Anyway, the winners for Fletchinder are:

Lord Chespin's Talonfey with 4 votes
Name: Talonfey
Types: Fairy / Flying
BST: 81 / 126 / 71 / 69 / 74 / 78
Abilities: Dazzling / Gale Wings
New Learnset:
+ Fairy Wind, Disarming Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Play Rough, Parting Shot, Superpower
- Fire-type Moves, Solar Beam, Steel Wing
Justification/Niche: Basic Choice Scarf abuser: Decent Speed with a Choice Scarf, Dazzling to block priority, and good STABs in Play Rough and Brave Bird, as well as a pivoting move in Parting Shot. Of course, it's got average bulk at best and has pathetic speed without a Choice Scarf, so it doesn't have many other niches.
Sample sets:
Talonfey @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Dazzling
252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- Brave Bird
- Superpower
- Parting Shot

Pika Xreme's Talonwave with 4 votes
Name: Talonwave
Types: Water / Flying
BST: 126 / 71 / 78 / 81 / 74 / 69 (499)
Abilities: Water Absorb / Gale Wings (Hidden)
New Learnset:
+ Waterfall, Surf, Aqua Tail, Scald, Hydro Pump, Water Gun, Bubble Beam, Air Slash, Hurricane
- all Fire Moves (it has them all from Fletchinder anyway...)
Justification/Niche: Yet another bulky water, but this time with Gale Wings!
Sample sets:
Talonwave @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Hurricane
- Scald
- Roost
- Tailwind

The Reptile's Talonacid with 3 votes
Name: Talonacid
Types:

BST: 74 / 69 / 126 / 78 / 81 / 71
Abilities: Poison Point / Corrosion (HA)
New Moves: Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Poison Jab, Cross Poison, Venoshock, Sludge, Clear Smog, Acid, Acid Spray, Poison Sting, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench
Justification/Niche: A reasonable physical wall with a respectable bulky typing. Corrosion is a nice ability on something bulky like this, especially with its access to Toxic Spikes, allowing it to try and damage things with Venoshock. Alongside its natural access to Taunt and Roost, it could even work as a stallbreaker not unlike Gliscor.
Stallbreaker (Talonacid) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Corrosion
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Taunt
- Toxic
- Venoshock

Mixed Wall (Talonacid) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Corrosion
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Toxic Spikes
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Bomb / Air Slash

Myagavolt's Talondrake with 3 votes
Name: Talondrake
Types: Dragon / Flying
BST: 78 / 81 / 74 / 126 / 69 / 71
Abilities: Tough Claws / Gale Wings
New Learnset:
+ Dragon Claw, Outrage, Shadow Claw, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Hurricane, Air Slash, Dragon Dance, Hone Claws
- non-special Fire-type moves
Justification/Niche: Why should Tough Claws only be limited to Megas and Barbaracle? Talondrake seeks to answer that question. It may be slightly stronger on the special side, but the physical side is where its best boosting option (Dragon Dance) lies. Because of its potential to run a specially oriented Gale Wings set or a physically oriented Tough Claws set with near equal offensive prowess, it is not by any means a one-trick pony...or should I say one-trick drake?
Sample sets:
Talondrake
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Acrobatics
- Steel Wing / Shadow Claw / Swords Dance
Dragon Dance is one of several ways, and arguably the best way, to patch up Talondrake's sub-par Speed. After a single boost, it is slightly faster than base 130 unboosted, which notably encompasses Tapu Koko. (If running Adamant, on the other hand, the best it can do is speed tie with base 115 unboosted.) Dragon Claw and Acrobatics are its most reliable dual STAB options (although Acrobatics is the reason why this set doesn't run an item), and the fourth slot can be dedicated to coverage (Steel Wing for Fairy-types, Shadow Claw for Steel-types) or further boosting with Swords Dance.

Talondrake @ Flynium Z
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
- Hurricane
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- U-turn
Gale Wings is the only means to priority on a Z-Move, and Talondrake abuses that well with a hefty base 126 Special Attack and access to Hurricane, the latter of which becomes a base 185 Supersonic Skystrike. Draco Meteor is supplementary STAB, Fire Blast is coverage against Steel-types, and U-turn is for momentum. That's the point of this set: to hit hard and get out.

