For Drapion, slash on Rock Slide somewhere there, that allows you to check Char Y and Volc especially, that's one of the primary reasons why Scarf Drapion is used, alongside fast ice coverage.

Done! Thanks :]

Here are a few suggestions (Grass):
Ferro -> Alternate Spreads: 252 hp / 4 def / 252 spdef, Sassy Nature -> Allows Ferrothorn to check Gengar, Kyurem-Black, Togekiss, Mega-Gardevoir and Ice special attackers more reliably. The increase in special bulk is noticeable, especially with Leftovers + Protect giving it extra longevity against said mons.
Serperior -> Slash Giga Drain with Glare and Substitute. Provides Serperior additional utility or the ability to block status.
Whimsicott -> In ''offensive support'', add another coverage option (Psychic and Shadow Ball work well, especially to check Gengar. Psychic works well to punish lured Poison types, whereas Shadow Ball hits Psychic types switchins like Victini and Jirachi)
Shiftry -> Slash Defog with Swords Dance/Substitute and/or another grass move (Leaf Storm for Slowbro). Renaming the set is recommended, since Defog isn't the main reason why you should be using Shiftry.

Probably coming with more suggestions later.

Suggestions:
Additional options, especially for HO:

Choiced Attacker

Porygon-Z @ Choice Specs
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Tri Attack
- Dark Pulse
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

Alternate spreads: Modest instead of Timid, Choice Scarf instead Choice Specs, Download instead of Adaptability.
Alternate moves: Trick instead of Thunderbolt / Ice Beam , Hidden Power [Fire] instead of Dark Pulse

Whirlwind covers sub sweepers and other set-up mons more effectively than taunt, especially if hazards happen to be up (i.e. Mega Gyarados):

Suicide Lead

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
- Taunt

Alternate spreads: N/A
Alternate moves: Dark Void instead of Spore, Spikes instead of Sticky Web, Mirror Coat / Rapid Spin / Whirlwind instead of Taunt

Hydro is much more common than HP Electric and just as viable:

Wallbreaker

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Icy Wind
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Alternate spreads: N/A
Alternate moves: Hydro Pump instead of Hidden Power [Electric]

This spread can definitely be a huge threat to many teams:
LO-Taunt

Keldeo @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Secret Sword

Alternate spreads:N/A
Alternate moves: Icy Wind instead of Calm Mind

Another common spread option:

Defensive Utility Pivot

Cobalion @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 244 HP / 12 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock

Alternate spreads: 180 HP / 76 Atk instead of 244 HP / 12 SpD, Jolly instead of Timid
Alternate moves: Iron Head instead of Volt Switch / Taunt

Shed Skin, although dependent on luck, can be better than Lum, Leftovers is about as viable as Life Orb, and Poison Jab covers Grass + Azu (especially Sap Sipper). Recovering HP with Drain can be better than the power of HJK:

Dragon Dance Sweeper

Scrafty @ Lum Berry
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- Iron Head

Alternate spreads: Adamant instead of Jolly. Intimidate / Shed Skin instead of Moxie. Life Orb / Leftovers instead of a Lum Berry.
Alternate moves: Zen Headbutt / Poison Jab over Iron Head, Drain Punch over High Jump Kick

Weakness Policy, though not as good as Lum, can work well. Leftovers covers for any chip/priority damage removing Multiscale.

Dragon Dance

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed

Alternate spread: Weakness Policy / Leftovers instead of Lum Berry
Alternate moves: Outrage instead of Dragon Claw, Fire Punch instead of Earthquake

Depending on team composition and coverage, Thunder Wave may be more important than Focus Blast:

Prankster Attacker

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Thunder Wave

Alternate spreads: N/A
Alternate moves: Grass Knot / Taunt instead of Thunder Wave / Focus Blast

STAB Accuracy

Defensive Pivot

Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 132 HP / 160 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Outspeeds Scarf Magnezone and everything up to +speed base 115s such as Azelf.

Alternate spreads: Timid, 96 HP / 160 SpA / 252 Spe (Lets you speed tie with other Tornadus and outspeed Alakazm)
Alternate moves: Focus Blast instead of Heat Wave, Air Slash instead of Hurricane

Noticed this set was missing, Raw Power can be just as, if not more dangerous than speed:

LO

Thundurus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Grass Knot

Alternate spread: Choice Specs instead of Life Orb
Alternate moves: Incinerate / Nasty Plot instead of Focus Blast, Volt Switch instead of Thunderbolt

Covers for Slowbro and other mons:

Wallbreaker

Honchkrow @ Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Sucker Punch
- Roost
- Superpower

Alternate spreads: N/A
Alternate moves: Pursuit / Heat Wave / Dark Pulse (Change nature!) instead of Roost

Put icy wind as an option over CM on the taunt, LO Keldeo. I see that on fighting teams and I know Arken runs it. Slows down (mega-)lati@s and can prevent a recover/ healing wish with taunt. Probably really useful in the dragon matchup in general.

Edit: auto correct
