I only ever found one team that someone had posted that uses it in uu and project nu had considered dropping it back in the old days so i dropped it. I don't think anybody currently uses it in uu either, with missy even dropping in viability and banette seeing little use as well. It also fights shedinja for a spot on stall teams. It not getting wisp in adv is huge with kanga and cb spam currently dominating the metagame.
It getting a nice switch into hypno/pig is really nice, but they both run toxic on every set, and sableye is a free switch for nidoking to come in which is really bad for stall teams.