And my Talonvolt with 3 votes
Name: Talonvolt
Types: Electric / Flying
BST: 69 / 74 / 71 / 126 / 78 / 81
Abilities: Static / Gale Wings
New Moves: Discharge, Hurricane, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Charge Beam, Zap Cannon, Focus Blast
Removed Moves: All Fire Type moves (So it cannot learn any fire type moves, unlike Talonflame)
Justification/Niche: A nice mini Zapdos with STAB Gale Wings Hurricane and Air Slash, and it also gets good moves in Discharge, Thunderbolt and Volt Switch
Sample sets:
Talonvolt @ Choice Specs
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast

As for Raichu:

Kilgrave's Umichu with 3 votes
Name: Umichu
Types: Electric / Water
BST: 80 / 75 / 110 / 90 / 115 / 80
Abilities: Hydration / Lightning Rod
New Moves: Water Pulse, Scald, Hydro Pump, Aqua Ring, Soak
Justification/Niche: Umichu is the bulky mon with a great typing and an even better ability to boot. Nothing is taking down this one easily.
Sample sets:
Crochu?
Umichu @ Leftovers
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Calm Mind

Ticktock's Armochu with 3 votes
Name: Armochu
Types: Electric / Steel
BST: 89 / 55 / 101 / 140 / 103 / 62
Abilities: Filter / Battle Armor
New Learnset:
+ Automonize, Flash Cannon, Metal Sound, Iron Head, Mirror Shot, Recover, Stealth Rock
- Grass Knot
Justification/Niche: A rare, bulky, Steel type special attacker. Too bad it dosen't have much in the way of moves, but Recover, Stealth Rock, and Filter makes it a good tank.
Sample sets:
Armochu @ Leftovers
Ability: Filter
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Recover
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon /
Set up rocks and wall hits. Nuff said.

MaximeLoppuny's Miraclechu with 3 votes
Name: Miraclechu
Types: Electric / Psychic
BST: 65 / 90 / 75 / 135 / 75 / 110
Abilities: Static, Miracle Dash (HA)
New Learnset: Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Miracle Eye, Psychic Terrain, Imprison, Trick Room.
Justification/Niche: This Raichu evolutions gains an ability that works like Surge Surfer under Psychic Terrain, coupled to its good Special Attack and Speed and Psychic Terrain making it immune to priority, it is gonna be a threat, a very huge one.
Sample sets:
Miraclechu @ Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Miracle Dash
Spread: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Thunderbolt
Psychic/Psyshock
Focus Blast
Nasty Plot/Volt Switch

This set is gonna be a revenge killer and a wallbreaker at the same time. Thanks to its blazing Speed, Psychic Terrain boosted Psyshocks or Psychics are gonna hurt anything not immune to the move, Thunderbolt is also a good STAB attack that hit Pokemon that resists Psychic at least neutrally, such as Dark types. Focus Blast is Miraclechu best coverage against Excadrill which, here again, walls it otherwise. Nasty Plot should be used with Life Orb to boost Miraclechu's offensive stats while Volt Switch is used with Choice Specs to gain momentum.

Flufi's Noxiochu with 3 votes
Name: Noxiochu
Types: Electric / Poison
BST: 75 / 112 / 50 / 91 / 86 / 136
Abilities: Volt Absorb/Poison Touch/Electrojection (Electrojection is HA)
Ability Description: This Pokemon can paralyze any Pokemon regardless of their typing. (Clone of Corrosion)
New Learnset: Learns Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Poison Tail, Swords Dance, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Sludge, Coil, Cross Poison, Toxic Spikes
Justification/Niche: This evolution is basically focused on being a sweeper, having access to Coil for stat increasing, 136 Speed to outspeed a lot of it's
biggest threats, a nice 112 base Attack, etc. Not to mention that Coil raises accuracy, raising the accuracy of Gunk Shot, it's strongest Poison type STAB move.
Sample set:
Toxichu @ Focus Sash/Life Orb
Ability: Electrojection
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Coil/Swords Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Gunk Shot
- Volt Tackle/Wild Charge

Pika Xreme's Keruchu with 3 votes
Name: Keruchu
Types: Electric / Fighting
BST: 70 / 110 / 85 / 95 / 60 / 130
Abilities: Scrappy / Sheer Force (Hidden)
New Learnset: High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Aura Sphere, Power-up Punch, Drain Punch, Force Palm, Superpower, Low Sweep, Swords Dance
Justification/Niche: Stronk sheer force abuser. Very fast, too. Without Electric Terrain, it's a scary cleaner, but in it... well...
252+ Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Raichu Volt Tackle vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Sableye-Mega in Electric Terrain: 367-433 (120.7 - 142.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Yeah. And that's without using Swords Dance. Good thing it's pretty frail, eh?
Sample sets:
Keruchu @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atck / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Volt Tackle
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off / Iron Tail
- Swords Dance

