This should be the last major activity substitution, though I expect a few more here and there following this post. In my previous post you will find I have edited with strikethroughs situations wherein the two parties showed an acceptable level of contact following that post, as per my requests.
Rumor vs DinoRawr125 - DinoRawr has been inactive since 7/10. Additionally, as he has one post all time, I'm inclined to believe it is unlikely he gets this match done in an appropriate timeframe. Apologies to Rumor, who has had to contact 2 people already. New pairing Rumor vs Bionic Puppy
Fiend vs BlazingDark - BlazingDark has been absent since last Tuesday and did not respond to Fiend's posting by end of day. As such he is substituted. New pairing Fiend vs Poke Expert
Abk1997 vs Thimo - Abk has shown more activity via VMs in an attempt to schedule. Thimo has been online since Abk's scheduling PMs but has ignored responding. Additionally, Abk informed me that he contacted him via PS PM to no avail. As such I consider Thimo's activity below an acceptable level, as such he is substituted. New pairing Abk1997 vs -AFAR-
iGlack vs Swagnezone - Both users showed poor activity throughout the week so far. However, following my post, iGlack made an attempt to reach out. With Swagnezone not responding, I will substitute just him instead of doing a double substitution, but because of the lax attempts on both sides I will monitor this new matchup closely to ensure a proper level of activity from iGlack. New pairing iGlack vs MeowMiXXX
Omla vs all falls down - Similarly to the above, all falls down showed poor activity through the week but at least reached out today following my post. As such, instead of a double substitution, I will only be subbing Omla who has failed to respond at all. I will keep an eye on this new pairing. New pairing all falls down vs Realistic Waters
Henkachief vs NOVED - Same situation as the previous two. Close watch on Henkachief etc. as NOVED did not respond. New pairing Henkachief vs Zepherox
Teddeh vs magicdolphin38 - magicdolphin has been inactive for a week. Additionally, due to his extremely low forum-wide activity, I am inclined to believe that he will not respond to Teddeh in an appropriate timeframe. To this point, he failed to respond to Teddeh's contact post for two days. As such I will substitute. New pairing Teddeh vs fatty

teal6 actually my opp did reply on the tuesday but he sent me a VM instead of answering the one I sent him, problem is that in teh same VM I asked him his GMT so we could schedule properly and he hasnt replied since. I contacted the other guy just in case but he hasnt been active since wednesday.
