Slate Nine: Garbagemons!

The Pokemon of this slate are:

Delibird
Type: Ice/Flying
Abilities: Vital Spirit / Hustle / Insomnia
Stats: 45/55/45/65/45/75

Delcatty
Type: Normal
Abilities: Cute charm / Normalize / Wonder Skin
Stats: 70/65/65/55/55/70

Ninjask
Type: Bug/Flying
Abilities: Speed boost/infiltrator
Stats: 61/90/45/50/50/160

UNOWN
Type: Psychic
Abilties: Levitate
Stats: 48/72/48/72/48/48

G-Luke go update the title

Slate Nine: Garbagemons!
Ninjask:
New typing: Unchanged
New stats: 71/110/62/90/67/190
New abilities: unchanged (Moxie?)
New moves: Electro Ball, Hurricane, Air Slash, Nasty Plot
Justification: Speed, Attack, and Special Attack have been buffed to make it a dangerous sweeper - the fastest in the game. Electro Ball gives it another way to use its ridiculous speed, Nasty Plot allows it to be a special mon and better utilize those moves, and Hurricane/Air Slash give special bug STAB.
Niche: A revenge killer which doesn't even need priority, and can quickly turn into a sweeper with Speed Boost and Electro Ball.

Unown:
Typing: Unchanged
New stats: 90/120/90/120/90/90
New abilities: Protean
New moves: Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot, Bug Buzz, Earth Power
Justification: Buffed all-around with a similar stat spread. Protean reflects its knowledge of solely Hidden Power. The moves provide it with good coverage and a way to set up (Nasty Plot).
Niche: A special attacker with a very variable moveset, thus meaning it is hard to predict what checks it.

Delibird:
Typing: unchanged
New stats: 115/75/95/95/95/115
New abilities: Prankster to replace Hustle
New moves: Air Slash
Justification: Suddenly becomes an amazing lead with the addition of Prankster, with enough bulk to take hits for a couple turns. Air Slash gives it a special Flying STAB.
Niche: Everyone's new favorite lead.

Delcatty:
Typing: unchanged
New stats: 100/100/95/85/90/120
New abilities: Simple to replace Normalize.
New moves: Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Agility
Justification: Normalize is possibly one of the most useless abilities in Pokemon, as it guarantees that your Delcatty will be checked by at least four types (being Rock, Steel, Ghost, and Fighting). Replace it with a great ability like Simple and give it a few setup moves and it's instantly viable as a setup sweeper or stat passer.
Niche: A fast sweeper, physical or special. Can also pass huge stat boosts to other sweepers. (I like Cosmic Power.) Could even be used on Sun teams, as it gets Solar Beam.

Ninjask:
+ Electro Ball, Hurricane, Air Slash
New stats: 71/110/62/90/67/190
The new D-Speed is here.

Unown:
+ Protean
+ Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Bug Buzz, Earth Power
New stats: 90/120/90/120/90/90
This might be too broken.
Hello. I'm G-Luke, leader of this Pet Mod, and I'm afraid to say your submissions dont follow all of the guidelines most importantly the format.

Name:
New Typing:
New Stats:
New Abilities:

JUSTIFICATION:
Niche In OU:

Please fix or your submissions will be deemed ineligible for voting next phase.

Name: Ninjask
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Stats: 80 / 110 / 90 / 100 / 70 / 140
New Abilities: Sturdy, Speed Boost, Thick Fat
Movepool Addition(s): Earthquake, Earth Power, Quiver Dance, Stored Power
JUSTIFICATION: Bug / Ground is Nincada's typing. Bugs are pretty chubby. Earthquake and Earth Power are reliable STAB. Quiver Dance and Stored Power facilitate a Special set.
Niche In OU: An unpredictable set-up sweeper. On sets with both Speed Boost and Quiver Dance, you outspeed everything and have a 100 BP Stored Power after one turn, and can increase that even further at a very fast rate.

Name: Delibird
New Typing: Ice / Flying
New Stats: 100 / 120 / 100 / 70 / 100 / 100
New Abilities: Magic Guard, Refridgerate, Flash Fire
Movepool Addition(s): Brave Bird, Extreme Speed, Roost, Fusion Bolt
JUSTIFICATION: Brave Bird and Roost are duh. Extreme Speed is based on how Santa Claus can apparently deliver gifts to the whole world in a single night. Magic Guard is also based on how Santa is impossible to catch due to being "magic". Flash Fire is based on how Santa apparently is never damaged no matter how hot you set your fireplace. Fusion Bolt because... screw it, I don't need to justify Santa Claus.
Niche In OU: -Atespeed abuser with psuedo-BoltBeam coverage.