And My Conflachu with 3 votes
Name: Conflachu (Conflagrate + Chu)
Types: Electric / Fire
BST: 110 / 130 / 65 / 70 / 65 / 110
Abilities: Static / Reckless
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Blaze Kick, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Will-O-Wisp, Morning Sun
Justification/Niche: A Raichu evolution that can abuse both Flare Blitz and Volt Tackle thanks to Reckless (Rock head makes this seem a little OP).
Sample sets:
Raichu @ Life Orb
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Volt Tackle
- Flare Blitz
- Knock Off
- Extreme Speed

Now, time for the second slate :)

Dunsparce, Sliggoo and Sunkern

Sliggo's evolutions must have 600 BST and be primarily Dragon Type. They must also contain the word goo somewhere in it. They must also use the stats of: 90, 100, 70, 110, 150 and 80 in any slot they want.

Sunkern's evolutions must have 425 BST and Have Grass as a primary type. They must use the six stats of: 75, 75, 55, 105, 85 and 30 in any slot they want.

Dunsparce's evolutions must have 565 BST. That's about it, I guess lol

For this slate (after a bit of discussion with MaximeLoppuny and Flufi) I am allowing custom abilities. Try not to make them too crazy, and try to keep an OU setting in mind. Have fun :)

Kravmagoo (Dragon/Fighting)
Statline: 80/150/100/70/90/110 (BST: 600)
Abilities:-
Tough Claws: This Pokémon's Contact moves gain 1.33x Base Power
Hustle: This Pokémon's physical moves gain 1.5x Base Power, but at the cost of -20% accuracy
(HA) Mystic Magnet: This Pokémon takes no damage from Fairy-type moves and heals for 25% HP when targeted by them. Fairy-type moves used in Double Battles are automatically drawn to this Pokémon.
New Moves: Close Combat, Poison Jab, Ice Punch, Beat Up, Knock Off
Justification/Niche: Goodra's normally a pretty decent physical attacker, but with this setup it can dish out some serious hurt. Sick of Togekiss ruining your day? Rock Slide its face in. Dealt with the fairies? STAB Outrage off 150 base Attack will deal with pretty much everything else. Steel-types? STAB Close Combat. Okay, so you lack reliable recovery. So what? Just support it well and watch it beat the tar out of the opposition.
===
Sunsidian (Grass/Rock)
Statline: 80/30/75/105/75/50
Abilities:-
Explosive Dehiscence: Upon fainting, from whatever source, this Pokemon lays down Stealth Rock and three layers of Spikes.
Pollen Cloud: This Pokémon's Grass-type moves gain an additional 50% chance to apply the Leech Seed pseudo-status effect to all enemy Pokémon affected by it.
(HA) Mushroom Magic: This Pokémon's Special Attack stat is doubled.
New Moves: Ancient Power, Power Gem, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Explosion
Justification/Niche: There's barely any Grass/Rock-types in the game, Rock-types as dedicated special attackers are almost unheard of, and frankly Sunflora is a big plate of arse and chips. Sunsidian has considerable variety in what it can do: it can be a Normal Gem suicide lead that lays down way more stuff than other leads of a similar nature; it can be a potent wall by constantly seeding its opponents; or it can be Baton Passed some speed boosts and turn into a complete monster of a Special cleaner. The choice is yours! =]

BST: 90 / 80 / 100 / 150 / 110 / 70
Abilities: Pixie Power / Sheer Force (Gooey)
Pixie Power is a clone of Swarm but works for Fairy-Type moves
New Learnset: + Moonblast, + Dazzling Gleam, + Draining Kiss, + Calm Mind, + Psychic, + Sweet Scent (For flavor)
Justification/Niche: Goomy to me always looked like gum lol. Either way, has a good overall typing and learnset
Sample sets:

Goomball @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD

Justification/Niche: Based on a Moonflower. It has an attack stat of one point lower than Diggersby's with the same ability, or you may also use Whimsicott's SubSeed Prankster set. It works simillar to Bisharp, in the means of setting up SDs and cleaning things that outspeed it with Sucker Punch

I'll pay more attention to it this time around so I can vote, last time I was visiting my hometown/at band performance, so I haven't been on much lately.

Anyways...

