Some of them, the available IV Spreads differ between the Pokemon you're trying to catch (iirc).
There's some XD RNG's on Drakero and _Dragon's trade thread, and there's some SR's on Albus' trade thread. I know Unknown Warrior has been working on XD RNG lately, so you might want to check his trade thread for that soon as well. Although he doesn't have a Trade thread, I know 5FingerMachPunch has worked a bit on XD RNG recently as well, he's mostly active in the PS Wi-Fi room.

Most Pokémon cannot be flawless 5IV/6IV. Mostly Shadow Pokémon that have a non-shadow Pokémon preceding. This is because XD Pokémon have to follow a certain sequence based on the preceding Pokémon, if a spread doesn't adhere to that sequence, a Pokémon can't have that spread. This generally means that the more non-shadows a trainer has before a shadow Pokémon, the fewer quality spreads are available (many Pokémon cannot even have quint 30+)
