Name: Yanmega
Type: Bug/Dragon
New Abilities: Speed Boost/ Tinted Lens/ Compound Eyes
New Base Stats: 96/81/96/136/61/120 (BST: 590)
New Moves: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Hurricane, Thunder
Justification: Dragonflies have two pairs of compound eyes, so compound eyes is obvious. Dragon moves are because of it's new type. Now for some pokedex entries.
The beat of its wings is so powerful that it accidentally dislodges full-grown trees when it takes off in flight.- Soul Silver.
By churning its wings, it creates shock waves that inflict critical internal injuries on foes.- Diamond/Pearl

These pokedex entries are the reason for Thunder and Hurricane.
Niche in OU: Amazing special sweeper with three good abilities. STAB Draco Meteor hits like a truck, and Hurricane and Thunder are amazing coverage moves thanks to compound eyes. And I haven't even mentioned that it still has speed boost.

Name: Luxray
New Type: Electric/Dark
New Abilities: Strong Jaw, Intimidate, No Guard
New Base Stats: 90/135/79/105/89/92
New Moves: Earthquake, Poison Fang, Zap Cannon, Dark Pulse
Justification: Luxray gains Strong Jaw as an ability because it has a lot of biting moves already, and I gave it Poison Fang to seal the deal. In all of Luxray's pokedex entries, it states that Luxray can see through anything, even through walls, so No Guard is a good fit. Zap Cannon and Dark Pulse are a way for Luxray to use his increased special attack.
Niche in OU: Strong Physical attacker with an option to go mixed due to No Guard Zap Cannon.

Name: Mesprit
New Type: Psychic/Fairy
New Abilities: Levitate/ Magic Guard/Serene Grace
New Base Stats: 80/105/105/115/105/80
New Moves: Moonblast, Flamethrower,Wish, Psystrike
Justification: Magic Guard is added because because of it's magical look. Serene Grace is added because many pokemon similar to Mesprit have Serene Grace. Moonblast is because of it's Fairy typing. Flamethrower is because it already has Ice Beam and Thunderbolt in it's moveset. Wish is because again, many pokemon similar to Mespirit have wish. While Psytrike may take away from Mewtwo's uniqueness, it will be very helpful in making Mesprit viable.
Niche in OU: A Bulky and Strong Special Attacker with many coverage options

(Was hoping Muk would be Poison/Ghost)
Name: Muk
New Type: Poison/Dark
New Abilities: Filter/Sticky Hold/ Poison Touch
New Base Stats: 115/115/105/65/115/50 (BST: 565)
New Moves: Recover, Knock Off, Will-O-Wisp
Justification: No Reasoning for Filter. Recover is because it looks like it can regenerate it's sludge. If Weezing can get Wisp, so can Muk.
Niche in OU: With amazing 115/105/115 Defenses and the filter ability, Muk will be an amazing wall.

Might add more descriptions about their Niches later

Name: Yanmega
New Stats: 116/66/86/120/86/116 (BST 590)
New Typing: Bug/Dragon
Movepool Addition(s): Dragon Pulse, Sleep Powder, Nasty Plot, Sludge Wave
New Abilities(if any): Compound Eyes/Tinted Lens/Speed Boost
Justification: Since Yanmega is based on a dragonfly that lives in swamps and likes to bite people's heads off, so I think giving it Dragon, Poison and Dark type moves respectively fit each theme. 3 Bug families get Sleep Powder so I think it should also get that. Yanmega also has the highest HP for a Bug type as of yet, so I gave HP a special boost for it to keep that way in this metagame.
Niche in OU: Stallbreaker and wallbreaker. Tinted Lens makes it hard to wall it, Speed Boost makes it even harder to outspeed it, and Compound Eyes can put other mons to sleep with 97% accuracy Sleep Powder.

