Pokemon: Noivern
New typing: Fighting/Dark
New abilities: Prankster / Moxie / Intimidate (HA)
New stats: 70 (-10) / 120 ([Swap] +23) / 70 (-10) / 70 ([Swap]) / 70 (-10)/ 130 (+7) (Net Change: +0)
New/removed moves: - Moonlight, - Absorb, - Gust, - Wing Attack, - Agility, - Air Cutter, - Roost, - Razor Wind, - Tailwind, - Whirlwind, - Air Slash, - Hurricane, - Solar Beam, - Psychic, - Shadow Ball, - Fly, - Dream Eater, - Outrage, - Tailwind, - Draco Meteor, - Dragon Pulse, - Heat Wave, - Sky Attack, - Water Pulse, + Karate Chop, + Knock Off, + Crunch, + Psychic Fangs, + Happy Hour, + High Jump Kick, + Parting Shot, + Copycat, + Spikes, + Megahorn, + Horn Attack, + Peck, + Horn Drill, + Smart Strike, + Drill Run, + Slack Off, + Metal Sound, + Chatter, + Clanging Scales, + Sing, + Roar, + Perish Song, + Horn Leech, + Entrainment (Net Change: +0)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Noivern is large and pudgy, standing roughly 1.9m tall and weighing approximately 108kg. Its fur is a bright neon/lime green, and it adorns its pelt with the skulls of its prey. It has a thin double-ridge of bone on its snout that reaches from one brow to the other, and from the base of this ridge and back down Alolan Noivern's spine there is a large crest of rigid hair. Alolan Noivern has large claws on its hands and feet, and it has two large horns akin to those of an ox location at its temples. Alolan Noivern shed their horns once per year, growing a new pair after a month, and lose claw casings twice yearly. Alolan Noivern is incapable of flight due to its large stature, but it is capable of gliding, and has a semi-transparent black second eyelid over its eye sockets which it closes while midair to block out excess wind. Alolan Noivern love music, and they are constantly emitting sounds akin to classic rock from their ears; while this tune is normally rather quiet, when Alolan Noivern become excited the music increases to a near-deafening level. They wear a large, open mouth smile on their face while listening to their favorite music, and their large tongues absentmindedly lolls out of one corner of their mouths. Alolan Noivern's large tail acts as a metronome, and it waves it back and forth to keep time with any tune. Alolan Noivern mark their territory by carving rocks with their large claws, sometimes, and unintentionally, resulting in beautiful murals across the area. Alolan Noivern are dull but incredibly crafty, and they can imitate any sound they hear. They use this ability to lure prey into their reach; the last thing that smaller Pokemon that enter an Alolan Noivern's territory hear is an abrupt and terrifying shift to rock-n-roll music. Alolan Noivern also use their ingenuity to escape danger; they can sense the perfect time to leave any confrontation, be it social or dangerous in nature, and do so while crudely imitating human speak. Alolan Noivern acts in a manner that would be considered very immature and arrogant for a person, and this is demonstrated the clearest by the manner it decorates its dwelling. Alolan Noivern adores making objects in its own image, and the lair of an elder member of its species will feature countless rocks, skeletons, egg shells, and other random on trinkets and knickknacks dropped by tourists, all adorned with previous years' horns, arranged so the objects appear to have grown the protrusions themselves.
Concept: Alolan Noivern is based off of 70's punk, fashion, and musical trends.
Competitive Corner: Alolan Noivern is a fast and strong physical attacker that has middling bulk. It has immediate value as a lead due to its vast support movepool and aforementioned offensive stats, and can also be used as an effective pivot or revenge killer thanks to its stellar abilities. Alolan Noivern can also be used as a bulky pivot thanks to Intimidate, and can utilize this bulk to support the team with Spikes or set a boost or two to attempt a sweep. Overall, Alolan Noivern has many enticing attributes about it which makes it seem very strong, but it is balanced by its low-powered coverage options, middling bulk without Intimidate, lack of reliable options to boost its stats, and weakness to common (priority) attacking types.

No joke, I'd use that Tangela/Tangrowth in game. So damn cool. (Especially with that typing)

Pokemon: Hoothoot
Type: Steel
Ability: Magic Bounce/Clear Body/Analytic (HA)
Stats: 60/36/50/30/56/30
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Uproar/Extrasensory/Confusion/Synchronoise/Air Slash/Fly/Moonblast/Echoed Voice/Sky Attack/Wing Attack/Agility/Endure/Pluck/Swift/Ominous Wind/Mud-Slap/Twister/Captivate/Natural Gift
Added: Shift Gear/Metal Claw/Anchor Shot/Magnet Bomb/Metal Sound/Iron Defense/Screech/Flash Cannon/Bullet Punch/Autotomize/Doom Desire/Iron Head/Smart Strike/Metal Burst/King's Shield/Gear Grind/Mirror Shot/Magnet Rise/Volt Switch
Flavor/Design: Going more with the clockwork design it already has, its very mechanized. Silver body, eyes that flash when it dies etc. A bit of a extra is that if it faints it brings up a "bird" from its newly found tongue.