Name: Conflagoo
Typing: Fire/Dragon
Stat Spread: 100/90/80/150/110/70
Abilities: Flame Body, Magma Armor, Drought (HA)
New learnset:
Gains
Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flame Wheel, Ember, Solar Beam
Loses All Water moves, All Ice moves
Justification/Niche: This is meant to be a somewhat bulky sun setter. Though its physical bulk is average, its special bulk is great, and it could use it good special coverage and bulk to be a nice Specs user.
Sample set: Updating later.

Name: Sundra
Typing: Grass/Dragon
Stat Spread: 85/55/105/75/75/30
Abilities: Huge Power, Intimidate (HA)
New learnset:
Gains
Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rage, The Elemental Punches, Superpower, Swords Dance, ExtremeSpeed
Justification/Niche: Honestly, who doesn't want a Dragon-type Sunkern evolution? Anyways, the obvious niche this mon has is in the ability Huge Power and good Physical bulk. It Special bulk sucks, and so does its Speed, but it makes up for its bad speed with access to ExtremeSpeed.
Sample set: Updating later.

Name: Pixsparce
Typing: Normal/Fairy
Stat Spread: 150/100/70/80/80/85
Abilities: Cute Charm, Serene Grace, Pixilate (HA)
New learnset:
Gains
Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam
Justification/Niche: I'm surprised nobody's done this yet, but now that Dunsparce finally gets good bulk and passable speed, it can finally utilize paraflinch! It has access to Thunder Wave/Body Slam, Roost, and Headbutt/Rock Slide for this job, but his attack stat isn't that great, so he can't really break things that easily until he gets his Paralysis on the opponent. Its defensive typing is also great, giving it only 2 weaknesses (and Poison and Steel aren't great offensively) and has two useful immunities, being Ghost and Dragon.
Sample set: Updating later.

oh boi...
Name: Goobolt

Type: Dragon/electric
Stats: 70/110/90/100/80/150
BST: 600
Abilities: Motor drive/static/regenerator
New learnset:

Wild charge, dragon claw, dragon rush, spark, volt switch, ice punch, discharge, hone claws and zap cannon.
- Power whip, sludge bomb and sludge wave.
Justification/Niche: It becomes a fast attacker who can run both physical and special moves with a wide movepool. It defenses are lower compared to normal goodra, tho it still isn't that bad and will eat a few hits.
Sample sets:

Goobolt @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Wild Charge
- Outrage/Dragon claw/Draco meteor
- Volt Switch
- Fire Blast(to not get walled by tapu bulu)/earthquake (to not get walled by tapu koko)/ice beam
With 150 speed and 110 attack and 100 special attack it will be able to outspeed many pokemon and revenge kill them, for example weavile who has no change of killing with ice shard after rocks whereas wild charge 100% kills after rocks and outrage doesnt even need rocks. Some calcs:
252 Atk Life Orb Goobolt Wild Charge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Weavile: 242-286 (86.1 - 101.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Life Orb Goobolt Outrage vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Weavile: 321-380 (114.2 - 135.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Goobolt: 174-211 (61.9 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Life Orb Goobolt Wild Charge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Alakazam: 320-376 (127.4 - 149.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Goobolt Wild Charge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 257-304 (98.4 - 116.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
4 SpA Life Orb Goobolt Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Ferrothorn: 270-322 (76.7 - 91.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Life Orb Goobolt Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Koko in Electric Terrain: 291-343 (103.5 - 122%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Goobolt @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Wild Charge
- Dragon Rush
- Iron Tail
- Hone Claws
It's not that good of a set, but z-move hone claws is nice because it gives it a extra attack raise and still the accuracy raise. Some calcs:
+2 252 Atk Goobolt Wild Charge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 278-330 (91.4 - 108.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Goobolt Iron Tail vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Tapu Bulu: 344-406 (100 - 118%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 Atk Goobolt Dragon Rush vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Landorus-Therian: 169-199 (44.2 - 52%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

(with rocks lando can't switch in)
+2 252 Atk Goobolt Dragon Rush vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tangrowth: 178-211 (44 - 52.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
(even tangrowth isn't eating 2 after rocks)

Thats all for now :[]

canno

formerly The Reptile

Name: Goomud
Types:

BST: 100 / 110 / 90 / 80 / 150 / 70
Abilities: Dry Skin / Water Compaction / Gooey (HA)
New Moves: Bulldoze, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fissure, Magnitude, Mud-Slap, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Spikes, Stomping Tantrum, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Wide Guard, Slack Off
Justification/Niche: So Goomud would be another one of these Dragon / Ground Pokemon. However, it stands out from its competition with its high SpDef, access to recover, and Dry Skin, letting it be immune to Water-type attacks. Keep in mind, however, that with Dry Skin you are no longer resistant to Fire-type attacks. Water Compaction can be used instead, although it doesn't provide an immunity to water.