Name: Luxray
New Stats: 90/125/80/110/95/95 (BST 590)
New Typing: Electric/Dark
Movepool Addition(s): Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Poison Fang, Taunt
New Abilities(if any): Compound Eyes/Strong Jaw/Fur Coat
Justification: All of Luxray's Pokedex entries mention it being able to see through walls with it's golden eyes, and Compound Eyes fits the flavor. It gets the rest because it's a lion and also a Dark-type mon.
Niche in OU: Luxray can't really abuse Fur Coat because of lack of set up moves, but it gives it a lot more bulk coupled with some utility moves like Roar, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch and Knock Off. Strong Jaw gives STAB Crunch, Thunder Fang, coverage Ice Fang and Poison Fang a power boost. Compound Eyes can be used efficiently in a mixed wallbreaker set with Thunder.

Name: Mesprit
New Stats: 105/105/105/105/105/75 (BST 590)
New Typing: Psychic/Fairy
Movepool Addition(s): Moonblast, Cosmic Power, Surf, Wish
New Abilities(if any): Levitate/Hydration/Prankster
Justification: Most of it is self-explanatory. Mesprit likes to fly around and has happy emotions or something, so I gave it Prankster. Hydration and Surf are there because it lives in a damp lake, and rests there.
Niche in OU: Normal Mesprit sucks, it has a good movepool but nothing stands out as great. So with Prankster, it can use it's good Status moves, as well as the new Cosmic Power+Recover combo that allows it to last longer in battle. Hydration and Surf make it able to fit in Rain teams, and not many Psychic or Fairy mons are good picks for Rain teams, so that's a niche (plus it gets Thunder already).

Name: Yanmega
New Typing: Bug/Dragon
New Abilities: Speed Boost/Tinted Lens/Frisk
New Stats: 86/91/86/126/71/130 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Nasty Plot, Sludge Bomb
Justification: While Frisk is pretty useless, it feels wrong to just replace every single ability of a mon with competitive abilities, so I left that there. The stats aren't too min-maxed but they still get the job done - specifically, I didn't buff HP and Def so priority would still have a chance of taking it down. Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are standard STAB moves; Nasty Plot gives it a way to utilize Speed Boost even better by setting up at the same time, and tell me that look isn't nasty; Sludge Bomb is another coverage move against fairies who takes nothing from Dragon-type STABs even with Tinted Lens, and considering that quite a few Bug-type mons gets the move it isn't so flavor-invalidating.
Niche in OU: This revised Yanmega would be one of the fastest Bug-types that still has a great offensive stats, with the other ones being Mega Beedrill, Accelgor and Scolipede; However, unlike the latter two, it also has two great competitive abilities in Speed Boost and Tinted Lens. Tinted Lens allows it to spam what would normally be resisted moves in its STABs, such that a Specs set would 2HKO nearly the whole OU tier with just Timid nature, and considering how fast it is, a Modest nature is usable too. Speed Boost, on the other hand, allows it to buff its already amazing speed even further, to the point where priority would basically be the only things able to take it down. At the same time, it can use Nasty Plot to buff up its SpA, turning it into a sweeping machine - you do have to choose between HP Ground for Steel-types and Sludge Bomb for Fairy-types, though. Also, note that Yanmega is still pretty frail, and most non-resisted priority would erase it.

Name: Mesprit
New Typing: Psychic/Fairy
New Abilities: Levitate/Telepathy/Simple
New Stats: 80/100/100/100/100/110 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Wish, Moonblast, Play Rough, Swords Dance
Justification: Telepathy references Mesprit being related to emotions, while Simple, well, a pokemon that freely expresses emotions would be pretty simple in personality. The stat spreads are to differenciate it from the Audino I submitted last slate, which is why it's more speed-oriented. It's silly how Mesprit gets Healing Wish but not Wish, Moonblast and Play Rough are standard Fairy STABs, the latter for some oddball physical sets, and Swords Dance is both to take advantage of Simple and provide an alternative in physical sets.
Niche in OU: Different from (Mega) Audino, this Mesprit is a more offensive-oriented Simple sweeper, with both Calm Mind and Swords Dance for boosting options. At two CMs, a LO set can 2HKO basically the entire OU tier, while a physical set fares similarly, notably having Fire-type coverage over special sets. Either way, 110 Speed is pretty nice for a setup sweeper, and Wish only helps with its already pretty good bulk.

