Justification/Niche: Oh joy, another boring Normal/Flying-type. We totally haven't seen this 100 times befo- wait, what's that? It's a special attacker that doesn't take up your Mega Slot? Wait, but what about Swello- oh, it's built like a Special Attacker, too? Well, it's kind of starting to sound like Noctowl, isn't i- Oh, it's speed tier isn't terrible and it has Gale Wings Hurricane, too?... Well, sign me right up!

Abilities: Magic Guard / Adaptability (HA)
New Learnset: + Psychic, Psyshock, Extrasensory, Confusion, Air Slash, Rain Dance, Air Cutter, Dazzling Gleam, Defog, Nasty Plot, Psycho Shift, Calm Mind
Justification/Niche: A fast special setup sweeper with Magic Guard to avoid Stealth Rock damage when switching or Adaptability to power up it's STABs of Psychic/shock and Air Slash to respectable levels, considering it's off of 81 SpAtk. Oh yeah, it has 126 Speed, too, so it will outspeed the majority of Pokemon and be able to sweep after a Nasty Plot.

Name: Talonsand
Types: Ground / Flying
BST: 126 / 74 / 81 / 69 / 78 / 71
Abilities: Sand Force / Unaware (HA)
New Learnset: + Earthquake, Spikes, Defog, Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Earth Power, Whirlwind, Sand Tomb, Brave Bird, Bulk Up
Justification/Niche: A pretty tanky hazard setter and remover with a great ability in Unaware and better bulk than Quagsire (126/81/78 vs 95/85/65), as well as many nice utility options like Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Whirlwind, and Tailwind. Also, like Talonflame, it gets Brave Bird and Bulk Up, allowing it to have the option of an offensive set.
Specially Defensive:
Talonsand @ Leftovers / Yache Berry
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Roost
- Spikes / Will-O-Wisp
- Defog / Whirlwind
It's a special attacker since Talonsand's SpA isn't much lower than it's Atk and burns won't mean as much, as well as weakening Foul Play.

Bulk Up:
Talonsand @ Leftovers / Flyinium Z
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Taunt / Will-O-Wisp

Abilities: Clear Body / Light Metal (HA)
New Learnset: + Flash Cannon, Smart Strike, Rock Polish, Shift Gear, Lock-On, Whirlwind, Mirror Shot, Rock Slide, Metal Sound, Brave Bird
Justification/Niche: Shift Gear. Need I say more? Well, it has a good typing with good special bulk, so that's a thing.

Shift Gear:
Talongear @ Life Orb / Flynium Z
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Smart Strike
- Brave Bird
- Rock Slide / Flame Charge
- Shift Gear

Physical Defensive Anti-Lead:
Talongear @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body / Light Metal
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Steel Wing
- Roost
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp

Talonsand @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature

Also, small question, but wouldn't all Fletchinder evolutions be able to get Fire moves anyway because Fletchinder learns them (this is the reason why I didn't bother removing any)?

Name: Mothichu
Types: Electric / Bug
BST: 60 / 114 / 69 / 114 / 70 / 123 (550)
Abilities: Download / Shield Dust
New Learnset:
+ U-turn, Megahorn, Signal Beam, Energy Ball, Leaf Blade, Baton Pass, Rapid Spin
- Light Screen, Thief, Grass Knot
Justification/Niche: It may look underwhelming at first, but Download allows Mothichu to run threatening mixed sets. With access to both special and physical STAB pivoting moves, Mothichu can switch in on any foe and unleash a powerful attack. It even has the option to Baton Pass its boost to a teammate, providing another valuable way to gain momentum.

Name: Medichu
Types: Electric / Fairy
BST: 125 / 65 / 50 / 90 / 125 / 95 (550)
Abilities: Natural Cure / Aroma Veil
New Learnset:
+ Heal Bell, Healing Wish, Sweet Kiss, Dazzling Gleam
- Thief, Brick Break
Justification/Niche: A dedicated cleric. With access to Wish, 125 base HP, and Volt Switch, Medichu thrives at healing its teammates. Natural Cure and Heal Bell provide ways to help your team get around stats. It also has a great special bulk, and can run a Nasty Plot set. Nevertheless, keep it away from foes that target its weaker physical defence stat.

