Uhh so I contacted my opponent immediately (monday) and he was not online until Thursday when he responded he was 6 hours ahead of me, and can't play from 8 pm to midnight. The only times this works for me is on Fridays and on Sundays, so I let him know immediately after. He was offline the entirety of Saturday until Saturday night (my time, sunday morning his time) and said lets play today. I told him I'd try my best and I've actually been online from 10:30 am - now (4:30 pm Sunday to 5 am Monday for him), he however has not been on since 5 am his time. I work Monday - Thursday, meaning the only time I could reasonably play during the week is when he can't. If this doesn't get done I request activity because my opponent has been online for a total of like 30 minutes over the past week with no warning to me.