Name: Muk
New Typing: Poison/Dark
New Abilities: Stench/Water Absorb/Poison Touch
New Stats: 130/105/90/70/145/50 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Knock Off, Drain Punch, Earthquake
Justification: Considering that sludge is basically wastewater, Water Absorb seems viable here. The stat boosts are pretty self-explanatory, Recover is a must-have for walls and since Magcargo line has it the Muk line should as well. Knock Off is yet another generic STAB, Drain Punch fits considering Giga Drain is in Muk's movepool too, and Earthquake, uh, remind me why Muk doesn't have Earthquake when Chansey does?
Niche in OU: Water Absorb Muk eats most Water-types in OU alive, and for a good reason too - Most Water-types have no Ground-type coverage, which is Poison/Dark Muk's sole weakness, and their Water-type STABs would simply heal Muk up. Even at +6, a Manaphy can't punch through max SpD Muk, while Muk can just Taunt Manaphy and whittle it down with Toxic or Poison-type STABs. With an immunity to Scald, Muk can also setup Curses easily in front of Water-types (except Rotom-Wash) without the fear of being burned, buffing its somewhat weak Atk to wall-punching levels, and Recover off any damage it sustains. However, its slow speed compounded by Curse and the lack of priority STABs makes it easy to be outsped and revenge killed.

Looking at Luxray's pokedex entries and its basis in X-ray, I don't really believe a Dark subtype suites it, so I'm just going to sit this out.

Name: Yanmega
New Stats: 91/76/91/136/81/115
New Typing: Bug / Dragon
Movepool Additions: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Boomburst, Sludge Bomb
New Abilities: Tinted Lens, Shed Skin, Frisk
Justification: Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are standard STAB moves, Boomburst was added because, in addition to biting heads off, it can apparently release sonic waves strong enough to tear prey apart, and Sludge Bomb hits Fairy-types (and when you consider some of the other Pokemon that can learn Sludge Bomb, it doesn't seem that weird). Shed Skin was added because dragonflies molt on some occasions
Niche in OU: With a Choice Specs and Tinted Lens, Yanmega can, at the very least, 2HKO most of the tier. The fact that its Draco Meteors are more powerful than Latios' helps a lot.
Example Sets

Name: Luxray
New Stats: 87/135/109/110/79/70
New Typing: Electric / Dark
Movepool Additions: Pursuit, Dark Pulse, Glare, Focus Blast
New Abilities: Intimidate, No Guard, Quick Feet
Justification: No Guard, Glare, and Pursuit are a reference to Luxray's pokedex entries, Dark Pulse and Focus Blast fix gaps in Luxray's special movepool, and Quick Feet was added to deal with a lack of priority.
Niche in OU: A pivot with Intimidate. Special sets can use Thunder and Focus Blast to take advantage of No Guard
Example Sets

Name: Mesprit
New Stats: 80/85/125/95/125/80
New Typing: Psychic/Fairy
New Abilities: Levitate, Telepathy, Magic Bounce
Movepool Additions: Wish, Heal Bell, Fire Blast, Taunt
Justification: Fairies are magical beings who love playing tricks on humans, something that Magic Bounce embodies perfectly. Telepathy is the closest thing one can get to a reference to Mesprit's pokedex entries, Wish gives Mesprit (somewhat) reliable recovery, Heal Bell was added primarily to make sure that Mesprit could provide cleric support without fainting, and Fire Blast and Taunt were added because Azelf gets them too
Niche in OU: A support Pokemon for offensive teams. With the right set, Mesprit can provide cleric support, set hazards, block hazards, stallbreak, pivot, and check most Dragon-types
Example Sets

Name: Muk
New Stats: 135/125/95/65/120/50
New Typing: Poison/Dark
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Drain Punch, Recover
New Abilities: Liquid Ooze, Sticky Hold, Poison Touch
Justification: Muk is a sentient blob made of toxic waste, so Liquid Ooze was an obvious choice for a new ability, Sucker Punch grants STAB priority, Drain Punch completes Muk's arsenal of punching moves, and Recover is a must-have for walls
Niche in OU: Thanks to Sticky Hold and a resistance to Dark-type moves, Muk is effectively Knock Off-proof. Liquid Ooze sets are also useful for shutting down Grass-types that lack Ground coverage.
Example Sets