Evolves when you have a Poison-type in your party and it is level 25 or higher. (Kind of a like Pangoro situation)

Pokemon: Noctowl
Type: Steel/Poison
Ability: Magic Bounce/Corrosion/Analytic (HA)
Stats:100/86/70/50/96/50
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Uproar/Extrasensory/Confusion/Synchronoise/Air Slash/Fly/Moonblast/Echoed Voice/Sky Attack/Wing Attack/Agility/Endure/Pluck/Swift/Ominous Wind/Mud-Slap/Twister/Captivate/Natural Gift/Hyper Voice
Added: Shift Gear/Metal Claw/Anchor Shot/Magnet Bomb/Metal Sound/Iron Defense/Screech/Flash Cannon/Bullet Punch/Autotomize/Doom Desire/Iron Head/Smart Strike/Metal Burst/King's Shield/Gear Grind/Mirror Shot/Volt Switch/Gunk Shot/Magnet Rise
Flavor/Design: It now resembles a grandfather clock. Its a bit bulkier now and the mechanized features of Hoothoot still remain. Its eyes, unlike regular Noctowl, keep on the clock aesthetic. However, they are now purple instead of red like Hoothoot.
Competitive: Corrosion + a moveset of Anchor Shot/Toxic/Roost/Filler allows it to wear down most threats easily. Can take advantage of its Ground weakness with Magnet Rise. Analytic can see use on Shift Gear sets despite the speed boost. Magic Bounce has use on defense sets. Typing isn't the best offensively though.

Pokemon: Gligar
Type: Ground/Poison
Ability: Flash Fire/Berserk/Flare Boost (HA)
Stats: 70/35/95/75/70/85
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Bug Bite, X-Scissor, Fury Cutter, Dream Eater, Tailwind, Struggle Bug, Razor Wind, Metal Claw, Wing Attack, Sky Uppercut, Power Trick
Added: Sludge Wave, Flamethrower, Overheat, Venom Drench, Fire Blast, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Acid Spray, Lava Plume, Power Gem
Flavor/Design: Its body is now covered with a flammable poison (that is light purple). Poison drips over during its stance. Once its on fire, its stated to go on a rampage rather quickly.

Same evolution method as the original Gligar.

Pokemon: Gliscor
Type: Ground/Poison
Ability: Flash Fire/Berserk/Flare Boost (HA)
Stats: 80/45/115/95/80/95
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Bug Bite, X-Scissor, Fury Cutter, Dream Eater, Tailwind, Struggle Bug, Razor Wind, Metal Claw, Wing Attack, Sky Uppercut, Power Trick
Added: Sludge Wave, Flamethrower, Overheat, Venom Drench, Fire Blast, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Acid Spray, Lava Plume, Power Gem
Flavor/Design: Its body is now covered with a flammable poison (that is dark purple). Poison drips over during its stance. Once its on fire, it gains immense power.
Competitive: I wanted a Pokemon that could utilize both Berserk and Flare Boost effectively. The current users of these abilities are either too slow or too frail to make effective use of them. Not so with this bad boy. Coupled with surprisingly effective speed, and decent bulk for a sweeper, it does its job pretty decently. Flash Fire sets can also be quite decent, being able to switch it something like Heatran and effectively stall it out. The added weakness to Earthquake and Tapu Lele's Psychic kind of sucks, but on the other hand, HP Ice won't deal quite as much damage to you now!

Pokemon: Pidgey
Type: Ground/Ghost
Ability: Cursed Body/Overcoat/Serene Grace (HA)
Stats: 40/40/40/45/35/51
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Gust, Whirlwind, Twister, Wing Attack, Tailwind, Air Slash, Hurricane, Fly, U-Turn, Air Cutter, Uproar, Sky Attack, Bide, Reflect
Added: Astonish, Mud Shot, Hex, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Earthquake, Destiny Bond, Bone Club, Bone Rush, Bonemerang, Shadow Bone, Will-O-Wisp, Close Combat, Focus Blast
Flavor/Design: Its now wrapped in cloth, with its feathers turning brown all over. In graveyards in Alola, it buries bones of those who are dead. They fight with Sandyghast over bones.

Pokemon: Pidgeotto
Type: Ground/Ghost
Ability: Cursed Body/Overcoat/Serene Grace (HA)
Stats: 63/60/55/60/50/61
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Gust, Whirlwind, Twister, Wing Attack, Tailwind, Air Slash, Hurricane, Fly, U-Turn, Air Cutter, Uproar, Sky Attack, Bide, Reflect
Added: Astonish, Mud Shot, Hex, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Earthquake, Destiny Bond, Bone Club, Bone Rush, Bonemerang, Shadow Bone, Will-O-Wisp, Close Combat, Focus Blast
Flavor/Design: Its now wrapped in cloth, with its feathers turning brown all over. In graveyards in Alola, it cleans bones of those who are dead. They fight with Sandyghast over bones.

Pokemon: Pidgeot
Type: Ground/Ghost
Ability: Cursed Body/Overcoat/Serene Grace (HA)
Stats: 80/80/75/83/70/91
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Gust, Whirlwind, Twister, Wing Attack, Tailwind, Air Slash, Hurricane, Fly, U-Turn, Air Cutter, Uproar, Sky Attack, Bide, Reflect
Added: Astonish, Mud Shot, Hex, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Earthquake, Destiny Bond, Bone Club, Bone Rush, Bonemerang, Shadow Bone, Will-O-Wisp, Close Combat, Focus Blast
Flavor/Design: Its now wrapped in cloth, with its feathers turning brown all over. In Alola, it gathers bones of those who are dead to take to its children. They fight with Pallosand over bones.
Competitive: No one uses regular Pidgeot due to it being severely outclassed by other Flying-types, but Alolan Pidgeot here has good coverage and 2 very interesting abilities in Overcoat and Serene Grace. Only works in like NU or PU but is decent there.

