pokemon can do many roles but is outclassed in all of them.

Moves
========

  • Quiver Dance allows to boost Masquerain to boost its Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed to a moderate level.
  • Bug Buzz as a it is Masquerain's most powerful STAB and allows it to hit Psychic, Dark, and most Grass-types
  • Air Slash is another STAB that hits opposing Bug and Fighting-types as well as Roselia super effectively
  • Sticky Web can be used as Masquerain is about to get KOed giving the team some speed control
  • Ice Beam can allow Masquerain to hit Flying and Dragon-types like Gabite, Jumpluff and Altaria.
  • Hydro Pump is as alternative that hits Ground, Rock, and Fire-types such as the following: Ninetails, Golem, Stunfisk, Simisear, and Camerupt.
Set Details
========

  • Focus Sash gives it a free turn to set-up as long as it is at full health.
  • Intimidate can allow Masquerain to take weaker hits a bit easier potentially allowing it to set-up two Quiver Dances.
  • 252 speed with a Timid nature allows it outspeed less than 115 base speed. As a note it misses out on outspeeding Floatzel and Zebstrika barely.
  • 252 special attack allows Masquerain to hit as hard as possible.

just nix agilipass, it's a bad mon anyway and there's no reason to have 2 mediocre and outclassed sets instead of 1. For the qd set, make the last moveslot webs and it's sort of lead offensive QD thingy which is a bit more threatening than SD on leavanny or something and the best this thing is gonna get. Don't forget to put any mentions of agilipass in OO rather than the overview or UT