Name: Delcatty
New Typing: Normal / Ghost
New Stats: 100 / 90 / 90 / 70 / 120 / 120 (BST 590 must match 590)
New Abilities: Normalize / Magic Bounce / Fur Coat (Hidden)
Movepool Addition(s): Slack Off, Skill Swap, Extreme Speed (incompatible with Hidden Ability), Bulk Up
JUSTIFICATION: Getting the Ghost type is based on the idea of Schrodinger's Cat. Slack Off because cats be lazy, and Extreme Speed because cats can also fast.
Niche In OU: Normalize is now a useful ability... but not for what's going to be keeping it. No, it's useful for what will be forcing it onto you. Force a switch (and potentially nab a good ability) with Skill Swap, set up Bulk Up, go all EKiller on the opposing team, and then Slack Off when your health is low. Or you could run a Fur Coat or Magic Bounce set, if you'd rather have safety than the flair of completely negating an enemy 'mon and sweeping with ExtremeSpeed, but where's the fun in that?

Realized how much better this set is for S rank than mine. It loses its weakness to rocks.

Name: Ninjask
New Typing: Bug/Flying
New Stats: 60/130/70/100/70/160 (BST 590)
New Abilities: Speed Boost/Compound Eyes/Infiltrator
Movepool Addition(s): Water Shuriken, Extreme Speed, Defog, Acrobatics
JUSTIFICATION: Water Shuriken was chosen as a movepool addition over other potential multi-hit moves, because shurikens are usually heavily associated with ninjas. It gets Extreme Speed, because of how fast it is. The second ability for it is Compound Eyes, because it's a bug and ninjas are usually accurate and efficient. It gets Defog because it would make sense for a ninja to get rid of their target's cover, as well as cover up its tracks. I gave it Acrobatics because ninjas are usually pretty acrobatic.
Niche In OU: Fast physical sweeper that could also serve as a revenge killer with Extreme Speed. Could also serve as a fast Defogger, though it has a 4x weakness to SR, so it can only really clear when there aren't any Rocks present.

Lol Why is everyone capitalizing Justification? I just did it to emphasize it to the newcomer.

Name: Unown
Typing: Psychic
New stats: 130 / 70 / 70 / 130 / 70 / 120
New abilities: Multi-Type (exact same function as Arceus')
New moves: Quiver Dance, Judgement, Tail Glow, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Sludge Wave, Moon Blast, Land Power
Justification: So, Unown seems to be unknown as to what it does, so it can be... whatever type it wants. It's your... Judgement.
Niche: Special Attacks only, being a mini Arceus is the name of the game. So yes, I did lower its attack from 72 to 70, but c'mon, it doesn't even use it here, it's such a dump stat that I'd lower it further! Granted, all this greatness comes at the cost of an item (and if you choose not to use it, ability) slot that otherwise has no use. It also has average defenses.

Name: Ninjask
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Stats: 81 / 104 / 110 / 50 / 75 / 140
New Abilities: Dry Skin/Skill Link/Speed Boost
Movepool Addition(s): Earthquake, Rock Blast, Water Shuriken, Bullet Seed
Justification: Bug / Ground is way too underused. Wormadam? More like Worma... um, DUMB! Yea, that's the ticket!
Niche: There are few Skill Linkers, as we should know well. Few able to abuse naturally high speed. With Grass/Water/Rock combo, you can hit hard, even without STAB. MegaCross will still hit harder, but you're just plain faster. You can also use Dry Skin to give your rain teams a water immunity that doesn't fear grass types and to make Rotom Wash cry into his linens.

Name: Delibird
New Typing: Ice / Fighting
New Stats: 80 / 55 / 120 / 115 / 100 / 120
New Abilities: Intimidate, Thick Fat, Sheer Force
Movepool Addition(s): Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball
Justification: He looks like Santa. Santa FOUGHT the martians (true story,) and thus he's now a fighter, not a flier. Santa is also fat and scary AF. He creeps into little kid's houses, that's creepy!
Niche: With his new special stuff, a combo of Ghost/Fight with Sheer Force is unresisted. Add Ice Beam or Freeze Dry for STAB and you hit pretty damn hard! The typer combo is nice, though the loss of flying means you are trappable. If Sheer Force isn't your thing, Adaptability actually works with Aura Sphere's perfect accuracy.

Name: Delcatty
New Stats: 95 / 125 / 65 / 125 / 65 / 115
New Typing: Normal / Dark
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Coil
New Abilities: Normalize, Adaptability Wonder Skin
Justification: Cats adapt to many environments in which things you'd never expect to happen will happen. Coil is because cats can coil up when they sleep. What? You rather just have Sword Dance? Cats are also EVIL! EVIL I say, they claw that goddamn furniture and... yea dark!
Niche in OU: Delcatty is a glass cannon who boost its Attack and use its varied movepool to do many forms of attacking. Of course, one Mach Punch...