Abilities: Speed Boost / Tinted Lens / Intimidate
Typing: Bug/Dragon
Stats: 106/96/86/131/71/105 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Quiver Dance, Heat Wave
Justification: Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are standard STAB moves and Intimidate, look at this thing! It's horrifying! QD is because winged bugs can't get enough of this move! Heat Wave also fits the wings thing as most winged mons get it.
Niche in OU: You can enjoy being a QD boost sweeper, or pivot with Intimidate. But seriously stick to boosting and sweeping.

Abilities: Strong Jaw / Intimidate / Guts
Typing: Electric/Dark
Stats: 90/150/90/95/90/75 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Ice Fang, Parting Shot, Noble Roar
Justification: A standard assortment of Dark Moves, and Ice Fang for coverage on Strong Jaw sets.
Niche in OU: What's more pivotal than coming in giving -Atk? Leaving also with giving -1 Atk (and SpAtk.) If that's not your thing, you can Sucker Punch, and Noble Roar fits a LION pretty well, since its signature user is just that. Useless as it may be.

Ability: Prankster/Protean/Regenerator
Typing: Psychic/Fairy
Stats: 100/95/110/95/110/80 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Play Rough, Stealth Rocks, Moon Blast, Recover
Justification: Teaching emotions is like changing your type or healing when you switch out. Stealth Rocks because if Azelf can, why can't this one?
Niche in OU: Mespirit can use Protean, albiet with worse sweeping stats (Speed) than Greninja (part of why I reduced its attack stats by 10 to begin with.) If that's not enough, Regenerator is also sweet as heck! There's a lot you can do with this thing and Prank rocks are nice and swift to get up.

Abilities: Adaptability / Liquid Ooze / Regenerator
Typing: Poison/Dark
Stats: 135/130/105/65/105/50 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Parting Shot, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Earthquake
Justification: I swear I'm not abusing Parting Shot, it just fits a 'mudslinger.' Liquid Ooze is obvious and regenerating lost ooze is too. It's also quite adaptable, and the moves it has are dark coverage. Except Earthquake, it gets rid of all the pokemon that resist Dark/Poison coverage.
Niche in OU: Regenerator Parting Shot is a thing, especially with 135 HP and, unlike most high HP mons, respectable defenses AND A decent defensive type. Slap an Air Balloon on this baby if you want. As a Liquid ooze, it can stop grass types such as Serperior who think they can catch an unfavorable switch with Leech Seed though fairly niche. You'll likely prefer Adaptability or Regenerator. Adaptability Sucker Punch with more base Atk than Bisharp is nice. You can curse up to 'sweep,' and anyone who doesn't attack you will likely hate your other moves.

Dilasc I feel Contrary is abit too much, it literally sweeps with a scarf once Fairies are dead. (Steels are eventually overpowered by +6 Draco Meteors). (Also I dont get Overheat's justifivation at all).

And Parting Shot makes zero sense on Mesprit. At all. Please fix or those two will be deemed inillegible.

Abilities: Speed Boost / Tinted Lens / Analytic
Typing: Bug/Dragon
Stats: 110/76/95/130/79/100 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Quiver Dance, Boomburst
Justification: Not exactly a butterfly but it does quiver a lot in its sprites and it makes more sense than Lilligant. Dragon moves are standard for the type while Boomburst fits with flavour. Analytic gives some extra power when outsped and looks appropriate with the focus on those giant lenses on its design.
Niche in OU: Tinted Lens Draco Meteor with a high Special Attack is great when there are no Fairies to deal with. Quiver Dance boosts three stats in one go and can make sure you're not completely behind on momentum. 100 Speed is not too fast so Analytic has a chance to kick in but fast enough so that a Quiver Dance/Speed Boost can give you enough boosts in Speed after time. Clefable is a problem though especially without Tinted Lens.

