Team Midnight Machine's YellowAdminSilver
Greed is... strange. Many chalk it up to living in a cave for the longest time, since it seems the solitude has messed with his people skills, among other things. He has a bit of an obsession with things that shine in the darkness, as well as a not-so-small case of kleptomania. Greed is also fixated on hoarding money and jewels, which, strangely, he doesn't eat, unlike most of his species. Suffice it to say, he's not entirely right in the head, which freaks Zelda out to no end. Still, he's an able battler, and he will always go all-out in a fight--albeit for a price.

Greed joined Silver as soon as the position of Dark Gym Leader became open, presumably because he felt that a substancious reward would come from helping the young Trainer secure the position. Even as the aftermath of that decision has brought more work than gain for himself, it seems Greed is content with making a name for himself in the battlefield, rather than hoarding rocks in a cave in Hoenn.

Belladonna is the first--and so far only--Pokémon that Silver has caught. Silver only did this because Belladonna was scaring Zelda, and he thought that if he caught the Ghost Pokémon she would stop staring. Belladonna's red-eyed stared remains, however, as does Zelda's apprehension for her teammate. The fact that it took an inordinately long time for Belladonna to speak her first words did nothing to soothe Zelda's nerves, although her lack of words could be explained by the fact that the small Nohface didn't have a face at the time.

After evolution, however, Belladonna did grow a face--five of them, to be precise. And just as Silver had hoped, the addition of faces has allowed Belladonna to speak in a voice that others can hear. Three voices, in fact, since it seems that the faces can communicate independently of each other. Belladonna's regular voice seems to come from her front face, while the heads above her shoulders seem to communicate in whispers. The faces above her hind legs appear to be reserved for blood-curdling screams and terrifying howls, but also for some foreign languages, like German.

Zelda still wishes B would stop staring at her.

Belladonna - Kitsunoh (F).
Type: Ghost / Steel
Ghost STAB; immune to the effects of full trapping moves and the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, and Shadow Tag abilities. Can switch out while affected by a partial trapping move.
Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the final round of ASB's second Team Tournament! Two teams have gathered here to fight for the ultimate prize, the Mortality Trio of Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde! None of them are as fabulous and wonderful as my lovely XD001, but they'll do for prizes."

"Here, from the unscrupulous Team Rocket, is Birkal. He may be the Fighting Leader and the winner of the Best of the Best Tourney, but today he's being a mean, mean boy. Oh gee, he's brought his signature Pokemon, Kecleon! Watch out for Crayons. The little lizard looks small and cute, but he's a rude little boy. His Protean tricks and massive maxed movepool will be sure to make YAS oh so cross. Nobody can face him without getting a big STAB and Everstone-boosted boo-boo. Birkal's also brought his Conkeldurr, straight from his Fighting gym, and Wen-Do's Sheer Force and Iron First boosted punches will make all of YAS's Pokemon say, "Ouchie!" Even Sableye will have a hard time stopping this Gutsy gal. Don't forget about Curie, either. Mama and Baby Kangaskhan are both ready to punish YAS lots, with Scrappy to hit both Sableye and Kitsunoh with strong Fighting coverage."

"On this side, we have the mysterious and meme-y Midnight Machine's YellowAdminSilver. This Dark-type Gym Leader and Heatran flavorer has his eye on the prize: Yveltal, the scariest Dark-type legendary! Don't count on YAS to be a nice boy either. If Birkal doesn't watch for Alina's Illusion, then he'll be sorry. It can be tricky, tricky when YAS disguises Aurumoth as scary Pokemon like Kitsunoh and Sableye. And Kitsunoh and Sableye both have enough tricks up their sleeves to give anyone a hard time, even heavy-hitters like Kangaskhan and Conkeldurr. He's used this exact same team before to tear another Kecleon apart. If Birkal doesn't stay on his guard, then YAS will have no trouble doing it again."

"Smarten up battlers! Let's get this show on the road. If the Lugia is normal, then YAS sends out first. But if the Lugia's my beautiful XD001, then Birkal gets the second-order advantage."

[1=YAS, 2=Birkal] Roll: 2/2 BIRKAL

"Hey nerd. Look over there!"

"W-why?" *looks*
"OW!"

"YAS's Kitsunoh starts off by being a mean, old bully and using a Fake Out on Birkal's Kecleon to get some free damage. She may be as beautiful, but watch out! This Belladonna is as poisonous as her namesake. Poor Crayons flinches at Belladonna's rudeness.

"Ha! What a loser. A stupid loser lizard holding onto a stupid rock. Gimme that."