Name: Talonfern
Types: Grass / Flying
BST: 81 / 69 / 78 / 126 / 74 / 71 (499)
Abilities: Triage / Prankster
New Learnset:
+ Giga Drain, Air Slash, Growth, Leech Seed, Stun Spore, Copycat
- All fire-type moves
Justification/Niche: 126 base special attack and access to priority Giga Drain gives Talonfern a niche as a revenge killer. It can use Growth to boost its special attack, before hitting with powerful Grass and Flying STAB. Triage Roost gives a way to aid its mediocre bulk. Alternatively, you can run a Prankster set to either paralyse and outspeed foes or use Copycat to spam priority whatever move you used last.

Name: Talonchomp
Types: Dark / Flying
BST: 78 / 81 / 74 / 69 / 71 / 126 (499)
Abilities: Strong Jaw / Intimidate
New Learnset:
+ Crunch, Hone Claws, Knock Off, Parting Shot, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang
- All fire-type moves
Justification/Niche: Despite its low attack, it can still break through walls with a combination of Swords Dance and Strong Jaw STAB Crunch. It can also run a Choice Band set well, with access to a fast Parting Shot. It can run Intimidate to function as a disruptive pivot to gain momentum, although ends up somewhat passive.

Talonbreak
Type: Flying/Fighting
BST: 71/126/81/69/74/78
Abilities: No Guard/Inner Focus
Added Moves: +Close Combat, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Dynamic Punch, High Jump Kick, Flying Press
-All Fire moves
Justification: This bird of prey swoops down from above, carefully eying it's potential prey.

Name: Talontagion
Types: Poison/Flying
BST: 90/71/100/71/100/67 (BST: 499)
Abilities:-
Brimstone: This Pokémon's Poison-type moves have a 30% chance to inflict a Burn if they do not or fail to inflict Poison or Bad Poison. Moves with an additional effect triggered by the target being Poisoned or Badly Poisoned also have it trigger if the target is Burned.
Hidden Ability: Gale Wings: While this Pokémon is at full health, its Flying-type moves gain +1 Priority.
New Learnset:-
+ Venom Drench, Venoshock, Cross Poison, Poison Jab, Acid Spray, Acid Armour, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Acrobatics, Air Slash, Air Cutter
- Physical Fire-type moves, low-BP special Fire-type moves (under 80 BP)
Justification/Niche: Where Talonflame is a lightning-fast attacker, Talontagion is more circumspect in its attacks. Capable of going physical or special as required, it has a statline suited to a more defensive Pokémon, and though its prior movepool favours a more physical approach, it has what it needs to excel. Additionally, its ability is now far more of a choice - while Talonflame chose between Flame Body and Gale Wings (and therefore chose Gale Wings), Talontagion has a far more potent ability in Brimstone, allowing it to spread Poison and Burn with a single move, as well as abuse Venoshock far more effectively. Air Slash is an extremely useful Flying STAB with Gale Wings, as other victims of priority Flinch will tell you. While it loses quite a few Fire-type moves, it gains a lot more, with even the ability to spread Toxic Spikes that have a chance to burn Flying- and Steel-types. =]
Sample Sets: More on this later.
===
Name: Talonaiad
Types: Water/Flying
BST: 60/100/80/60/80/119
Abilities:-
Swift Swim: This Pokémon's Speed doubles in Rain.
Motor Drive: This Pokémon is immune to damage from Electric-type Attacks. Upon being hit by an Electric-type attack, this Pokémon's Speed is increased by one stage.
(Hidden Ability) Steam Heat: This Pokémon gains STAB on Fire-type moves.
New Learnset:-
+ Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Waterfall, various low-BP Water moves to replace things like Ember
- Special Fire-type Moves
Justification/Niche: If you play Seaking in PU/NU (some people do, don't shame them), you'll know that it's able to access Lightning Rod, giving it an immunity to something that would otherwise be super-effective. Motor Drive has a similar effect, but instead of boosting Talonaiad's pathetic Special Attack, it instead boosts its Speed, which is a far more useful effect. You can also go for Swift Swim on Rain teams or Steam Heat to make the most of moves like Flare Blitz and Flame Charge, but I think Motor Drive is almost certainly the way to go.
Sample Sets: Will be added... at some point. Probably. Maybe.
===
Name: Flaichu
Types: Flying/Electric
BST: 80/60/80/120/80/130
Abilities:-
Thick Fat: This Pokémon resists Fire- and Ice-type moves one step further than normal.
Rock Hopper: This Pokémon is immune to Rock-type damage.
(Hidden Ability) Magnet Rush: This Pokémon's attacks do additional damage based on the amount by which they outspeed their opponent.
New Learnset:-
+ Air Slash, Air Cutter, Gust, Hurricane, Tailwind, Defog, Parabolic Charge
- None
Justification/Niche: Two good defensive abilities and one great offensive one, deftly avoiding Raichu's usual problem of being consistently outshone by its prevolution. Magnet Rush is a fantastic ability, utilizing Flaichu's lightning-fast base Speed to its advantage, especially since it now has access to Tailwind. 80/80/80 defences aren't terrible either, and Electric and Flying work together very well as a defensive typing. I don't know why, but I also imagine Flaichu's design as being somewhat influenced by penguins. Maybe it's Pikachu's adorable chubbiness or something, Iunno. =]
Sample Sets: I have a truly marvelous set for Flaichu which this post is too narrow to contain.
===
Name: Micachu
Types: Rock/Electric
BST: 90/150/65/65/65/115
Abilities:-
Rock Head: This Pokémon ignores damage from Recoil.
Reckless: This Pokémon's Recoil moves do 25% extra damage.
(Hidden Ability) Gravel Basher: This Pokémon is immune to Ground-type moves. When hit with a Ground-type move, its Attack is boosted by one stage.
New Learnset:-
+ Head Smash, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Throw, Bulldoze, Rock Polish
- Special Electric-type moves, Agility
Justification/Niche: A fast but fragile lategame cleaner with access to some seriously potent STAB moves in the form of Volt Tackle and Head Smash, Micachu could be summarized as a beefed-up Archeops with a different skillset. While 90/65/65 defences and a double weakness to Ground-type moves might sound unworkable, as an offensive type it can hit very hard, very fast. A base Attack of 150 covers a multitude of sins, and additional access to Earthquake makes for some exceptional coverage. With the proper support and someone on hand to clear out bulky Ground-types, this has the potential to be a very successful Pokémon.
Sample Sets: Oh, take a wild guess.