Abilities: Tough Claws / Intimidate / Guts
Typing: Electric/Dark
Stats: 85/130/80/95/80/100 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Close Combat, Earthquake
Justification: Gave some Dark STAB moves, biting and scratching is close kind of combat so Close Combat. Earthquake because fully evolved mons can usually learn it. Its fangs aren't specifically prominent in its design and Tough Claws gives a better boost (lions can also scratch with their claw).
Niche in OU: Knock Off is always a nice move and Sucker Punch gives priority. Dark/Fighting coverage is pretty decent and Earthquake coverage is always appreciated. Close Combat is a better alternative to Close Combat since your Attack doesn't drop.

Ability: Levitate/Trace/Magic Guard
Typing: Psychic/Fairy
Stats: 80/100/105/105/105/95 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Moon Blast, Recover, Volt Switch, Psycho Shift
Justification: Part of Mesprit's thing is about connecting and understanding with others, like the Ralts line so Trace fits it. Magic Guard because it's a Legendary and magical enough I suppose. Moonblast for STAB and Volt Switch is a reference to how it flees away.
Niche in OU: Magic Guard allows it to perform flexible roles such as Life Orb Magic Guard or Psycho Shift Toxic/Flame Orb. Volt Switch makes it a nice pivot on Special Sets. Trace allows it to copy useful abilities like Water Absorb or Magic Bounce.

Abilities: Gooey / Liquid Ooze / Regenerator
Typing: Poison/Dark
Stats: 120/130/100/65/120/50 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Earthquake, Recover
Justification: Dark STABs for new typing, Earthquake for Steels/Poison types and Recover since it seems to be a limitless sludge monster. This is why Regenerator is also selected. Gooey and Liquid Ooze also make sense for its design.
Niche in OU: Added defenses with only 1 weakness and Recover/Regenerator makes Muk have a greater defensive presence. Knock Off is nice utility and Earthquake is welcome coverage.

Discuss the winners and see how they impact the metagame.

Yanmega seems fun to use. It's bulky as hell, so it can certainly set up safely with both Speed Boost and Quiver Dance. I think only Unaware Clefable can possibly stop the Quiver Dance Tinted Lens variant after two turns, since most things that would otherwise resist it get destroyed. Well, maybe some double-resistance special walls can stop it.

Luxray hits hard and has physical BoltBeam. It's good, but it doesn't impact the metagame much. It also... does a Intimidate/Parting Shot gimmick. Good for forcing sweepers to switch out, I guess. It's more annoying than anything else lol.

Mesprit is an amazing support mon. It has dual screens, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Healing Wish, Taunt, Trick and Wish. All of that with Prankster. Shame it doesn't get Will-o-Wisp though, or else it would be completely superior to Sableye in all aspects.

Muk's a great special wall with offensive presence. Water Absorb is easily the best ability for it, leaving it with more immunities than weaknesses.
Curse Muk seems like the most viable set. It could either rely on Recover or go full Curselax. While it may be immune to Toxic, it can still be burned, and Rest fixes that.

While Muk is still weak to Burns, having a Scald immunity eases the pressure for Muk. Earthquake is very welcome so it has a generally more powerful option against grounded Steels.

Luxray's tools of Intimidate + Parting Shot + Volt Switch/Pursuit can be interesting utility- most physical attackers wouldn't like the Attack drop and would normally switch out if they can't boost but Pursuit can surprise those who want to reset their stats. Some small mind games there at least.

Prankster Taunt from Mespirit is very useful against setup sweepers/stall Pokemon. Very nice support movepool- Wish can work with either Magic Guard or Prankster- just choose if you want passive damage protection (useful when Wish-passing a lot in battle) vs priority.

Quiver Dance is a real selling point for Yanmega- Speed Boost means you'll overcome the okay 100 base state in no time with Quiver Dance while Tinted Lens makes for nice power. The extra bulk and less Stealth Rock weakness means it has the chance to last longer in battle, however it is now susceptible to Spikes (especially the Toxic Spikes kind) so cleric support is welcome against Toxic Spikes teams.