Pokemon: Mega Pidgeot
Type: Ground/Ghost
Ability: Adaptability
Stats: 80/120/80/120/80/51
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Gust, Whirlwind, Twister, Wing Attack, Tailwind, Air Slash, Hurricane, Fly, U-Turn, Air Cutter, Uproar, Sky Attack, Bide, Reflect
Added: Astonish, Mud Shot, Hex, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Earthquake, Destiny Bond, Bone Club, Bone Rush, Bonemerang, Shadow Bone, Will-O-Wisp, Close Combat, Focus Blast
Flavor/Design: Its now wrapped in cloth, with its feathers turning brown all over. Its mega gains a sort of coffin like shell, making it slightly bulkier but far slower.
Competitive: 80/80/80 isn't terrible defenses. Its extremely strong, and with a great physical and special movepool to both work with, it can run a Physical set with Roost/WoW, or a Special set with Roost/WoW. Its very very slow though, but if it can safely get in, something dies.

Pokemon: Starly
Type: Ground/Fighting
Ability: Thick Fat/Scrappy (HA)
Stats: 60/60/30/25/30/40
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Wing Attack, Whirlwind, Fly, U-Turn, Astonish, Heat Wave, Swift, Air Cutter, Twister
Added: Storm Throw, Low Kick, Hi Jump Kick, Earthquake, Circle Throw, Mach Punch, Ice Punch, Stone Edge, Drain Punch
Design/Flavor: Quite hefty to the point of lacking flight. Hair forms to the point where only one of Starly's eyes is seen on its face. Tailfeather is somewhat fist shape. Sandy coloring. It shakes its body to blow off dust and fog. Its able to eat bones, which get it into conflicts with Alolan Pidgey.

Pokemon: Staravia
Type: Ground/Fighting
Ability: Thick Fat/Scrappy (HA)
Stats: 80/80/50/35/40/55
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Wing Attack, Whirlwind, Fly, U-Turn, Astonish, Heat Wave, Swift, Air Cutter, Twister
Added: Storm Throw, Low Kick, Hi Jump Kick, Earthquake, Circle Throw, Mach Punch, Ice Punch, Stone Edge, Drain Punch
Design/Flavor: Quite hefty to the point of lacking flight. Hair forms to the point where only one of Staravia's eyes is seen on its face. Tailfeather is somewhat fist shape. Sandy coloring. It shakes its body to blow off dust and fog. Its able to eat bones, which get it into conflicts with Alolan Pidgeotto.

Pokemon: Staraptor
Type: Ground/Fighting
Ability: Thick Fat/Scrappy (HA)
Stats: 100/125/70/45/60/85
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Wing Attack, Whirlwind, Fly, U-Turn, Astonish, Heat Wave, Swift, Air Cutter, Twister
Added: Bulk Up, Low Kick, Hi Jump Kick, Earthquake, Circle Throw, Mach Punch, Ice Punch, Stone Edge, Drain Punch
Design/Flavor: Quite hefty to the point of lacking flight. Hair forms to the point where only one of Staraptor's eyes is seen on its face. Tailfeather is somewhat fist shape. Sandy coloring. It shakes its body to blow off dust and fog. Its able to eat bones, which get it into conflicts with Alolan Pidgeot.
Competitive: Bulky attacker. One advantage over its Fighting-type companions are its ability to hit Poison-types very well, as well as Scrappy High Jump Kicks. (That don't require a Mega Stone) Six weaknesses though, and all to common types (unless you opt for Thick Fat), but it can usually take care of the lot of these via its very strong attacks.

Pokemon: Noibat
Type: Normal/Flying
Ability: Fluffy/Infiltrator/Harvest (HA)
Stats: 40/5/40/70/40/50
Movepool Changes:
Removed: X-Scissor, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Bite, Water Pulse
Added: Boomburst, Destiny Bond, Giga Drain, Final Gambit, Parting Shot, Memento
Flavor/Design: A brown furred version of the original. At night, it gathers berries.

Pokemon: Noivern
Type: Normal/Ghost
Ability: Levitate/Infiltrator/Harvest (HA)
Stats: 85/70/80/100/80/120
Movepool Changes:
Removed: X-Scissor, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Bite, Water Pulse
Added: Flash Cannon, Destiny Bond, Giga Drain, Final Gambit, Parting Shot, Memento
Flavor/Design: Body has a painting that resembles a mock version of Alolan Crobat. It uses this disguise to fool potential predators, and lure prey that feast on Alolan Crobat, such as Fairy types. The rest of the body is pitch black. (with a brownish coloring of its purple "under wing") Speaker ears are bigger. At night, it gathers berries and feeds it to its children.
Competitive: Boomburst + Shadow Ball + Flamethrower nets it perfect coverage. Is very strong, with only 1 weakness. Very fast too. That said though, many things can outspeed and kill it, so I'd say its balanced.

As Alola's caves did not support the needs of Noibat, they have became nocturnal bugs. In this new form, they can be seen similar to fireflies in that Alolan Noibat glow as they go around. This can be a bad thing sometimes, as it's hard to hunt for Pokemon due to the light. It's appearance is green bioluminescence covering the darker purple parts and pink bioluminescence covering the lighter purple.

Similar to Alolan Noibat, Noivern also live in forests and are only active at night. These species are easy to find, due to biolumecense covering it's entire body. The light comes in many colors including, orange, yellow, green, cyan, and pink. This color is determined by the personality value. It's appearance, as mentioned earlier, is a body completely covered with one of the aforementioned colors in a bioluminescence way.

Pokemon: Starly
New typing: Fighting/Normal
New abilities: Keen Eye (Justified)
New stats: 40/55/45(+15)/30/45(+13)/30(-30)
New/removed moves: Removed: Wing Attack, Aerial Ace, Brave Bird, Roost, Fly, Defog, Air Cutter, Feather Dance, Pluck, Tailwind(-10)
Added: Low Kick, Jump Kick, Rolling Kick, Triple Kick, Submission, Low Sweep, Knock Off, Bulk Up (+8)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Starly has a strong sense of justice, even if it is too weak to enforce it on its own. Its body is now a much lighter gray, and it is less round. Its wings are now much sharper, and they are no good for flight.