Eh, might as well.

Name: Toxichu
Types: Poison / Electric
BST: 89 / 101 / 62 / 140 / 55 / 103
Abilities: Poison Touch / Lightning Rod
New Learnset:
+ Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Psychic (wynaut?)
- physical Fighting-type moves, Dig
Justification/Niche: Really for the offensive really. Crappy defences and awful defensive typing are not good, especially whek 4x weak to Ground, but its Special Attack is extrodinary and the type coverage is alright. Focus Blast and Psychic provide decent coverage as well.
Sample sets:
Toxichu @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD

Justification/Niche: A rare, bulky, Steel type special attacker. Too bad it dosen't have much in the way of moves, but Recover, Stealth Rock, and Filter makes it a good tank.

Ability Description: This Pokemon can paralyze any Pokemon regardless of their typing. (Clone of Corrosion)
New Learnset: Learns Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Poison Tail, Swords Dance, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Sludge, Coil, Cross Poison, Toxic Spikes
Justification/Niche: This evolution is basically focused on being a sweeper, having access to Coil for stat increasing, 136 Speed to outspeed a lot of it's
biggest threats, a nice 112 base Attack, etc. Not to mention that Coil raises accuracy, raising the accuracy of Gunk Shot, it's strongest Poison type STAB move.

- Brave bird, peck, razor wind and solarbeam.
Justification/Niche: Nice attack with good enough speed to sweep, with those defenses it won't be able do eat some hits but intimidate can help it with that. It gets better coverage in drill run and a lot of dragon moves but loses a non stab brave bird and solarbeam (i dont think people use solarbeam tho).

