Maxim is leaving Normal Gym. Given he's suffered more than enough in it, he gets to maintain his badge.

Maxim will stop accepting challengers... presumably once qualifiers are starting? Details will be figured out at some point down the line.

Qualifier will probably be *after* the Grass/Ground/Fire quals. Probably.

I am honestly more interested in this than fire quals, but I'll play through that first.