Evolution method: Level up with a fainted Pokemon in the party

Pokemon: Staravia
New typing: Fighting/Dark
New abilities: Moxie (Defiant)
New stats: 55/75/40(-10)/40/30(-10)/100(+20)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Wing Attack, Aerial Ace, Brave Bird, Roost, Fly, Defog, Air Cutter, Feather Dance, Pluck, Tailwind(-10)
Added: Low Kick, Jump Kick, Rolling Kick, Triple Kick, Submission, Low Sweep, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Night Slash, Sucker Punch (+10)
Flavor/Design: Somehow, Alolan Staravia strayed away from the path of righteousness, becoming what it had tried to stop as a Starly. It has a violent disposition, and will try to attack anything and everything in sight. It is also extremely arrogant, and will often target nearby creatures after its initial target has been taken down, all just for the sake of showing of its combat prowess. Nobody knows what caused it to become so vicious, and it generally stays far away from human society. Alolan Staravia is all black, with a light gray face and beak. Its body is notably rougher, with feathers poking out at random angles.

Evolution method: Maximum happiness

Pokemon: Staraptor
New typing: Fighting/Dark
New abilities: Moxie (Justified)
New stats: 65(-20)/120/70/50/60/120(+20)
New/removed moves:
Removed: Wing Attack, Aerial Ace, Brave Bird, Roost, Fly, Defog, Air Cutter, Feather Dance, Pluck, Tailwind(-10)
Added: Low Kick, Jump Kick, Rolling Kick, Triple Kick, Submission, Low Sweep, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Night Slash, Sucker Punch (+10)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Staraptor is significantly less violent than its pre-evolved form, but is still ruthless in combat. However, it tends to avoid combat, usually flying away when provoked, unless pursued. However, it hasn't quite gotten over its arrogant streak, and gets quite carried away on the rare occasion it gets into a fight. Alolan Staraptor is black with white feathers on its stomach and insides of its wings. Its wings are much larger than regular Staraptor's, and its "hair" is much longer and rougher.

Pokemon: Pidgey
New typing: Steel / Flying
New abilities: Clear Body / Telepathy / Thick Fat (Hidden)
New stats: 30 (-10) / 45 / 50 (+10) / 45 (+10) / 45 (+10) / 36 (-20)
New/removed moves:
Removed Moves (7): Sand Attack, Tailwind, Feather Dance, Twister, Mirror Move, Air Slash, Mud-Slap
New Moves (7): Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Iron Defense, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Ice Beam
Design: Alolan Pidgey is robotic in appearance, but possesses the same general aesthetics as its Kantonian counterpart. Alolan Pidgey's crest and tail feathers are red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, pink, white, or black, depending on the individual.
Flavor: Alolan Pidgey are synthetic in nature, created in laboratories from a mechanical body and DNA taken from Kantonian Pidgey. A relatively new species, first appearing only months ago, their origin is shrouded in secrecy; some claim them to be experiments by the Aether Foundation designed to protect endangered Pokemon, while others opine that Alolan Pidgey were concocted by a mad genius who was obsessed with the Ultra Wormhole, but their true creator is most likely the person responsible for Porygon. Measured and logical in every action, Alolan Pidgey nevertheless possess organic brains and free will, making them a technological miracle inexplicably able to reproduce with others of its species. They instinctively form flocks of no more than nine and use flawless teamwork and their in-built, plasma-based weaponry to rescue imperiled Pokemon; a captured Alolan Pidgey demonstrates a similar level of devotion to its trainer, whom it treats as a ward. Three were once reported to have cruised over a suburban area following a domestic commotion.

Design: Alolan Pidgeotto is robotic in appearance, but possesses the same general aesthetics as its Kantonian counterpart. Alolan Pidgeotto's crest and tail feathers are red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, pink, white, or black, depending on the individual.
Flavor: Alolan Pidgeotto are distinguished among their evolutionary line, often leading units composed of eight or fewer Alolan Pidgey. Their technology has evolved to the point where an Alolan Pidgeotto is able to accurately detect and disrupt hostility at a range of 50m. Upon encountering others of their species, Alolan Pidgeotto engage in friendly competitions to hone their skills, ensuring that the Pokemon are in prime condition for defending others.

Pokemon: Pidgeot
New typing: Steel / Fire
New abilities: Levitate / Telepathy / Thick Fat (Hidden)
New stats: 83 / 90 (+10) / 80 (+5) / 80 (+10) / 75 (+5) / 71 (-30)
New/removed moves:
Removed Moves (7): Sand Attack, Tailwind, Feather Dance, Twister, Mirror Move, Air Slash, Mud-Slap
New Moves (14): Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Magnet Bomb, Iron Defense, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Ice Beam, Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Psychic, Psycho Boost, Prismatic Lasers
Design: Alolan Pidgeot is a fairly large Pokemon, at 2.25m in length, 110.15kg in weight, and 5m in wingspan. Its robotic body is composed of white metal accented by red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, pink, white, or black markings, with a matching crest and set of tail feathers; the exact color varies by individual. Its forehead bears a pair of white, "v"-shaped horns, joined at the center by a spherical notch.
Flavor: Stoic guardians of their inhabited regions, Alolan Pidgeot are renowned for the unrelenting vigilances they hold, gazing toward the sky in anticipation of a potential threat. Alolan Pidgeot are usually seen guiding no more than eight Alolan Pidgeotto, which the more-evolved species constantly subject to rigorous training regimens to bolster their combat skills. Because Alolan Pidgeot are armed with razor sharp talons and an arsenal of plasma-based and ballistic weaponry, and are capable of reading the minds of their evolutionary line and of their close allies, their trainers must pay careful attention to their own body language and thoughts, as the slightest sign of fear or anger can activate Alolan Pidgeot's protection program.
Although most are unlikely to see it completed, all Alolan Pidgeot possess the same set of ulterior programming—if the Ultra Wormhole opens within sight of an Alolan Pidgeot, the Pokemon transmits a special signal that summons up to eight Alolan Pidgeot; if an Ultra Beast emerges from the portal, all nine Alolan Pidgeot immediately take wing and fight until the creature is driven back to its place of origin. Because their bodies are insulated against the harmful effects of a vacuum, Alolan Pidgeot excel at driving invaders away from the world, pursuing them into space if necessary.