Name: Bellossom
New Typing: Grass
New Abilities: Chlorophyll/Serene Grace/Flower Veil
New Stats: 95/60/100/115/120/100 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Quiver Dance, Fiery Dance, Baton Pass, Rapid Spin
Justification: Serene Grace is a pretty obvious choice as Bellossom is a dancer, and Flower Veil? That speaks for itself. The stat buffs are focused on Speed mostly to make it different from Vileplume (in the future), and its bulk is boosted too. Quiver Dance and Fiery Dance refers to it being based on a dancer, Baton Pass is really just there to give it a pivoting option that fits unlike Volt Switch and U-Turn, while Rapid Spin is both because I can see Bellossom spinning during its dances and to give it more utility.
Niche in OU: Bellossom is a nice sweeper/pivot aided further by its three great abilities: Chlorophyll in the sun means it can go incredibly fast, firing off Solar Beams and Fiery Dances everywhere; Serene Grace for a Fiery Dance that boosts its SpA every time it's used; and Flower Veil rendering it immune to statuses, letting it work as a status sponge and pivot back out with Baton Pass. with Quiver Dance, it can boost itself up to sweeping levels of power, as even without Sleep Powder it still has some great bulk,

Name: Corsola
New Typing: Water/Rock
New Abilities: Sap Sipper/Natural Cure/Regenerator
New Stats: 105/75/175/95/105/35 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Spiky Shield, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Dazzling Gleam
Justification: Sap Sipper isn't the most fitting ability, but corals are pretty similar to plants so having it be 4x weak to Grass is pretty weird. The stat boosts focused on Def, which is mostly for its competitive worth, and both offenses are buffed decently. Spiky Shield, uh, try and tell me Corsola isn't spiky. Same with Spikes and Toxic Spikes, while Dazzling Gleam is just an generic move that I don't see why Corsola shouldn't get it.
Niche in OU: Being a defensive Rock type that isn't weak to Water or Grass (if you go with Sap Sipper), Corsola is able to stop an odd selection of mons, mostly Fire- and Flying-types. Its great natural physical bulk means that even SE moves might barely dent it, and coupled with Spiky Shield this means most physical attackers are going to have a hard time dealing with it. Not to mention, it can lay down every hazard bar Sticky Web, still has Scald to further mess up physical attackers, and its other two abilities are still great to it as a wall/supporter.

Name: Tropius
New Typing: Grass/Flying
New Abilities: Multiscale/Thick Fat/Harvest
New Stats: 129/68/123/102/137/31 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Ancient Power, Earth Power, Glare, Hurricane
Justification: Multiscale works on Dragonite who doesn't even have visible scales, so why not? Thick Fat is there since it does look pretty bulky and fat. The stat boosts focuses on bulk as well as a bit in SpA, while the moves added are mostly coverage for it to not be Taunt bait. Glare is there as a support move too, and being a reptile it should fit in just alright.
Niche in OU: Think of this as a mini Lugia in OU. Multiscale gives Tropius insane survivability when combined with Roost and Leftovers, and while it's really slow, its great natural bulk and Glare means Tropius can just paralyze the opponent and then Roost back its lost health, and even if the opponent goes first it can still take quite a lot of punishment. Thick Fat is there for if you want a more consistent protection from Fire- and Ice-type moves, and Harvest is always there for sun-based teams and other berry shenanigans. Earth Power makes sure it's not deadweight against Steel types, Hurricane gives a far more powerful albeit inaccurate STAB, and Ancient Power murders Talonflame and heavily damage other Fire-types, though it doesn't have much use otherwise.

Name: Alomomola
New Typing: Water
New Abilities: Healer/Serene Grace/Regenerator
New Stats: 195/80/90/65/75/85 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Heal Bell, Body Slam, U-Turn, Heart Stamp
Justification: Alomomola is pretty graceful, I'd say, so Serene Grace completely fits. The stats are just buffs in addition to what Alomomola already has, Heal Bell further enhances Alomomola's cleric capabilities, U-Turn allows it to pivot while doing damage, and the other two are there for Serene Grace to utilize. Also, Heart Stamps fits to a T.
Niche in OU: Alomomola already has a niche as a great wishpasser in OU, and this is building upon that. Now having Heal Bell, Alomomola can further clear its team of status, and pivot out with U-Turn and causing chip damage at the same time. Regenerator is an invaluable ability that helps with Alomomola's longevity, but if you're bored and want to mess around, Serene Grace is there to give you 60% burn Scald, 60% Paralysis Body Slam and other general shenanigans.

