Good luck!

Pokemon Sprite/Name: Groudon
Z-Crystal Name: Groudonium Z
Z-Move Type: Ground
Z-Move Name: Hot Rock Avalanche
Z-Move Power: 210
Required Move: Precipice Blades
Z-Move Description: Groudon roars, causing hot meteors to fall from the sky, splitting up upon entering the Earth's atmosphere into several sharp blades of stone full of magma before crashing into the opponent and the area around them, turning into Stealth Rocks but maintaining their heat.
Z-Move Effect: Sets Stealth Rock and burns the next opponent to come in. Increases Groudon's Speed.

Is Primal Groudon too boring for you? Is your team hyper offensive? Are you just looking for a god damn lead that isn't some kind of Deoxys? I present to you, suicide lead Groudon! It sets rocks, inflicts instant status on whatever tries to wall it and applies huge offensive pressure with its boosted speed, as well as becoming a pain to revenge kill.

Pokemon Sprite/Name: Torkoal
Z-Crystal Name: Torkoalium Z
Z-Move Type: Normal
Z-Move Name: Shellsteam Explosion
Z-Move Power: -
Required Move: Shell Smash
Z-Move Description: Torkoal twists its neck while the elements inside its shell build up pressure while performing nuclear fusion. Its shell suddenly turns bright red and energy erupts out of it, filling Torkoal with volcanic power.
Z-Move Effect: Increases Torkoal's Attack and Special Attack by two stages each, increases Torkoal's Speed by twelve stages.

Torkoal is usually a bulky sun tank. This Z-Move gives Torkoal a completely different role, allowing it to function as a nuke of a sweeper that's hard to revenge kill. More versatility can only be a good thing.

Pokemon Name: Torkoal
Z-Crystal Name: Torkoalium Z
Z-Move Type: Fire
Z-Move Name: Flaming Hot Front
Z-Move Power: 155

Here's the new and improved Sun-setter Groudon. Although a one-time use, Desolate Wasteland is a gift to all types weak to water, letting a teammate sweep and/or walllbreak with more ease.

Pokemon Sprite/Name: Groudon
Z-Crystal Name: Groudonium-Z
Z-Move Name: Volcanic Apocalypse
Z-Move Type: Ground
Z-Move Power: 180
Required Move: Earthquake
Z-Move Description: Groudon opens up the ground with its power and makes a giant volcano appear and several small ones spitting lava everywhere on the field and creating devastating earthquakes that highly damage the other pokemons on the field.
Z-Move Effect: This z move inflicts Ground type damage to the targets (including teammates) and have a 70% chance of burning them. It also sets up a special field effect called Sea of Lava that hurts the foes (but also teammates in doubles), taking 1/8 of their HP upon switching in regardless of their typing (Fire types and Groudon are unaffected). The sea lava also lowers Speed of grounded Pokemon by one stage upon switching in (Fire types and Groudon also unaffected). The effect last 5 turns and diseappear afterwards.

Pokemon Sprite/Name:

Z-Move Name: Prophetical Curse

Z-Crystal Name:
Ninetalium-Z
Z-Move Type: Grass
Z-Move Power: 210
Required Move:
Solar Beam
Category: Special
Z-Move Name: Nature's Blessing
Z-Move Description:
Ninetales' tails glow green and surrounds itself in a green aura, suddenly the battlefield is surrounded in harsh sunlight, and then Ninetails fires a beam from its whole body at the foe... causing an explosion.
Z-Move Effect: Changes Ninetails into a Grass-type, gains +1 Special Attack, and activates Harsh Sunlight (Desolate Land) before it launches its attack, always causing burn on the foe.
Explanation: (Remember Ninetails only has base 81 Special Attack, so +1 Special Attack helps make up for it's low base stat, and it's lack of Life Orb. Also it's lack of a decent Defense and it's Fire typing justifies a Burn status). By turning into Grass-type, it loses its Ground-type, and Water-type weaknesses, while being neutral to Ice, Bug, and Fire Attacks. Overall, Fire/Grass is a very balanced dual typing.

Pokemon Sprite/Name: Torkoal
Z-Crystal Name: Torkoalium-Z
Z-Move Name: Pyrotechnics
Z-Move Type:
Fire
Z-Move Power: 180
Required Move: Heatwave
Z-Move Description:
Torkoal lights up the battlefield with a huge Heatwave inflicting damage to the opponent. Immediately afterwards, it closes its eyes and begins drawing upon energy from other Fire-types and Grass-types on the team. Torkoal's size grows based on how much energy it has collected.
Category:
Special
Z-Move Effect:
Torkoal deals damage. Afterwards it gains +1 to each stat for each other Fire-type or Grass-type on its team without a status condition, and not fainted. -1 Priority. Fails if you have no other Fire-types or Grass-types on your team- similar checks on teammates to Beat Up.
Explanations: This maximizes your synchronicity with other Fire-types or Grass-types you have on your team due to Drought, while also making a weak Pokemon as strong as it needs to be.

Rayquaza? I don't think that this is Ninetales, Torkoal or Groudon. Please make a submission for the correct Pokemon.
