Pokemon: The New First Gen (Submissions for new Pokemon Over, Except costumes)

Just to also get this update noticed, I added a Gym Leader Flavor and Gym Theme section. Gym Leader flavor is basically what profession your Gym leader does or why they specialize in that typing. Gym theme is what the puzzle in the gym is.

Also, what is the level gap in between gyms here? I see that it is larger than usual.

Harmo Breloom
Type 1: Electric
Type 2: Poison
Ability 1: Gooey
Ability 2: Lightning Rod
Hidden Ability: Flash Bang (When this Pokémon enters the battle, the opponent's accuracy is lowered by one accuracy.)
HP 60, Atk 40, Def 80, Spa 130, Spd 80, Spe 90

Based on the jelly and bioluminescent mushrooms, Breloom has rooted itself in the ground, slowly draining energy from the soil to power its light.

Phantguise
Type 1: Ghost
Type 2: Normal
Ability 1: Disguise
Ability 2: Prankster
Hidden Ability: Imposter
HP 60, Atk 30, Def 80, Spa 100, Spd 80, Spe 90

This Pokémon is a phantasm in detective coat. A master of disguise, this Pokémon has versatility. It can turn Nasty Plot sweeper with Disguise, a status king pin with Prankster and Focus Stash, and even a Imposter abuser. This Pokémon has been spotted in the shadier parts of Harmo, usually after a crime has taken place.
we should not have this many ghost/normal types you lunatic do ghost/dark or something

Concept/general Design: Deep underwater lives Coralcopia. Looking at it, it's some dumb coral that is oddly shaped like a cornucopia that gets eaten a lot. Well, you're Half-right. It is coral that like a cornucopia. But, it sure isn't weak as looks can be deceiving. Thanks to it's ability to grow and change the color of parts of it's body in it's mouth, Coralcopia can easily lure you in with what looks like a tasty squash. To further help it, Coralcopia is able to create a luring scent. Then, once foolish prey comes close, Coralcopia knocks them out with and goes to eat the defenseless creature. It's favorite move to do this with is Smack Down, but it enjoys Hypnosis, too. So, who's the dumb one now?
Design wise, Coralcopia is a cornucopia with eyes, Corsola's color scheme replacing the Pink with brown, and fruit like formations in it's opening. Also, small teeth... lol.
Other Notes/Competitive Use: It's an underwater cornucopia that has an effective 502 Special Attack at Level 100 and a good typing.... NEED. I. SAY. MORE?

City: Bolta River City (Combines Bolt as in "Nuts & Bolts", and The Volta Region/Volta River in Ghana)
Badge Name:The Ironworks Badge
Gym Theme: A maze of pipes. Challengers have to traverse through a bunch of pipes to get to me. Think the clear pipes from Super Mario 3D World
Flavor: BLC is a very industrial city with my father working in a factory. This exposed him to many Steel-types, causing me to adore the type. When news broke out that the Pokemon League was building a Gym in the city, I caught a bunch of Steel-types and trained them up as fast as I could with the help of my dad in order to win a Gym Leader deciding tournament, giving me the position
Format: Singles

While I like this, I have one question. Are you saying that this city is located on the in a Ghana-like region, or the naming of the naming of the city is just related to that? If you are saying that is in a Ghana-like area, then we may have a problem, since the we have decided that the region will be in Southern USA.
Also adding a new City tab to keep track of city flavor.

Guys, have any of you done Pseudo Legendaries yet?? If not, I'd gladly do them, possibly two lines, since Hoenn had both Metagross and Salamence
My own Dracomill line.
WE'RE ALL MAD HERE
Are you trying to make Normal/Ghost into the new Grass/Poison? You're just throwing it around with no rhyme or reason. Nyantum had a damn good reason to be Normal/Ghost, neither of yours have any excuse. Quite frankly, I believe you have no idea what you're doing. Kecleon doesn't even use any Harmo-exclusive content - Harmo Aurorus was literally built around around Draconic Light as a defensive ability, Harmo Typhlosion uses a new ability (although I honestly think it could use different abilities then just No Guard and a Blaze clone), Harmo Zoroark uses Hidden (which is pretty stupid as an ability imo, but w/e). I can't really justify Harmo Slaking either. Jerrytkrot's Harmo Kecleon doesn't fix the issue either. I personally don't see how this gets in when Missingno didn't...
True, but thats completely irrelevant... I made a weather that everyone keeps forgetting about. It's like GF making Lumineon and it becoming the most forgotten pokemon. oh, wait...
It's because your weather is baaad. Also you aren't maintaining it

I take offense to that

But seriously, I'm gonna change it Ghost/Dark.