Pokemon: Mega Pidgeot
New typing: Psychic / Fire
New abilities: Magic Guard
New stats: 83 / 147 (+57) / 53 (-24) / 127 (+47) / 48 (-24) / 117 (+46)
Design: Although sophisticated in construction and appearing to be clad in supremely intimidating armor, Alolan Pidgeot's futuristic, robotic body is an artistic catastrophe; most of its form is white, but it has blue markings on its torso, red markings on its head and crest, yellow markings on its left leg, green markings on its right leg, white and orange markings on its left wing, black and purple markings on its right wing, and pink markings on its tail feathers. A Mega Evolution of implausible size when compared to its base form (reaching 6.75 m in length, 991.35kg in weight, and 10m in wingspan), closer inspection reveals Mega Alolan Pidgeot to be an aggregate of nine Alolan Pidgeot, somehow combined to form the Mega Evolution. Alolan Pidgeot's forehead is adorned by a wide, white "w"-shaped set of horns; the central prong sprouts from the base of a Mega Stone and is decorated with undulating streaks of every primary and secondary color, along with pink, white, and black.
Flavor: Despite their fearsome weaponry and perfect coordination, there are some threats that are simply too powerful, even for nine Alolan Pidgeot. In such a desperate situation, the group's failsafe program activates and causes the Pokemon to unite around a given point in space, where they are engulfed in a column of blinding light; when the illumination dims, the Alolan Pidgeot are seen to have combined into a Mega Alolan Pidgeot, an entity of immeasurable power. As a collective, Alolan Mega Pidgeot operates with nine times the processing speed and mental ability as its base form and can reactively detach portions of its form or rearrange its bodily composition in response to an attack, granting it unmatched durability. Mega Alolan Pidgeot is specifically designed to enter the Ultra Wormhole and battle Ultra Beasts in their own realm, using its impossible speed, power, and regenerative abilities to conduct battles that no other Pokemon can win.

Pokemon: Gligar
New typing: Fairy / Electric
New abilities: Triage / Speed Boost / Unnerve (Hidden)
New stats: 35 (-30) / 35 (Swap) / 85 (-20) / 75 (Swap) / 85 (+20) / 115 (+30)
New/removed moves:
Removed Moves (16): Sand Attack, Earthquake, Sandstorm, Rock Tomb, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Razor Wind, Sand Tomb, Rock Climb, Dig, Struggle Bug, Bug Bite, Earth Power, Stealth Rock
New Moves (16): Thundershock, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Eerie Impulse, Charge Beam, Play Nice, Disarming Voice, Fairy Wind, Play Rough, Rain Dance, Perish Song, Heal Pulse, Metal Sound, Draining Kiss, Parabolic Charge
Design: Alolan Gligar is dull gray with glowing, yellow wing membranes. Its arms and legs end in mammalian hands and feet, each bearing three claws, rather than pincers, and its long, whiplike tail ends in a sharp triangle. Alolan Gligar's long, serrated fangs occasionally drip a viscous, red liquid.
Flavor: Usually dwelling reclusively in the deepest caverns of Alola, Alolan Gligar are a bizarre species that emerges every night to hunt; because it can detect electrical impulses generated by movement, it is nigh impossible for prey to evade an Alolan Gligar. Although generally sluggish and methodical, an Alolan Gligar that is caught off-guard in its subterranean home will accelerate to speeds over 150km/h in order to flee. Despite their threatening appearances, Alolan Gligar are kind-hearted and tend to any fellow Pokemon they find in a state of suffering; if it encounters a distressed Electric-type, Alolan Gligar transfers electricity from its body into that of its new acquaintance as a remedy. Alolan Gligar are voracious Pokemon, and must consume enough protein as found an entire meatloaf each day.

Evolves with a Thunderstone

Pokemon: Gliscor
New typing: Fairy / Electric
New abilities: Triage / Contrary / Intimidate (Hidden)
New stats: 65 (-10) / 45 (Swap) / 115 (-10) / 125 (Swap / +30) / 65 (+10) / 75 (-20)
New/removed moves:
Removed Moves (16): Sand Attack, Earthquake, Sandstorm, Rock Tomb, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Razor Wind, Sand Tomb, Rock Climb, Dig, Struggle Bug, Bug Bite, Earth Power, Stealth Rock
New Moves (16): Thundershock, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Eerie Impulse, Charge Beam, Play Nice, Disarming Voice, Fairy Wind, Play Rough, Rain Dance, Perish Song, Heal Pulse, Metal Sound, Draining Kiss, Parabolic Charge
Design: Alolan Gliscor is much smaller than Sinnohan Gliscor, measuring 165cm in height and 28kg in weight. Its body is silver and covered in luminescent, yellow markings that resemble chains, and its wing membranes are identical to those of its pre-evolution. Alolan Gliscor's limbs are similar to Alolan Gligar's, but have four digits instead of three. Four conical depressions, each with a channel in its center, are present in its chest. Alolan Gliscor's tail ends in a long, narrow, sharp barb with yellow, glowing bands, and its serrated fangs have a similar appearance.
Flavor: Having left their cavernous homes, Alolan Gliscor can now be found in the heart of the most populous Alolan cities, where they nestle in abandoned alleyways and buildings. If threatened, it attempts to resolve the situation in a nonviolent manner either by scaring off its foe or by fleeing, but, when left with no other options, Alolan Gliscor will release tens of thousands of volts of electricity into its assailant's body. By expelling air through its chest, Alolan Gliscor can produce sounds that mimic music that is high in bass, making it a prime companion for music lovers. Although peaceful at heart, Alolan Gliscor are incredibly controversial Pokemon, as their unusual mannerisms and behaviors are frequently interpreted as a glorification of drugs and crime. Furthermore, due to their deceptively ferocious appearances, Alolan Gliscor are often attacked on sight by roving packs of Granbull, forcing the Electric-types to hide during the day.