Defensive Hazards (Goomud) @ Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes / Toxic
- Slack Off

Offensive Hazards (Goomud) @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge / Outrage
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes

Curse (Goomud) @ Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD

Name: Gooul
Types:

BST: 80 / 70 / 150 / 100 / 110 / 90

New Moves: Astonish, Confuse Ray, Destiny Bond, Grudge, Hex, Lick, Nightmare, Ominous Wind, Phantom Force, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Will-o-Wisp, Pain Split, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast
Justification/Niche: Basically it acts as a mini-Giratina for OU, sporting a massive 150 defense and a usable 110 SpDef. It also sports a usable 100 SpA and a neat ability in Thick Fat, which nullifies its Ice weakness while making Fire even a worse option to use against this.

Mixed Wall (Gooul) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball / Hex
- Pain Split
- Will-o-Wisp

Nasty Plot (Gooul) @ Life Orb

Name: Thunflora
Types:

BST: 55 / 30 / 75 / 105 / 75 / 85
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Battery / Sheer Force (HA)
New Moves: Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Electro Ball, Magnet Rise, Shock Wave, Spark, Thunder, Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Earth Power
Justification/Niche: It might not seem like that much on paper, but it is one of the fastest Chlorophyll users with a high-ish attack stat. That, alongside its Electric-typing, give it a solid niche in sun teams. If that's not your cup of tea, however, you can also try and use it as a wallbreaker or scarfer with Sheer Force.

Sun Sweeper (Thunflora) @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Spa / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature
- Solar Beam / Giga Drain
- Thunderbolt
- Earth Power / Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Volt Switch

Sheer Force (Thunflora) @ Life Orb / Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Spa / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Earth Power
- Volt Switch / Hidden Power [Ice] / Sludge Bomb

Name: Aurflora
Types:

BST: 105 / 55 / 75 / 75 / 85 / 30
Abilities: Leaf Guard / Solar Power / Flash Fire (HA)
New Moves: Autotomize, Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Burst, Metal Sound, Mirror Shot, Smart Strike, Stealth Rock, Aromatherapy, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Poison Powder
Justification/Niche: An ok defensive pokemon - while not as bulky as Ferrothorn, it shares the same typing and, more importantly, it has Flash Fire, reliable recovery in Synthesis, and Sleep Powder. This lets it stand out from Ferrothorn, allowing it to potentially carve a niche for itself.

Standard (Aurflora) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain / Flash Cannon
- Stealth Rock / Flash Cannon / Toxic

Name: Frosparce
Types:

BST: 100 / 130 / 75 / 85 / 65 / 110
Abilities: Serene Grace / Frostborn / Levitate (HA)
(Frostborn: Boost the user's Attack by 1 stage if hit by an Ice-type move, instead of taking damage.)

New Moves: Aurora Beam, Aurora Veil, Avalanche, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Hail, Haze, Ice Ball, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Icy Wind, Mist, Powder Snow, Sheer Cold, Tri Attack, ExtremeSpeed, Focus Blast, Superpower
Justification/Niche: A relatively fast and powerful Ice-type with good coverage and high power, alongside ExtemeSpeed for some good recovery. It also has 2 immunities and ok bulk with 100 HP. Funnily enough, it resists Ice + Ground coverage with Levitate, which could be useful.

All-Out Attacker (Frosparce) @ Life Orb / Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate / Serene Grace / Frostborn
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Drill Run
- ExtremeSpeed
- Superpower / Fire Blast

Name: Volsparce
Types:

BST: 110 / 65 / 85 / 100 / 75 / 130
Abilities: Serene Grace / Motor Drive / Levitate (HA)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electrify, Electro Ball, Magnet Rise, Spark, Thunder Shock, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon, Tri Attack, ExtremeSpeed, Focus Blast, Superpower
Justification/Niche: A very fast special attacker that makes up for its relatively weak SpA with really good coverage and reasonable bulk, alongside a very useful immunity to Ground with Levitate. However, Serene Grace and Motor Drive are also pretty good options to use. Again, pretty one dimensional.