252+ Atk Iron Fist Monferno Mach Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Delcatty: 352-420 (106.3 - 126.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Keep in mind this thing only has 78 Atk. Most Mach Punchers/Vacuum Wavers have more.

Name: Delibird
New Stats: 85 / 125 / 80 / 105 / 80 / 115
New Typing: Ice / Flying
Movepool Additions: Drain Punch, Grass Knot, Bulk Up, Baton Pass
New Abilites: Vital Spirit, Thick Fat, Refrigerate
Justification: Delibird is based on Santa Claus, so Thick Fat and Bulk Up were obvious choices, Drain Punch gives it somewhat reliable recovery, and Grass Knot fixes gaps in its special coverage
Niche in OU: A Refrigerate sweeper that doesn't take up a mega slot. It can also pass Bulk Up boosts to teammates.
Example Sets

Name: Delcatty
New Stats: 110 / 85 / 105 / 90 / 123 / 77
New Typing: Normal / Fairy
Movepool Additions: Hone Claws, Morning Sun, Dazzling Gleam, Refresh
New Abilities: Wonder Skin, Limber, Pixilate
Justification: Limber was added because cats are agile, Hone Claws, Morning Sun provides semi-reliable recovery, Pixilate gives Delcatty more Fairy-type moves to work with, and Dazzling Gleam allows Delcatty to have a special Fairy-type move without having to use Pixilate.
Niche in OU: Delcatty's improved stats and abilities allow it to fill a variety of roles on defensive teams, such as cleric support, stallbreaking, and setting up with Calm Mind.
Example Sets

Name: Ninjask
New Stats: 90 / 110 / 95 / 50 / 85 / 160
New Typing: Bug / Dark
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Acrobatics, Storm Throw, Feint Attack
New Abilities: Speed Boost, Technician, Infiltrator
Justification: Ninjask's type was changed to Bug/Dark because it goes well with its "ninja bug" theme, and is a better defensive typing than Bug / Flying. Feint Attack and Sucker Punch are reliable STAB, Acrobatics and Technician were added because ninjas are usually acrobatic and fairly skilled, and Storm Throw fixes gaps in Ninjask's offensive coverage.
Niche in OU: A revenge killer that doesn't need a Scarf to do its job
Example Sets

Name: Unown
New Stats: 90 / 100 / 90 / 105 / 90 / 105
New Typing: Psychic
Movepool Additions: Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Psychic
New Abilities: Synchronize, Protean
Justification: Protean comes from Unown's knowledge of Hidden Power, which can be almost any type, Synchronize is the closest one can get to a reference to its Pokedex entries, Psychic gives Unown a reliable STAB move for Synchronize sets, and the other moves are there primarily to help it take advantage of Protean.
Niche in OU: Unown can hit most of the tier super-effectively with any combination of moves
Example Sets

Name: Delibird
New Typing: Ice/Flying
New Stats: 75/120/80/100/80/135
New Abilities: Technician / Thick Fat / Early Bird [HA]
Movepool Addition(s): Thunderpunch, Taunt
Justification: Speed remains its highest stat, with other stats remaining balanced, but with increases across the board. Thunderpunch improves coverage and fits in with it already learning Ice Punch, and Taunt fits its niche while also working for it due to its speed. Technician goes very well with its movepool on both the physical and special sides, while Thick Fat suits it flavour-wise and Early Bird suits it due to it being a hard worker over Christmas.
Niche In OU: An incredibly fast offensive spiker and defogger / spinner with access to powerful priority and decent STAB moves. Technician goes well with Fake Out, Power-Up Punch, STAB Ice Shard, and STAB Aerial Ace on the physical side, and Icy Wind / Frost Breath on the special side to deal with certain physical walls like Hippowdon. It isn't a wallbreaker however, so bulky mons will threaten it, and it retains a huge weakness to Stealth Rock, preventing it from being overpowered. But its abilities as a lead, support mon and revenge killer are not to be underestimated.

Name:
Delcatty
New Typing: Normal/Electric
New Stats: 120/135/85/55/85/110
New Abilities: Static / Analytic / Frisk [HA]
Movepool Addition(s): Volt Switch, Superpower, Knock Off, Hone Claws.
Justification: Electric typing suits its access to moves such as Wild Charge, Shock Wave, Thunderbolt and Charge Beam, and Static is a standard ability for electric types. Analytic and Frisk are abilities that suit a cat-based Pokemon. Volt Switch is given to all Electric types, so Delcatty gets it by default, while Superpower is a widespread coverage move that a lot of quadruped Pokemon have access to. Knock Off suits it because its a freakin' cat... and also a lot of Pokemon have access to it so it is not a stretch to imagine Delcatty having it. Hone Claws is suitable in terms of flavour.
Niche In OU: A powerfully offensive tank and support 'mon. Exceptional bulk in combination with important Flying and Electric resistances, a handy Ghost immunity, only 2 weaknesses and Wish + Protect access make it an excellent tank, and a high base 120 HP gives its Wishes great recovery to other members of the team. It also has Thunder Wave, Toxic, Sing and Baton Pass for useful team support in addition to its other moves. A great base 135 Attack, decent base 110 Speed and powerful dual STABs in Return / Double-Edge and Wild Charge make it an excellent cleaner, especially with access to Superpower and Knock Off for perfect coverage in combination with its STAB moves and Hone Claws for a power boost.