Yes I know Illuishade is a thing but this is kinda different okay purisu undasutando
This thing is based on lampads - torch-bearing nymphs of the underworld, torches/lamps and photons. As such, it's fast. Ridiculously fast. Ninjask-level fast. And the fastest special attacker in the dex so far too - I noticed a lack of special attackers above 120 Speed (other than Pixflake-East), so here it is. Unlike Pixflake-East, it can still use physical moves to break past certain specially bulky threats, but in return it's not too powerful, and that bulk... Wait, what bulk?
The actual design would look somewhat like Navi (the Zelda kind), but with clear torch/lamp features, and possibly shaped like comets and such to show its speed.

Not too related, but why does Illuinight line have Illuminate? If it's a lampshade, shouldn't it block light rather than emit light?

explain how it's bad... I'm personally fine with it. also, what do you mean, I'm not maintaining it? If you mean there aren't mons that abuse it, I'm in the middle of making one.

It's fucking BROKEN. It gives additional buffs to Fleur Cannon and Hyperspace Fury, among others, that it buffs the power of (not cool). Imagine if Solar Beam was a fire move. Yeah. It also makes no sense flavor-wise - why would a weather associated with the Fairy and Ghost types, and also divinity, buff Dark other than to ride your ALSO flavorless decision to make your legendary trio Dark instead of Ghost or Dragon? You also made a Raging Winds setter weak to Raging Winds, on that topic.

*ahem* Enough excessive negativity for THIS post! Onto admiring something cool!

Upsidusa isn't the strongest, but it makes up for it in being a Water-typed Sun abuser, and one that has a Water move that abuses the Sun at that! Algal Bloom, as it is in the spreadsheet, is actually even more powerful than a sun-boosted Flamethrower! Here's how I'd build it...

Upsidusa @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 filler / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Algal Bloom
- Solar Beam
- Sludge Wave
- Rapid Spin / Synthesis

Item and fourth move can be adjusted to your team's needs.

I made them dark because you said you didn't like the idea of a Ghost type trio... Not really a fan of dragon. Storms fit Water more than Flying. You seriously seem pissed off at it :/

I said I wasn't too interested in the idea of a trio that shares one type in general. Ghost or Dragon would be the best for that, I suppose.

Oh, I guess I read it wrong :/ my bad.

Small fact: I based my Gym Leader Flavour on my childhood. Apart from training Ghost Types of course. Also, Should we come up with Gym Leader names? I don't think it sounds right saying "You are challenged by Gym Leader Zaph1337". Just using your name because it's the best example I can come up with.
Also, I feel a larger level gap is good, since all anyone does now is spam EXP share, making the games too easy

Guys, here's possibly two version exclusive mons, they're both single staged and Dragon typed, similar to Drampa and Tortunator and feature similar BSTs:

Dreaper
Classification: Reaper Pokémon
Height: 16'0"
Weight: 20lbs
Typing: Ghost/Dragon
Abilities: Merciless, Multiscale (Hidden)
HP: 71
Atk: 131
Def: 43
SpA: 53
SpD: 89
Spe: 113
BST: 500
Notable Moves: Reaper's Havoc, Shadow Sneak, Dragon Claw, Shadow Sneak, Poison Jab, Psychic Fangs, U-turn, Pursuit, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Stone Edge, Extreme Speed
Design: Dreaper resembles a Snake, it has what seems to be a mask on his face and his whole body is covered by bones, Dreaper also has a sickle at the very tip of his tail. This Pokémon's body is a dark purple color, and its belly is dark green too.
Flavor Text 1: This pokemon is said to claim the souls of dead Dragon Pokémon and uses their bones to protect itself.
Flavor Text 2: Dreaper is commonly seen on Dragon Graveyards at night, Dreaper is a very lonely Pokemon and its eternally faded to his reaping duties.
Competitive Analysis: Base 131 Attack is very scary, and when coupled with a great 113 Speed Tier, makes Dreaper a frightning opponent. Merciless allows Dreaper be a staple on Toxic Spikes teams and potentiallt makes any matchups against it much more threatening. Multiscale allows Dreaper to take one hit from certain Pokemon and keep attacking, however, Dreaper still has terrible bulk, especially physical bulk, therefore might not even take some hits well enough, not to mention any sort of chip damage can already break its Multiscale.

