Wow, this is so nice and generous of you! Thanks a ton, I'm honoured that you went as far as try to get a Mareep with the same characteristic as I wrote! Also, it works out that you weren't able to have it shiny (though it's crazy that you'd try!), since I prefer non-shiny Mareep! :DHAPPY (advancedONE YEAR ON SMOGON, EISEN!
For this special occasion, I'll give you a special Mareep. (Not shiny, however, hur hur, I tried ;-;.) which is modeled to grow up into an Eisen in the Pokemon World! I tried to make the Mareep as accurate to you as possible, but I couldn't get the correct characteristic :/
But...since this is a GA request....I'll just get a Mew.