Name: Bellossom
New Typing: Grass/Fire
New Abilities: Chlorophyll/Healer
New Stats: 85/90/110/120/115/70 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Fire Spin, Heat Wave, Fiery Dance, Growth
Justification: Bellossom's secondary typing draws from its affinity to sun and evolution method, and colorful design, and puts in on par with its counterpart Vileplume with both hitting eachother for super effective damage now. Fire Spin and Fiery Dance are a reference to its dancing theme, while Heat Wave and Growth are a nod to a tropical environment. The abilities were kept the same for flavor reasons, and since Chlorophyl is already the perfect ability for this Pokemon competitively. Quiver Dance was left out, since I'm not a great fan of increasing its distribution too much unless absolutely necessary, especially since there are already so many threatening set-up sweepers to prepare for in this Pet Mod.
Niche in OU: Bellossom acts an effective Chlorophyll sweeper with great coverage between its STABs, and crucial access to Moonblast to cover Dragon types. Fiery Dance has a chance to raise its already respectable Special Attack even further, though Bellossom also has access to Growth to reliably boost its offenses in sun. Other viable options include Sleep Powder to bypass its checks, as well as HP Ground to deal with Fire types such as Heatran.
Alternatively, Bellossom's great defenses and useful typing allow it to run a defensive set with Leech Seed, which takes advantage of its ability to scare out opposing Grass types.

Name: Corsola
New Typing: Water/Rock
New Abilities: Magic Guard/Natural Cure/Regenerator
New Stats: 95/105/135/85/135/35 (BST 590)
Movepool Additions: Razor Shell, Spiky Shield, Spikes, Heal Bell
Justification: Razor Shell, Spiky Shield, and Spikes represent how sharp coral reefs can easily injure incautious divers and swimmers coming in contact with them. Heal Bell, on the other hand, is a reference to the kind and social nature of this Pokemon, and goes hand-in-hand with its original abilities Natural Cure and Regenerator.
Niche in OU: With its enhanced defenses, Corsola can finally take advantage of its great abilities and movepool in the OU metagame, in order to become an effective defensive pivot and team supporter. Regenerator (and Natural Cure) allow Corsola to switch around and put its defenses and key resistances to good use despite its exploitable weaknesses, and consistently set up entry hazards and provide cleric support throughout the match. Magic Guard is a viable alternative giving Corsola a better match-up against defensive teams, and importantly allows it to use its 150 base power STAB Head Smash without any drawbacks, which is almost as strong as Aggron's and can be used to swiftly deal with powerful wallbreakers such as Mega Charizard X, Kyurem B, Volcanion, among others. Backed up by a decent 85 Special Attack, STAB Scald is as risk-free as usual, and always a good option on defensive Pokemon which tend to cause many switches. However, Razor Shell can also be used especially on the Magic Guard set, in order to break through defensive opponents with a combination of Defense drops and STAB Head Smash.

Name: Bellossom
New Stats: 75 / 100 / 95 / 125 / 105 / 90
New Typing: Grass/Fairy
New Abilities: Chlorophyll, Flower Veil, Own Tempo
Movepool Additions: Heal Bell, Quiver Dance, Play Rough, Weather Ball
Justification: Heal Bell is a reference to Bellossom's pokedex entries, Own Tempo and Quiver Dance are references to its dancing theme, Play Rough was added because other "cute" Pokemon can learn it and it allows physical sets to have a secondary STAB move, and Flower Veil was added because... well... it's a flower Pokemon
Niche in OU: A late-game cleaner that works best with Mega Charizard Y. It's also one of the few Pokemon with the Own Tempo + [Outrage variant] combo.
Example Sets