"No! This is my master's!" *hides the Everstone*

Uh-oh, looks like the bullying's only escalating. Belladonna tries to be malicious and Knock Off Kecleon's precious Everstone, but Kecleon learns to defend himself, protecting himself from the Kitsunoh's cruelty.

"Aww.. How cute. Your master gave you a dumb rock to show you how dumb you are. My master gives me candy."

"Stop being mean! It's not a dumb rock! It makes me hit stronger!"

"Oh yeah? Well, I'm not feeling anything at all from it. Let me show you what a strong hit really is!"

"OWWWW! I'VE HAD IT!"

Topping off the psychological and emotional torment, YAS's Kitsunoh dishes out some physical abuse by attacking Kecleon with an Iron Tail, but Crayons decides that he's had enough! He gathers all of his anger and uses Foul Play to use Kitsunoh's own strength against herself. That'll teach her to pick on the weak!"

"Dancing Delcatties, Team Rocket is getting bullied? Just how evil is this Midnight Machine?"

"YellowAdminSilver enjoys an early HP lead, a bit impressive considering that he's ordering first against a Protean Pokemon, but it's small enough to really be somewhat meaningless, especially this early on. Let's see what other tricks Birkal's Protean menace and YAS's Frisky freak have to offer."

Kitsunoh used Dig! (4 EN)
Crit: 9/16 NO

Kecleon used Trick Room! (10 EN)

Action Two
Kecleon used Fire Punch! (6 EN)
Kecleon became Fire-type.
Crit: 7/16 NO
Effect: 63/100 NO
Cursed Body: 47/100 NO
Damage: (8 + 3 + 4.5 - 4.5) * 1.5 = 16.5

Kitsunoh used Earthquake! (7 EN)

"Hah! I'm too fast for you, Slowpoke." *digs underground and then attacks*

"Ugh. Just you wait! I'll make you wish you were a Slowpoke."

"Kitsunoh's superior speed allows it to use Dig to damage Kecleon while avoiding all of Kecleon's attacks, but Kecleon responds with a Trick Room to turn the tables."

"Who's the Slowpoke now?!"

"Grr... You think you're so clever, dweeb. Well, let's see you handle this!"

"Kecleon's Trick Room lets it avoid D/E shenanigans, but just because it acts first doesn't mean that Kecleon holds the advantage. Kecleon hits Kitsunoh with a STAB-boosted Fire Punch, but Kitsunoh's Earthquake still outdamages it."

"There's plenty more where that came from!"

"The little nerd thinks he can stand up to me? Let me show you your place!"

"Kecleon hits Kitsunoh with another strong Foul Play, but Kitsunoh's tactics are even trickier. Kitsunoh takes the indignity of having been injured by someone like Kecleon, and uses her rage to fuel a might Metal Burst that knocks Kecleon off of his feet."

"YAS has further cemented his lead now. Birkal's Kecleon is at very low health and will likely not last the round, while YAS's Kitsunoh still has a good chunk of HP left, and remains a threat to Birkal's other Pokemon. But maybe it's too early to count out Kecleon. Something with 111 moves and Protean isn't going to just die quietly. Keep your eyes peeled for what Birkal tries to do."

Foul Play (Dark) | Foul Play (Dark) | Foul Play (Dark)

If Fake Out, use Sucker Punch + Fake Out (Dark) that action.
If protective / evasive move, use Stealth Rock that action. Only do this once.
If Kitsunoh is under the evasive stage of Phantom Force when you would act, and you are not a Normal-type, use Dig (Ground) that action.

Endure - Perish Song - Taunt

[IF] a phazing move is used when you would use Endure, use Perish Song that action instead, replacing PS with Taunt and Taunt with Superpower in the main queue
[ONCE], [IF] you flinch [OR] hit yourself in confusion, push actions back

Whirlpool | Fake Out + Drain Punch | Cooldown (Fire Punch)

If Whirlpool misses on A1, change remaining action string to Whirlpool | Earthquake.

"Nice Kangaskhanite. I guess you're not a good enough Pokemon to stand-alone without a mega evolution."

"I'll show you what Mommy can do all by herself!"

Kangaskhan declines to mega evolve and summons a whirlpool to counter Kitsunoh's Endure.

"Eat this combo! I call it 'Mommy and Me Punch'!"

"Grr... I'll make you eat your words, you miserable marsupial."

Kangaskhan scrappily strikes Kitsunoh with a Fake Out + Drain Punch combo, but because of Birkal's neglect to mega-evolve, it doesn't deal enough power to knock out Kitsunoh.

I'm not terribly interested in continuing this, seeing as my team can't win the tournament.

Forfeit.

Can't say that I'm not disappointed. Always relish a chance to go head to head with you, Birks, but I can't blame you. Good game, good times. Best of luck with everything.