All-Out Attacker (Volparce) @ Life Orb / Choice Specs / Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate / Serene Grace / Motor Drive
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt / Discharge / Volt Switch
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast / Fire Blast
- Volt Switch / Tri Attack / Focus Blast

SpDef (Blasparce) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt / Discharge
- Ice Beam / Fire Blast
- Roost
- Stealth Rock

Name: Blasparce
Types:

BST: 130 / 75 / 65 / 110 / 85 / 100
Abilities: Serene Grace / Flash Fire / Levitate (HA)
New Moves: Burn Up, Ember, Fire Spin, Flare Burst, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Inferno, Lava Plume, Overheat, Will-o-Wisp, Tri Attack, ExtremeSpeed, Focus Blast, Superpower
Justification/Niche: The "bulkier" of the three, Blasparce still sports a usable 100 Spe and 110 SpA to be an offensive Pokemon. It has a big 130 HP, making it pretty specially bulky alongside its 85 SpDef. It can also take physical attacks despite its 65 defense. Levitate works wonders with this, allowing it to dodge Ground-type attacks that would otherwise destroy this. Not quite as one-dimensional, but its still pretty straight forward.

All-Out Attacker (Blasparce) @ Life Orb / Choice Specs / Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate / Serene Grace / Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast / Overheat / Lava Plume

- Focus Blast / Superpower / Ice Beam
- Tri Attack / Focus Blast / Ice Beam / Roost

SpDef (Blasparce) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate / Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Telepathy / Merciless (H)
New Learnset: + Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Rototiller, Nasty Plot, Acid, Poison Powder, Extrasensory, Confusion, Hypnosis, Sleep Powder, Telekinesis
Justification/Niche: Hey look, Grass/Poison-type with more than 90 Speed! Anywho, the product of when fertilizers and pesticides on plats goes wrong, Sunical is a fast Nasty Plot sweeper with Sleep Powder to get chances to set up and a decent 85 Special Attack stat that can blow through many Pokemon at +2 or +3. Also, Sunical has nice coverage options in Grass and Poison STAB, Earth Power for Steel and Fire-types, as well as a Hidden Power. With Merciless, Sunical can break through anything it poisons with Sludge Bomb with powerful critical hits with any move.
Also, if you're wondering about all of the Psychic-type moves and Telepathy, flavor-wise, the chemicals made Sunical poisonous as well as weird Psychic powers.

Justification/Niche: With some nice 105/85/75 bulk, Sunipix is a nice bulky mixed wall with nice utility, including Heal Bell, Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, and Encore, as well as having reliable recovery in Synthesis/Moonlight/Morning Sun and pretty good attacking moves in Giga Drain, Moonblast, Earth Power. and a Hidden Power like Fire or Rock. It's best ability, Filter, also helps it shrug off moves from it's many weaknesses, especially Poison moves.

New Learnset: + Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Dark Pulse, Feint Attack, Will-O-Wisp, Astonish, Memento, Spite, Psychic, Stun Spore, Ominous Wind
Justification/Niche: The soul within a sunflower, Sunisoul is a cool Special Attacker with a nice 105 Special Attack stat that can be made quite useful with a choice Specs or Scarf. Sunisoul has pretty good Grass/Ghost/Ground/Psychic coverage, all with high base powers. Sunisoul also sports a ton of neat utility like Leech Seed, Will-O-Wisp, Memento, Stun Spore, and even Curse, if you fancy. It's best ability, Flower Veil, allows it to avoid being crippled by status or ever have it's stats lowered, allowing Sunisoul to beat walls 1v1, especially if running Growth.

New Learnset: + Brick Break, Drain Punch, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Bulldoze, Karate Chop, Arm Thrust, Solar Blade, Bulk Up, Reversal, Stun Spore, Thunder Punch, Bullet Punch
Justification/Niche: Sunicrush, The Punchy Plant, may not have the greatest stats for Fighting-type, but after getting over that lackluster 85 Speed, Sunicrush brings a lot to the table. Firstly, it has a pretty good STAB combination of Petal Blizzard and Close Combat/Drain Punch, hitting a ton of Pokemon super effectively thanks to Fighting's coverage and Grass' usefulness in hitting Water-types. On top of that, Sunicrush sports good coverage in Knock Off, Bullet Punch, and Thunder Punch (as well as Bulldoze if you run Technician) and Swords Dance to boost it's already good Attack stat. Two useful abilities in Guts, to avoid getting crippled, and Technician, boosting it's weaker coverage moves.