Name:
Corsola
New Stats: 95 / 85 / 125 / 85 / 115 / 65
New Typing: Water/Rock
New Abilities: Rough Skin, Natural Cure, Regenerator
Movepool Additions: Spiky Shield, Spikes, Razor Shell, Toxic Spikes
Justification: Rough Skin and all of the new moves are references to Corsola's design
Niche in OU: Corsola's new ability and increased stats allow it to actually function as a wall. It can also deal massive amounts of chip damage with Rough Skin, hazards, and Scald.
Example Sets

Name: Tropius
New Stats: 119 / 98 / 109 / 92 / 109 / 63
New Typing: Grass/Dragon
New Abilities: Harvest, Gluttony, Thick Fat
Movepool Additions: Draco Meteor, Dragon Rush, Belch, Bulk Up
Justification: Gluttony is a reference to Tropius' Pokedex entries, Draco Meteor and Dragon Rush are the obligatory STAB moves, Belch is somewhat appropriate for a Pokemon who loves to eat fruit, and Thick Fat makes sense due to Tropius' design.
Niche in OU: A Defog user that beats most Stealth Rock setters.
Example Sets

Name: Alomomola
New Stats: 195 / 75 / 80 / 90 / 85 / 65
New Typing: Water/Fairy
New Abilities: Regenerator, Hydration, Natural Cure
Movepool Additions: U-Turn, Dazzling Gleam, Heal Bell, Recover
Justification: Dazzling Gleam was added to give Alomomola a STAB move, U-Turn improves its pivoting capabilities, Heal Bell enhances its cleric capabilities, and Recover provides reliable recovery for teams that wish to use a different wishpasser.
Niche in OU: Alomomola's niche hasn't changed, but it can do its job a lot better now. Its improved special attack and reliable recovery allows it to use Calm Mind sets as well.
Example Sets

Name: Tropius
New Stats: 125 / 100 / 106 / 72 / 107 / 80
New Typing: Grass/Flying
New Abilities: Harvest, Aerilate, Regenerator
Movepool Additions: Hurricane, Defog, U-turn, Wood Hammer
Justification: Regenerator because it grows fruits and goes with U-turn. Defog because it has wings and should be able to clear fog. Aerilate because there is a focus on it growing wings.
Niche in OU: Regenerating U-turn pivot. Or better use of Dragon Dancer as it has better coverage on the physical side.

Name: Corsola
New Stats: 100 / 70 / 125 / 95 / 125 / 75
New Typing: Water/Grass
New Abilities: Storm Drain, Natural Cure, Regenerator
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Grass Knot, Heal Bell, Giga Drain
Justification: I feel Grass reflects the coral ecosystem more (even if its not a plant, I feel it fits better than Rock).
Niche in OU: Defensive wall with supports like Heal Bell and Spikes.

Name: Bellossom
New Stats: 85 / 80 / 110 / 105 / 125 / 85
New Typing: Grass/Fairy
New Abilities: Chlorophyll, Flower Veil, Aroma Veil
Movepool Additions: Quiver Dance, Rapid Spin, Earth Power, Heal Bell
Justification: Flower Veil and Aroma Veil because fragrant flowers. Heal Bell for team support and can be the counterpart to Vileplume's Aromatherapy access. Rapid Spin and QD because dancer.
Niche in OU: Flower Veil prevents status or stat drops while you QD up while Aroma Veil makes sure you are not Taunted while boosting or while using Powder moves. Rapid Spin and Heal Bell for support and Earth Power for coverage.

Name: Alomomola
New Stats: 180 / 75 / 85 / 90 / 85 / 75
New Typing: Water/Fairy
New Abilities: Regenerator, Unaware, Magic Guard
Movepool Additions: Recover, Heal Bell, Moonblast, Baton Pass
Justification: Moonblast for STAB. Heal Bell, Recover and Baton pass expand its support movepool.
Niche in OU: Can pass Calm Mind boosts. Unaware with that bulk and that typing is pretty cool for a defensive/support Pokemon. Magic Guard can be used in tandem with Heal Bell to be a safe cleric.