Pixagon
Classification: Angel Pokémon
Height: 8'0"
Weight: 20lbs
Typing: Fairy/Dragon
Abilities: Serene Grace, Marvel Scale (Hidden)
HP: 113
Atk: 53
Def: 71
SpA: 89
SpD: 131
Spe: 43
BST: 500
Notable Moves: Moonblast, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Roost, Defog, Aromatherapy, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Wish, Healing Wish, Psychic, Psyshock, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Energy Ball
Design: Pixagon resembles a Snake, it has a small aureole on top of its head, as well a small horn too. This Pokémon also has huge golden wings. Its body is a gradient that starts with a light blue on its head and ends with a deep purple on its tail.
Flavor Text 1: Pixagon can be seen flying high in the sky, those Pokemon are said to protect other Dragon Types from danger and will try to stop a fight beetween two Dragon types at any cost.
Flavor Text 2: This Pokemon is part of Harmo's folclore and is said to protect obedient kids from nightmares and fears.
Competitive Analysis: Pixagon is very tough to breakthrough, it has massive HP and SpD stats, and a reasonable Defense too, after its HP is factored in, Base 89 SpA doesn't leave it completely without Defensive presence and access to Roost, Defog and Healing Wish makes Pixagon shine even more as a Special Wall. Marvel Scale is generally the prefered ability as it lets Pixagon buff its average Defense to insane levels, at the cost of being inflicted with a status aliment.

Oh, I guess I read it wrong :/ my bad.

Yea, I have a nickname in mind for me, since my shortened name in many games is "Rass," I was thinking of having that as my gym leader's actual name.

Wait, we are having two versions of the game? I thought we were just going to make one :P

I've been known to fuck up massively when saying something, don't worry.

My Gym Leader was never even supposed to be me - I support this totally. Not sure what to call the Ice leader, though.
Thats why I said possible version exclusives, i didnt know if it would be one version or two.. They can just be counterparts then, idk :P
I mean, not two versions of the metagame, but of "in-game", wouldn't there be?

Info about my gym:

Type: Dragon
TM: 107 - Dragon Pulse
Badge: Ascending Badge
Battle Format: Single
Gym Leader Flavor: The original gym owner, a famous Guru in whatever City the Gym is located in, passed away, his grandson, Matthew (The English Counterpart to my name) has the duty to keep the gym. However, Matt is only a few years older than the player and is extremely worried if he'll be able to maintain the gym or if it'll have to be closen down. When the player fist arrives in the City, Matt is actually doing battling the League, and he needs to showcase his Pokemon in a tournament-ish thing (similar to the Animé) and needs at least a Quarter Final finish for the E4 to allow him to take care of IDK City's Gym. The player then returns to the City, after obtaining its 5th Gym Badge, and gets warned Matthew lost in the Finals, but still managed to keep his Gym, which is now open for challenges. Matthew isn't particularly a Dragon Specialist, but to maintain his Grandfather's tradition he only uses Dragon Pokémon on his gym. After being able to ensure he got to keep his Gym, he looks like a very confident character and looks very happy and joyful.
Gym Theme: The gym is based on a Dragon Graveyard/Museum and the player needs to pass a maze of Dragon Bones to get to face the Gym Leader

What do you mean with two versions of the metagame? Originally I wanted Pixagon to be in one game and Dreaper in the other, now that I know there'll be only one version, they can just be counterparts, like Golem and Machamp or Gourgeist and Trevenant, for example, similar BSTs and similar evolution methods, and can both be obtained in the same game
maybe have it where if you choose 1 "Version Exclusive", all pokemon from the opposite side are banned?

I did already post my Gym team here, right? I know it's probably a bit too high-leveled for a 3rd gym, but I figured there'd likely be plot (villain team confrontation and the like) between the 2nd and 3rd gyms, and I also kinda needed at least level 30 for level-up learnset purposes (Marikaiser learns Encore at level 30). Really Marikaiser probably shouldn't have Overheat either because level-up, but it's a TM anyway so eh.

Seems pretty pointless imo. It's not like that's a thing people worry about in actual competitive, since trading exists.