Name:
Ninjask
New Typing: Bug/Fighting
New Stats: 75/120/85/50/90/180
New Abilities: [Unchanged]
Movepool Addition(s): Superpower, Close Combat, Smack Down, Steel Wing
Justification: Fighting typing suits the idea of a very fast, offensive ninja Pokemon and does not contrast with its playstyle. Superpower and Close Combat are both fighting type moves that Ninjask could get - the former for its wide distribution, the latter for its suitability to Ninjask's playstyle. Smack Down hits flying types and is accessible to most fighting types, while Steel Wing is given to it on account of it having wings (d'uh). Its stats have been increased in a balanced way, with emphasis on keeping Speed by far its highest stat while also giving it competitively-viable power and bulk.
Niche In OU: Fastest offensive Pokemon in the game; sweeping HO teams and wallbreaking with SD. Ninjask's moderate bulk and cool typing here allow it to setup Swords Dance against less powerful Pokemon such as support mons with uninvested offenses, and resisted attackers locked into Choice moves. After a boost, Close Combat + X-Scissor will sweep most teams provided priority users have been sufficiently weakened or KO'ed (as Quick Attack can defeat severely weakened ones). Alternatively, a Choice Band set utilising the fastest U-Turn in the game can take advantage of Ninjask's STAB boost and newfound neutrality to Stealth Rock. Smack Down is an option on any set to take out Flying types on the switch / after Stealth Rock, while a Banded or boosted Steel Wing takes down Fairy types.

Name:
Unown
New Typing: Psychic/Ghost
New Stats: 90/80/80/130/130/80
New Abilities: Illusion
Movepool Addition(s): Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Thunderbolt, Calm Mind, Dazzling Gleam, Signal Beam, Focus Blast.
Justification: Both its part-Ghost typing and its ability Illusion suit its flavour, as it is able (at least in-anime) to create illusions and disappear/reappear at will, and there are many forms of this Pokemon so shapeshifting seems suitable. Its new moves are all useful special moves (except for Shadow Sneak), and are all moves that are commonly available to many Psychic and/or Ghost type Pokemon.
Niche In OU: Powerful Calm Mind wallbreaker and special tank. Its newfound high Special stats and movepool allow it to be a very threatening wallbreaker or tank depending on its stat spread and item, and Psyshock lets it beat out special walls like Chansey after a Calm Mind or two.

Name: Ninjask
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Stats: 85/120/90/50/85/160
New Abilities: Technician/Tinted Lens/Aerilate
Movepool Addition(s): Bulldoze, Extremespeed, Fake Out, Parting Shot
Justification: Bug/Ground is an extension from Nincada's original typing. Technician because ninjas. Aerilate relates to how it flies and has wings without giving it the horrible Bug/Flying typing. FakeSpeed because fast ninja bug makes sense to have priority moves. Tinted Lens is an extension of Nincada's Compoundeyes, kind of like Yanma -> Yanmega.
Niche In OU: Speedy physical cleaner with access to priority in FakeSpeed and if using Aerilate, has access to a third pseudo-STAB while still being neutral to rocks. Ground typing means it is virtually immune to paralysis. Earthquake didn't seem to make sense flavour wise, so Technician Bulldoze is the next best thing and still goes with the speed theme it has (well, making it faster by slowing opponent's down). Parting Shot can be used as a status pivot move, supporting the team if you don't want to use U-turn (for example, Rough Skin). Tinted Lens is also useful for extra power when using moves like Fake Out/Extreme Speed/U-turn (especially since Bug is resisted by many types).

Name: Delcatty
New Typing: Fairy
New Stats: 80/105/85/95/75/105
New Abilities: Fur Coat/Pixilate/Wonder Skin
Movepool Addition(s): Moonblast, Moonlight, Dazzling Gleam
Justification: Skitty uses a Moon Stone to evolve, and they are in the Fairy egg group, so Fairy seemed like a good type for them. Fur Coat because the Pokedex mentions their fur being sublime, and Pixilate to give it more Fairy moves.
Niche in OU: Pixilate-boosted Fake Out, and Fur Coat to make it a physical wall.