Here's a "bonus" Hoothoot. :p

Pokemon: Hoothoot
New typing: Steel / Ghost
New abilities: Illuminate / Solar Power / Telepathy (Hidden)
New stats: 86 (+26) / 1 (-29) / 1 (-29) / 60 (+24) / 36 (-20) / 78 (+28)
New/removed moves:
Removed Moves (14): Peck, Air Slash, Aerial Ace, Fly, Wing Attack, Sky Attack, Defog, Tailwind, Pluck, Air Cutter, Roost, Silver Wind, Mud-Slap, Twister
New Moves (8): Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Shadow Claw, Phantom Force, Cosmic Power, Morning Sun, Moonlight, Teleport
Design: Alolan Hoothoot's body is covered in silver, metal plating, rather than feathers. Instead of its Johtonian counterpart's markings, the pattern around the eyes of Alolan Hoothoot, whose color continuously shifts among purple, black, and blue, bear resemblance to certain celestial bodies: its left eye is bordered by a ring of yellow flames, and a white crescent lies over its right. Its talons are crafted from a gold metal.
Flavor: Found at the peak of Mount Lanakila, Alolan Hoothoot are an enigmatic species whose origin is wrapped in mystery. Science has failed to produce a concrete reason behind its regional adaptations, leaving as the most popular theory a set of ancient myths that claim the first Alolan Hoothoot were chosen by avatars of the sun and moon and spirited away to be forged in the heart of the sun, tempered by the light of the moon, and returned to Alola on the night of a solar eclipse. Because its physical body is exceedingly weak (apocryphally due to a composition of "solidified moonbeams"), it avoids confrontation at all costs, teleporting away upon sight of another creature.

Evolves with Moon Stone during the Day

Pokemon: Noctowl
New typing: Steel / Ghost
New abilities: Illuminate / Solar Power / Pure Power (Hidden)
New stats: 126 (+26) / 50 / 20 (-30) / 100 (+14) / 66 (-30) / 90 (+20)
New/removed moves:
Removed Moves (14): Peck, Air Slash, Aerial Ace, Fly, Wing Attack, Sky Attack, Defog, Tailwind, Pluck, Air Cutter, Roost, Silver Wind, Mud-Slap, Twister
New Moves (14): Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Shadow Claw, Phantom Force, Cosmic Power, Morning Sun, Moonlight, Teleport, Solar Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Flare Blitz, Night Daze, Sunsteel Strike, Moongeist Beam
Design: Like its pre-evolution, Alolan Noctowl is clad in silver metal, and six ridges of gold metal flow from the back of its head to its face, where they resemble the radii of a hexagon. Although their anatomies does not require such behavior, Alolan Noctowl keep their heads rotated 180' and stare unceasingly behind themselves. When unfolded, its white, luminescent wings resemble a crescent moon, and Alolan Noctowl's gold and white tail feathers look like a stylized sunburst. It bears glowing markings on its chest that mimic the solar system. Alolan Noctowl has large, deep blue eyes, flecked with innumerable white lights, overlap above its beak and are rimmed by golden metal in the shape of an "infinity" symbol. Its left pupil is pure white and heart-shaped, but is rarely seen, as Alolan Noctowl's pupils continually move about its eyes, and its right pupil, pitch black and set slightly in front of the other, usually obscures its left.
Flavor: An exceedingly rare Pokemon, Alolan Noctowl was regarded by ancient Alolans as a herald of Solgaleo and Lunala. Folklore claims that Alolan Noctowl can observe any moment in the past by looking behind itself; whether or not this is true, studies show that Alolan Noctowl are a lonely and cowardly species prone to bouts of nervousness and terror, keeping their heads turned as a method of shielding themselves from the harsh reality of the world. Its vast eyes are said to be a window into the far reaches of the universe, and emit a soft light; however, if its trainer is in grave danger, Alolan Noctowl returns its head to its proper orientation and rearranges its pupils to reveal its left, which produces a searing, blindingly bright light capable of melting solid ice in under one second. Curiously, approximately once every three months on the night of a full moon, Alolan Noctowl's eyes dull as a mysterious iridescent smog seeps through its joints and flees toward the stars, causing its husk of a body to weaken and fall apart into many pieces. Over the course of the next week, during which period it is thought to commune with its celestial masters, Alolan Noctowl most need their trainers, as their bodies must be intact when the gas returns if the Pokemon is expected to resume its normal level of processing.

Flavor: Gligars wre brought to the Ula'Ula island. They gone to the nearest area, which was the Outer Cape next to Maulie City. The toxines on the ground started to affect most Gligars, which eventually, they all adapted to, becoming that type. The harsh sun in Alola was another main issue, so they became nocturnal creatures at the cost of most of their flight capabilities, now only being able to glide.

