This fantastic stall is easily removed from the usual 2 stallbrekaer of excellence:

Crawdaunt @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Crabhammer
- Aqua Jet
- Swords Dance

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 4 SpD / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Air Slash
- Heal Bell
- Roost

Crawdaunt dance just once to roll out half the team, due to its ability manages to beat even 1v1 Quagsire and amoonguss; Togekiss does the same job, with heal bell also can be cured from the poison, then easily able to increase his SpA and to the team with flinch air slash + serene grace. I think these two can beat any stall created so far.

Funnily I saw a stall a couple of days ago by Chillarmy that beats the core... but that's when you see Chill running Poliwrath and know he probably deserves to beat it for running such a piece of garbage.

Otherwise, Chesnaught+Clef/Doublade/Rhyperior? is the only core matchup I'd expect to handle that well.

Heracross-Mega @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature
- Pin Missile
- Swords Dance/ Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Close Combat

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot

So basic str8 up offense core. Has coverage vs the whole meta and works decent together. Stall just fucks up to mega hera so it can click x. In the situation that u use bullet seed because of how godly scald 30% burn is and ur not risking it there's np thundy in the back which also fucks stall up a bit. Also mega hera can tank 1 band icicle crash. Reason I put adamant/jolly is because sheer power to show vs stall but most use jolly I think

252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Quagsire: 234-276 (59.3 - 70%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Focus Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 338-398 (52.6 - 61.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Amoonguss: 398-471 (92.1 - 109%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Heracross: 174-205 (57.8 - 68.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Nasty Plot Infernape + Sub DD Mega Gyarados

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power Ice

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Waterfall
- Substitute

Mega Gyarados does very well against this team as it can get a free set-up against Skarmory, Quagsire and Mega Sableye with only Amoonguss being able to beat it (+1 Gyarados still 2HKOes with Crunch) . Nasty Plot Infernape is another Pokemon that gives this team trouble as it can easily scare out Amoonguss while still giving Skarmory, Chansey and Mega Sableye something to think about. In fact, even Chansey dies to +2 Focus Blast and the only mon that can take it is Quagsire who gives Gyarados a free Sub or DD. Banded Weavile can only revenge weakened Infernape (Knock Off does about 50%) but this will allow Gyarados to grab a free Dragon Dance which is something the team really don't want to.

Calm Mind Diancie + Sub DD Gyarados
+

Sets

CoCs Empress (Diancie) @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 16 Atk / 240 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Psychic
- Calm Mind

Diancies Pet (Gyarados) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Bounce
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance

Explanation: This pair is rather underrated in the current metagame as they not only cover each other weakness they take advantage of them to set up on each others Checks and Here the pair absolutly monster this stall team as nothing wants to switch into either nor do they get the chance to use status. Diancie Gets Free attacks and Calm minds off vs sableye, Weavile and at +1 Roasts Amonguss with Phychic and places huge pressure on chansey with diamond storm. Only a clean switching or well predicted skarmory can force her out. Which is where Gyarados comes in. Skarm is Helpless and Between Diancie and Sub Statusing in is impossible and at +1 the team auto loses with only quagsire not dieing but he does jack back and Eventually either Gets Crited/Flinched/Paraed.

Better Call Stall

Infernape @ Leftovers
Ability: Blaze (it)
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Close Combat

Scrafty @ Leftovers
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def
Serious Nature
- Bulk Up
- Rest
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Explanation:
Infernape can nearly 6-0 this team by itself, being able to OHKO or 2HKO everything after a nasty plot boost. Fire blast lays waste to everything not named Chansey or Quagsire. Grass knot has an 80% chance to OHKO Quag at +0. You could use modest here, but I feel like that's unfairly tweaking the sets just to beat this team. Close Combat is a guaranteed 2HKO against max investment Chansey, even with no attack investment. Sableye is the only thing that isn't blown up by Infernape at +0. At +2, fire blast is an easy 2HKO and, while mitigate the effects of fakeout / toxic stalling. AM you know you love this monkey

Scrafty is one of my favorite stall breakers and would 6-0 this team as well if not for curse Quagsire. In short, you click bulk up until you are low on health and then rest. Usually stall will insta-concede at that point. Against this team in particular, it will be very effective, since Skarmory lacks whirlwind. Weavile does 2HKO with icicle crash, so switching in isn't safe, but otherwise, you can just go to town.

4 Atk Infernape Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 356-420 (50.5 - 59.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

NEVER SAY NO TO PANDA (Pangoro) @ Leftovers

EVs: 20 HP / 236 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Drain Punch / Superpower

I literally took two 'mons that 6:0 this team and chucked them into one core. Well, technically this Zard Y set can't 6:0 the team but max attack set (hidden below) would if it didn't impale itself on Chansey. Anyway, Pangoro uses Sableye as setup fodder, ignores Unaware with Mold Breaker and beats literally everything on this team with KOff. HP EVs hit a leftovers number. As for Charizard, it beats everything barring Chansey, which Pangoro literally annihilates.

252 Atk Mega Charizard Y Flare Blitz vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey in Sun: 333-393 (47.3 - 55.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Heracross + MGardevoir

Heracross @ Choice Band
Ability: Guts
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Speed
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Knock Off
- Facade

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace (Pixilate)
32 HP/232 SpA/240 Speed
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Wish/Taunt
- Protect/Taunt

Heracross in itself nearly outspeeds and 6-0s the entire team if inflicted with a status. Neting nearly an OHKO on every member of the team even if they had more defensive investment.

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Heracross Megahorn vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Mega Sableye: 354-417 (116.4 - 137.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Heracross Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 2656-3132 (945.1 - 1114.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO (obviously you know this would of been an OHKO but the shear fact it went into the 1000s in percentage forced me to put this)

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Heracross Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 267-315 (79.9 - 94.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Heracross Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 1248-1470 (177.5 - 209.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Heracross Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Quagsire: 376-444 (95.4 - 112.6%) -- 75% chance to OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Heracross Megahorn vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 424-499 (98.3 - 115.7%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO

Gardevoir provides Wish support for Heracross but can be slashed for Taunt in order to stall break other mons, however since Heracross wants statused it's more to prevent their own recovery. Gardevoir provides a great secondary wall breaker if some how Heracross goes down due to bad predicting although unlikely seeing Close Combat does a majority of the work. Gardevoir also provides Super Effective Damage to the mons that Close Combat doesn't hurt much.

Only downside is that Weavile can wait long enough for burn damage of Heracross to get in an KO with Icicle Crash on both Pokemon. However if you are able to pair this team with something like Rotom-W that can burn it with WoW, it essentially make Weavile not that big a threat. But more then likely the team will have lost quite a few mons by the time Weavile and Heracross face off.

The only check to both volcanion and heatran in this team is chansey (and weavile didn't really pressure them due to their high bulk and they can OHKO it), so the goal is to pressure chansey with heatran and finally sweep with volc.
here is a replay which shows how it works: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-360391934
