Description: The general setting where combat occurs while in the forest part of Toxic Swamp. There is not much to say here except there is no water source to use attacks dependent on them.
After a long while walking, you eventually come to what appears to be a dead end. You look around the place. There are trees lining the area except straight ahead where a large lake lies. At a first glance it seems pure and as you advance, you find that it is instead arguably the most toxic lake of all the lakes in this swamp. You wonder how anything actually manages to even survive in this swamp. You then look below. You find a few mini pools of high toxic concentration and even a feather. A feather that has managed to stay pure and keep its colour despite being in this wretched place. Could it be?
You pick it up and obtain the Rainbow Wing
.
After storing the feather in your bag, you decide it is not worth staying around for longer so you decide it is time to head back. You take a step when suddenly...
You look around and notice a blue, leopard-like creature with a purple mane on the water, looking at you with intent. It walks toward you with its steps creating pure energy that stops the lake of toxic water from affecting it. The Suicune lets out another roar. The place starts to rain. Furthermore, a Dragalge pops out of the water to side with the Suicune. Not to mention, you can see a Grimer on the lake in the distance. You send out your Pokémon. You truly are in for a toxic fight now.

Description: Suicune's domain. Most of what happens at the Venomous Bayou applies here but it is taken up to eleven. The rain never ends and when someone calls for the rain, the rain becomes more toxic. Grimer can show up at any time. Not to mention, Suicune has an aura that prevents any sort of toxins from touching it at all. You better be fast though as if you take too long, Suicune will become at one with the poisons of this lake and start to poison you to death! Can you last long enough to bag the legendary Suicune?
Mechanics:
Arena Type: Water's Edge (Produces Bubble Beam).
Constant, Unalterable Rain Weather
Triggers Water Absorb and Storm Drain every round, recovering 2 HP per action and raising their Sp. Attack by one (1) stage respectively.
Raises the BAP of Poison-type moves by three (3).
If Rain Dance is used, it will become Acid Rain for four (4) rounds, which corrodes all Steel-types for the duration of the effect and it causes all non Poison-type Pokémon who do not have any of Swift Swim, Water Absorb, Rain Dish, Hydration, Dry Skin, Storm Drain, or Drizzle take 2 DPA per action.
Suicune cannot be Poisoned and is immune to all Poison-type attacks.
All non Water- and Poison-type Pokémon who use an attack that requires an external water source become Poisoned (or badly poisoned if they are already poisoned). All attacks used will have a 30% chance to poison stricken targets except in the case of Soak, which instead turns the target into a Water/Poison-type Pokémon for six (6) actions.
All Poison-type Pokémon can use the Store command without using an action. Store also raises the BAP of Poison-type attacks by two (2) and allows them to corrode Steel-type Pokémon.
Pokémon that are poisoned take extra damage from Poison-type attacks equal to the amount of DMG that Pokémon takes from its Poison. Venom Drench's stage drops are also equal to this counter instead.
After every 6 Rounds, a Grimer will spawn in the background.
Item cannot be removed from boss, however it can be Embargoed or Magic Roomed.
After sixteen (16) Rounds including Poké Balls thrown as one round per ball thrown, Suicune will be struck by a ball of sludge, enhancing its power and entering Radiate mode. In Radiate mode, Suicune...
Learns Venoshock, Sludge Wave, and Sludge Bomb, as well as gaining Storm Drain and gaining STAB on Poison-type moves (as well as learning the Store command).
Has its Energy increased to infinity (Considered 100 EN for the purposes of capturing).
Will never incur the Sluggish or Sleep Status.
Radiate mode cannot be removed through any means, not even through moves like Roar, Circle Throw, or Volt Switch.
Revenankh used Rest against Vaporeon and should be rid of PSN and BRN
Also, isn't there supposed to be a Grimer in the background?

Lastly, sorry for the delay, family and things distracted me when I was doing this yesterday.