Design: Claws and pincers are sharpier. Turns all black with Purple wings (Honestly most cannon Alola-Forms do minor changes + Recollors)

Added/Removed Moves:
Removed: Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Sky Attack, Tailwind, Wing Attack, Bulldoze, Dig, Earth Power, Mud-Slap, Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Sandstorm, Stone Edge (-17)

Added: Gunk Shot, Venom Drench, Coil, Clear Smog, Poison Fang, Poison Gas, Toxic Spikes, Crunch, Pursuit, Foul Play, Punishment, Confuse Ray, Phantom Force, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Moonlight, Glare (+17)

(This was sorta hard to choose because Gliscor already has tons of Poison moves)

Competitive Analysis:
Gligar itself can run a pretty great defensive Eviolite set. For a tank, it has okay-ish attack for an LC (And quite a few ways to boost it), that's also the reason Gliscor has habilities that Gligar doesn't: So Gliscor isn't just the new Blissey. With Eviolite and a very good defensive typing it becomes usable even in higher tiers.

Gliscor is a wall. Has a defensive spread of 85/135/135, but it's not entirely passive either. With a pretty respectable 105 base attack combined with Coil and a powerful STAB in Gunk Shot, It can also be a tanky sweeper. Can poison any Type and also has the option to be imune to it's only weakness.

Flavor: Brought to Alola when still small Pidgeys, they were spread on the other islands. But the presence of other Bird Pokemon made this species have lots of trouble, being hunted by Talonflames, Braviaries, and even Fearows. So, it decided to stay closer to Ice-Type mons to protect themselves, and eventually got that typing. It started training with the Pokémon in the cave, and has a much greater will to battle.

Added/Removed moves:

Added: Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Ice Punch, Blizzard, Ice Shard, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Dynamic Punch, Close Combat, Mach Punch, Revenge, Throat Chop, Night Daze, Earthquake, Earth Power, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Play Rough, Moonblast, Stone Edge, Hyper Voice, Knock Off, Poison Jab (+25)

Competitive Analysis:
Alolan Pidgeot is a pretty good revenge killer. With a pretty high speed tier and usable mixed offenses, as well as diverse movepool (Ice/Fighting/Dark/Ground is by far the best Coverage in the game) make it a good enough offensive mon. Dazzling allows you to not die to priority, Refrigerate Double-Edge hurts. A lot. As does Tough Claws Close Combat. Also, regular Pidgeot gets U-Turn, as does Alolan. Also probably relevant: 252+ Atk Tough Claws Pidgeot Close Combat vs. 4 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 660-776 (102.8 - 120.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Mega is a Glass Cannon. I decided to keep No Guard cause it's a good hability and is fitting for the mon. Combined with Blizzard and Focus Blast, it is amazing. Or can also use Dynamic Punch because why not. Also has Stone Edge, Koff, Equake, Earth Power and Freeze-Dry. Can setup on both sides too (But with that defenses It'll be hard to set-up).

Flavor: It was said they changed due to an iter-dimensional mutation created when a Professor opened a portal and a Noibat was sucked onto the portal. It came out this way, simillar to a creature the Foundation decided to call "Cosmog". It has a weird connection with the Moon
Design
:
Has a cloud thingy around it's ears, blue spots for cheeks and a Yellow Thingy on the middle of it's head (AKA it becomes simillar to Nebby)

Gonna do Noivern in a sec

Speed: 73 (Sp Atk swap -25)
Flavor: Once grown, they become a semi-imbodyment of the Moon. The iter-dimensional creature, Cosmog, was also known to be able of evolution, and it is speculated that Cosmog's female evolution had an influence on Noibat's own evolution.
Design: Take some characteristics from Lunala and add onto Noivern. That's the best way to describe it

Moves:
Removed: Every Flying move except Roost (That's 10), Hyper Voice, all the Physical moves it has other then Retun/Frustation (20)
-31 total

Added: Shadow Ball, Moongeist Beam, Psyshock, Cosmic Power, Calm Mind, Dazzling Gleam, Ice Beam, Light Screen, Reflect, Moonblast, Night Shade, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Hex, Will-O-Wisp, Charge Beam, Confusion, Dream Eater, Hypnosis, Night Daze, Solar Beam, Flash Cannon, Teleport, Splash, Fly, Blizzard, Magic Coat, Aerial Ace, Psych Up, Confuse Ray
+31 total

Competitive Analysis:
It's a nerfed Lunala, with a better typing, more hability options, and wider pool, do I really have to explain how it is competitive? Has a fantastic Sp. Atk stat, with good defensive spread, the only stats that are meh are Attack (Which you won't be using) and Speed. Also turning every number into a Prime while also making at the least 3 identical to Lunala's was harder then I thought tbh. The 3 habilities are Flavor, by the way.

Either way, Multiscale Calm Mind with Roost seems very viable to me. Unaware may be flavor because Cosmog, but is very useful at the same time since offensive Unnaware isn't bad either, and you will also like the Sp. Defs boost to be always there. Beast Boost is another Flavor that can work very well, to boost either Sp. Atk or Sp. Def. All in all, a bulky attacker with great Sp. Atk.

Well, thanks for pointing it out, that's a goodbye to Icicle Spear.

Also, I need to point it out, your Mega Pidgeot breaks one of the rules:

-You may add no more than 100-(Base Stat Total/10 (rounded up)) to a single stat.
For Pidgeot the limit in every stat is 52 (100-479/10(Rouded up to 48) = 52)

Well, I can't say for the whole concil, but normamly we suggest one mon each, and I wouldn't mind a suggestion myself. Then again, that's only me, and if everyone suggests a mon I won't be able to do 'em all in one slate. So in short: You may, but it's no guarantee it will be in the next slate.