"Fletchinder's evolutions have must have 499 BST, Have Flying as a secondary type and names must contain the word "Talon" They must use the six stats of: 78, 81, 71, 74, 69 and 126 in any slot they want"

You ignored every single one of these rules lol. (Taloco is a nice name tho)

Name: Quetzalchu
Types: Electric / Dragon
BST: 70 / 125 / 75 / 65 / 85 / 130
Abilities: Static, Tough Claws (HA)
New Learnset: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse.
Justification/Niche: Access to Dragon Dance, Dragon typing and Tough Claws boosted Volt Tackle, Thunder Punch, Extreme Speed and Dragon Claw/Outrage makes it a kinda better but frailer Dragonite, with a better offensive typing and better Speed. That physical evolution of Raichu have a niche as a good sweeper with good type coverage and high powered STAB attacks.
Sample sets:
Quetzalchu @ Life Orb
Ability: Tough Claws
Spread: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw/Outrage
Extreme Speed/Brick Break
Thunder Punch/Volt Tackle

Simple Dragon Dance set, setup once and then let the sweep begin. Dragon Claw and Outrage are both boosted by Tough Claws, but Outrage can let fairy types have a free switch in so Dragon Claw is usable too, while weaker. Extreme Speed gives priority to outprioritize other priority users, and can clean decently after a boost. Brick Break might look weak but it's Quetzalchu only way to hurt Excadrill which can wall it completely otherwise. Thunder Punch must be used with Extreme Speed due to Volt Tackle being not usable with it.

Name: Miraclechu
Types: Electric / Psychic
BST: 65 / 90 / 75 / 135 / 75 / 110
Abilities: Static, Miracle Dash (HA)
New Learnset: Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Miracle Eye, Psychic Terrain, Imprison, Trick Room.
Justification/Niche: This Raichu evolutions gains an ability that works like Surge Surfer under Psychic Terrain, coupled to its good Special Attack and Speed and Psychic Terrain making it immune to priority, it is gonna be a threat, a very huge one.
Sample sets:
Miraclechu @ Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Miracle Dash
Spread: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Thunderbolt
Psychic/Psyshock
Focus Blast
Nasty Plot/Volt Switch

This set is gonna be a revenge killer and a wallbreaker at the same time. Thanks to its blazing Speed, Psychic Terrain boosted Psyshocks or Psychics are gonna hurt anything not immune to the move, Thunderbolt is also a good STAB attack that hit Pokemon that resists Psychic at least neutrally, such as Dark types. Focus Blast is Miraclechu best coverage against Excadrill which, here again, walls it otherwise. Nasty Plot should be used with Life Orb to boost Miraclechu's offensive stats while Volt Switch is used with Choice Specs to gain momentum.

Name: Talonrumble
Types: Fighting / Flying
BST: 78 / 126 / 69 / 74 / 71 / 81
Abilities: Limber, Punchilate (HA)
New Learnset: Same as Talonflame minus Flare Blitz.
Justification/Niche: Punchilate is a custom ability that turns Normal type moves into Fighting type and gives them a power boost of x1.2. That allows Talonrumble to use Return as its main STAB attack and use Quick Attack for priority. Despite a pretty average Speed stat and horrendous bulk, its decent typing let it be a good user of Bulk Up. Band and Scarf sets are also very good to use.
Sample sets:
Talonrumble @ Leftovers
Ability: Punchilate
Spread: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Atk
Careful Nature
Bulk Up
Roost
Return
Substitute

Talonrumble can be a decent Crouser thanks to its good typing, Attack and access to Bulk Up+Roost. Despite its average special bulk, when invested, it can take some weak Special moves from defensive Pokemon. Return is the main STAB attack to sweep with, Roost keeps it healthy, and Substitute shields it from status moves.

Talonrumble @ Choice Band
Ability: Punchilate
Spread: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Brave Bird
Return
Quick Attack
U turn

Choice Band set similar to Talonflame, with STAB priority in Quick Attack to clean in a pinch. U turn keeps momentum and Brave Bird+Return are good STAB combo.

Talonrumble @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Punchilate
Spread: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Brave Bird
Return
Facade
U turn

While the Scarf set is less effective than the band set, it can still revenge kill a lot of Pokemon thanks to its increase in Speed. Brave Bird+Return are STAB moves, U turn keeps momentum and Facade can let it still function while burned.

Hope you'll enjoy those ideas and yes there's custom abilities but i have the code for every of them so it doesn't bother :p

Sample sets:

Talondra @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate

  • 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tapu Lele Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 72 SpD Assault Vest Talondra: 384-452 (84.2 - 99.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Enough bulk to eat a specs psychic after rocks and a specs moonblast without rocks, and with enough attack to do great damage back.

I don't really remembered the voting format in this Pet Mod. I think demonstrating how voting works here will help.