Sorry but i will have to refuse your second sunkern submission until you change its abilities. You can keep the second one, but changes its rate from 50 to 30% so it can be a "clone" of Poison Touch. The two others must be changed though. I will explain quickly why. For your first ability: laying SR and 3 layers of Spikes upon faiting means that your opponent is gonna take 37% of damage considering a neutrality to SR upon each switch in until it defogs or spins away them. That's a risk free ability that have little opportunity cost. You can keep the idea, but not like that. For the third, Huge Power usually is on a POkemon with a low offensive stat basically. The only moment a huge power Pokemon had that stat, was Mega Medicham and Mega Mawile, both unable to hold a boosting item. Think about that.

I can agree with a lot of this, but keep in mind I did allow custom abilities, so eh... explosive Dahiscence does seem a bit OP for an OU based metagame though, so I will ask you to tone it down.

Didn't mean to be brutal or something, just so he can balance his creations and make them better in that way :)

Typing: Normal
Stat Spread: 120/125/95/85/85/55
Abilities: Thriver (First move becomes of Hidden Power type + becomes secondary type. Can also affect Stealth Rock type.)
New learnset: None
Justification/Niche: Can fill many unique moves, although its relatively modest stat distribution should prevent it from getting too good. It can use any type Pursuit, which is perfect for removing threats to any team. It can also become any type for a set-up set with Coil, Roost and for example a Ghost-type Earthquake along with Return or attempt to sweep with Agility, although this would need a lot of preparation. Of course, one of the funnest thing about it is its unpredictability, though team structure should give somethings away, and some types won't be viable. Additionally, its stats aren't too insane, so it is handlable.

Dunvelop @ Leftovers
Ability: Thriver
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Earthquake
- Return
- Coil
- Roost

Just some simple setting up, becoming very bulky! It has great stats for this, and types like Normal/Ghost, Normal/Ground should be good, but maybe some others may be good for a set like this.

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpA

IVs: 30 SpA / 30 SpD
- Pursuit
- Return
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake

So you want to get rid of Landorus-T, but you don't want that pesky Ice-typing? You can also run Water! 252+ Atk Choice Band Dunsparce Aqua Tail vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Landorus-Therian: 304-358 (95.2 - 112.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock. Otherwise it's still a decent wallbreaker.

Dunvelop @ Leftovers
Ability: Thriver
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 30 SpD / 30 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Return
- Roost

Heatran annoying you? You can use Stealth Ground to make the annoying pebbles Ground-type instead, allowing you to make Stealth Rock fit your team the way you want to! Of course, having a Normal/Ice type just for Stealth Rock may be annoying as it won't contribute anything else to your team...

Name: Goolace (Goo + Solace)
Typing: Dragon / Fairy
Stat Spread: 110/70/90/80/100/150
Abilities: Justified / Illuminate / Unaware
New learnset: Heart Swap, Moonlight, Baton Pass, Moonblast, Misty Terrain, Charm, Dazzling Gleam
Justification/Niche: With its decent defensive typing, good defenses and insane speed and Unaware, it can help teams handle set-up sweepers. It can use Heart Swap to steal the boosts and then Baton Pass them to a teammate, especially important for offensive teams that want to get momentum. It can both be used by offensive and defensive teams. Offensive teams will get a sturdy backbone that handles set-up sweepers, while Unaware in addition to its good stats obviously make it suitable for defensive teams. It has very high speed so it can quickly take momentum, and low offenses so it won't make an incredible revenge killer, despite its speed. Its defensive stats are good, but not insane (in addition to its four weaknesses) so it won't be an unbreakable wall. Moonlight is an average recovery move. It shouldn't be OP as it has four weaknesses, low offensive stats, unreliable recovery and no utility moves besides Heart Swap and Baton Pass.

Goolace @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heart Swap
- Baton Pass
- Moonlight
- Moonblast

This set can handle a lot of set-up sweepers, due to its typing (Gyarados, Mega Charizard-X, etc.) and take momentum from them. Especially for offensive teams this will be useful, as Baton Pass can make the opponent's boost turn into threatening moves for you, which is a unique way of playing that doesn't exist right now (besides Smeargle, which can't pull it off...). This set outspeeds Greninja and OHKOs it after SR (if weak to Fairy). Defensive EVs because it will probably handle more physical Pokemon, but those can be shifted to whatever needs to be handled.