That being said, we already have an idea of what we want the next slate to be

Now, before this thread goes down for sure and I get infracted for bumping an old thread, I just wanna share that the main reason I kept coming back here is for all the potential to make Pokemon who are otherwise useless, outclassed or the like, amazing threats. Even though I was loosing a lot, I still did this. The closest I achieved here was a tie between me and AquaticPanic. Even then, everyone else has amazing ideas, and make various things I'd never think of. I'm thanking the thread council here for this pet mod and the time taken here.

Well, you're welcome!

As for what the mod has become, we from the concil are already thinking of a way to fix the inactivity and just be more organyzed in general. We'll post the update whenever possible, but I myself have been busy studing for my tests. But it should be announced soon.

Announcement:
As a result of Alola Formes's declining popularity, the council has devised new rules that will hopefully revitalize the metagame and allow it to keep up a steady pace of activity. First, starting with the next slate, all submission phases will last approximately one week, and all voting phases will last approximately four days. This change will prevent the thread from stagnating once most regular posters have submitted an Alola Forme or voted. Second, to sustain interest in the thread and ensure that no submission is left unfinished, twenty-four hours before a phase ends, a council member will post in the thread as a reminder of the oncoming deadline, tagging all users whose submissions still include reservations or WIP components, which I shall now do:

The submission phase is due to close in ~24 hours. If you have any work remaining, now is the time to finish it.

S0L1D G0LD / CoolMan6001 / Hourai / P2X7 / AquaticPanic / Venoxio / Squawkerz

Because of the importance of this announcement, all posters who completed a contribution to this phase will be tagged as well:

Melons-N-Soda Edit: (Hourai / CoolMan6001 / Hourai / Venoxio)

P2X7 I put the flavor on Noivern and finished my submissions. Can you update the announcement to put me with Melons-N-Soda?

EDIT: We need another Noctowl line submission before we continue because Melons-N-Soda is the only person who made one. never mind cause another Noctowl line was made by P2X7.

You said Hourai twice on that.
Also, would it be ok if i were to compile the submissions or is the team here more than capable of doing so?

New typing: Ghost/Dragon
New abilities: Unaware/Beast Boost (Multiscale)
New stats: HP: 37 (-3)
Atk: 23 (-7)
Def: 43 (+3)
Sp. Atk: 47 (+2)
Sp. Def: 47 (+7)
Speed: 53 (-2)
Flavor: It was said they changed due to an iter-dimensional mutation created when a Professor opened a portal and a Noibat was sucked onto the portal. It came out this way, simillar to a creature the Foundation decided to call "Cosmog". It has a weird connection with the Moon
Design: Has a cloud thingy around it's ears, blue spots for cheeks and a Yellow Thingy on the middle of it's head (AKA it becomes simillar to Nebby)

Gonna do Noivern in a sec

New typing: Ghost/Dragon
New abilities: Unaware/Beast Boost (Multiscale)
New stats:
HP: 89 (+4)
Atk: 41 (-29)
Def: 89 (+9)
Sp. Atk: 137 (Speed swap +14)
Sp. Def: 107 (+27)

Atk.
Noibat and Noivern already learn Solar Beam, Dream Eater, Fly, and Aerial Ace. (For the last two, you redundantly Removed them and added them again. For the former two, you added them to the Movepool when they already existed)

I appreciate your willingness to help, CoolMan6001, but the council is able to close this phase. Speaking of which: the Submission Phase is now closed.

Pokemon: Pidgeot

Competitive: No one uses regular Pidgeot due to it being severely outclassed by other Flying-types, but Alolan Pidgeot here has good coverage and 2 very interesting abilities in Overcoat and Serene Grace. Only works in like NU or PU but is decent there.

Pokemon: Mega Pidgeot

Flavor/Design: Its now wrapped in cloth, with its feathers turning brown all over. Its mega gains a sort of coffin like shell, making it slightly bulkier but far slower.
Competitive: 80/80/80 isn't terrible defenses. Its extremely strong, and with a great physical and special movepool to both work with, it can run a Physical set with Roost/WoW, or a Special set with Roost/WoW. Its very very slow though, but if it can safely get in, something dies.

It shakes its body to blow off dust and fog. Its able to eat bones, which get it into conflicts with Alolan Pidgey.

Pokemon: Staraptor

Competitive: Bulky attacker. One advantage over its Fighting-type companions are its ability to hit Poison-types very well, as well as Scrappy High Jump Kicks. (That don't require a Mega Stone) Six weaknesses though, and all to common types (unless you opt for Thick Fat), but it can usually take care of the lot of these via its very strong attacks.

Flavor: Alolan Staraptor, simply can be said you do not want to disturb it. They strike like trains; things that bother it are instantly killed. They are also very short-tempered, meaning Alolan Staraptor can get Angry at pretty much anything. This can include a small rock or a boulder, all of which will be destroyed in an instant. Its appearance is covered with iron in addition to a very dark color scheme.

Movepool Changes:

Flavor:
As Alola's caves did not support the needs of Noibat, they have became nocturnal bugs. In this new form, they can be seen similar to fireflies in that Alolan Noibat glow as they go around. This can be a bad thing sometimes, as it's hard to hunt for Pokemon due to the light. It's appearance is green bioluminescence covering the darker purple parts and pink bioluminescence covering the lighter purple.

Similar to Alolan Noibat, Noivern also live in forests and are only active at night. These species are easy to find, due to biolumecense covering it's entire body.

Atk.

Same evolution method as the original Gligar.

Pokemon: Gligar