Goolace @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Moonblast
- Moonlight
- Flamethrower

Stall teams may prefer this set. They will probably not need the momentum from Baton Pass, so they can opt for a quicker method that also deals some damage (+ possibly hazards) with Dragon Tail. It also frees up an additional moveslot, which can be used for Flamethrower to do major damage to things like Scizor switching in. This is fully defensive, without speed investment, as stall teams will probably not need this.

Name: Mystikern
Typing: Grass/Psychic
Stat Spread: 85/30/75/105/75/55
Abilities: Synchro Aura (Automatically sets any field-targetting move upon switch-in.)
New learnset: Psychic Terrain, Trick Room, Magic Room, Wonder Room, Healing Wish, Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind
Justification/Niche: Becomes a Trick Room setter, which is very powerful for those teams. It is not dead weight either, as it can support itself with Psychic Terrain or Grassy Terrain as well. Although this will cost two of its moveslots, it will make sure that one of its STABs will actually be quite strong. Finally, as a last resort it can support its team with Healing Wish, if you find a moveslot for that. It could also support Sun teams (With Psychic Terrain potentially) and use Magic and Wonder Room, but those are more for flavor.

Sunflora @ Choice Specs
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Psychic Terrain / Grassy Terrain
- Trick Room
- Healing Wish
- Psychic / Leaf Storm

Sets Trick Room on switch-in for its team, which is obviously the main use of the set. The Terrain powers up its stat and Healing Wish allows it to let another Pokemon sweep. It is obviously very customisable. You can also run Terrain Extender if you think the terrain is important, but it shouldn't be on a Trick Room team.

Justification/Niche: Sliggoo had gone into an insane doctor...with great physical condition! In all seriousness, Goopsyche is an unusual example. While it got a bitter amount of six weaknesses (Ice, Bug, Ghost, Dragon, Dark and Fairy), it also had an equal amount of resistances (Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, Fighting and Psychic), as well as enough coverages. It got Bravery in which give it an immunity to Dark while boosting its Attack, but it can also just go Guts at the expense of healing items. Use Dragon Dance, and get ready for a sweep. Being a Physical Psychic-type that do not require a Mega slot is also a nice bonus.

Name: Sunpad (Sun + Lilypad)
Types:

BST: 75 / 30 / 75 / 85 / 105 / 55
Abilities: Drizzle / Triage / Natural Cure (HA)
New Moves: Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Nasty Plot, Draining Kiss, Aqua Ring, Rain Dance, Ice Beam, Earth Power (not as Previous Gen anymore)
Justification/Niche: It's not a lot at first, but take a closer look; it got Nasty Plot. After one Nasty Plot, it can hit harder than Politoad and Pelipper, the other Drizzle users, but it can also instead to spam Giga Drain and Leech Seed without worrying about its speed thanks to Triage. Or if you are more of a Rest fan, Natural Cure will help you to not only fully recover it, but also freely switch Sunpad away without worrying about it remaining asleep. This will at least stand out from Sunflora itself.

EDIT: MaximeLopunny had pointed me that Triage + Nasty Plot with 105 SpA is a bit too much for OU.

BST: 110 / 105 / 95 / 80 / 95 / 80
Abilities: Karma Houdini (Immune to Fighting-type) / Prankster / Contrary (HA)
New Moves: Crunch, Taunt, Torment, Superpower, Brutal Swing, Flame Charge, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Sword Dance, Nasty Plot (for flavor), Acrobatic, Zen Headbutt, Darkest Lauriat
Justification/Niche: Too bad that this thing cannot learn Sucker Punch. Good thing that it got Incineroar's signature move to get through stalls who spammed Defense boosting moves (like Goopsyche, if it got won). You can also spam Superpower through Contrary in order to get the much needed Attack and Defense Boost (Sword Dance also works). A bulk of 110 / 95 / 95 is something you do not expect from a Dark-type, but at least it's still a lot of bulkier and stronger than, say, Alolan Raticate.

Tell me if any of those seems too strong.

What is Psych Out? If it's a custom move, they aren't allowed for now. Triage with 105 SpA looks a bit op to me, especially cause it gets Nasty Plot, be careful to keep an OU slate for your creations. i would recommand to switch spA and SpD so that it looks more like Comfey, to balance it a bit, given how broken Triage is when you can boost your stats. I know i'm not the best to recommand that since i put an adaptability mon with 150 attack and good typing, but it is slow and easy outspeedable before a Dragon Dance and that balances it.

I actually meant Psych Up in this one. I will follow your recommendation, of course.
